ETH fork did make ETH go up. Did you really miss that? The problem is that ETH reacts to Bitcoin and somebody dumped a lot of Bitcoins to push the price down which made most other coins lose value. We can't really do much to fight whale pumps and dumps. The best thing to do is to ignore them and not try to participate in these swings. You can read from the charts that those who bought in December sold.

it looks like we won't be able to see bullrun in the near future, or even this year there may be no bullrun at all, we can see from a number of signs such as loss of investor confidence, the absence of new investors and markets that are always attacked by hackers, this makes people afraid to enter the market

We are very far from any bull run. We are deeply in the bearish market which can last for years. Some pumps does not mean
that the bull market has started. But, chances are always there and in crypto things can change rapidly.

yes of course we are hoping it will happen but we need to wait for sometime in order to achieve the great results. we cannot predict and it will take more time it can be a month or years. Just hope and have positive feedback over the bull run to happen again in the crypto market.
