I choose to hold bitcoin, because o believe if bitcoin value can still going up. And my prediction bitcoin value in december 2018 can reach 17000$ . And now just hold your bitcoin and wait untill bitcoin value reach 17000$
Never been a fan of bitcoin, yes I've invested in it and do cloud mining with Hashflare but always preferred Eth. Who wants to pay $5+ dollars per transaction when you can get it for fraction of the cost with ETH even with a high Gas set.
I hold the two coin. I believe bitcoin will continue to be the best store of value cryptocurrency and ethereum might be the spendable cryptocurrency we are all hoping for. Ethereum might be the currency so I'm holding the two!
I prefer to hold Ethereum over bitcoin, because bitcoin prices have gone too far apart compared to ethereum, so the opportunity for ethereum price increases much larger than bitcoin
i have none of them, im just buying some tokens that is 99% sure that they will raise X3 or more in less than a month,

i choose BTC, cause the development of this coin sometime suprise me. ETH is good, but for now i'm not choose them.

Ethereum also now gain it's fiat value so fast, it's your choice which currency are you choose for buying and holding. but i prefer both and some of others crypto. why not hold both. buying multiple investments is the most safe and fast profiting way in investment. Being able to actively join these two crypto will give you lots of profit.
You need to diversify the risk by holding, this is true. I also try to have both of them, but they're both expensive coins. It's not easy to buy them with our own fiat money here.
I choose ethreum over bitcoin. It is good to hold eth while it's price is still low because for sure its price in the next few months would increase though both coins are profitable in the long run.

Due to the high speculation in the price of bitcoin, buying now will be a very good thing to do, cause of the recent and continuous little rise and drop in price. I will buy ETH now instead of BTC, ETH is more stable and rise continuously. Having the two coins, holding is the best thing to do now.
Bitcoin and Ethereum have the high ranges for the price. They both are capable of exceeding their limits and bringing a huge amount of profit to the holders of this fantastical coins. Bitcoin is fluctuating a lot but in short period of time it has grown to the unexpected values and it will grow even higher this year. Ethereum is close to the stable but its slow growth is also attracting the investors towards it. I am personally favoring Bitcoin more because it exists longer then Ethereum and because of the Bitcoin Ethereum became what it is today. Ethereum has also chances of growing in the value this year but it takes some time longer to reach the price the Bitcoin has today.
As for me, I would prefer to hold ethereum due to its rate of increase in the market. I believe in no time it will meet up with bitcoin and might even overtake bitcoin.

But BTC is the first, the pioneer, it will hold its fame and rise in value because it was there before any other coin. People know what Bitcoin is, but just crypto people know about ethereum. Like many people have mentioned here, if you want to get huge profits on a small time period go for shitcoins pump and dump. It is risky but so far the rewards have shown to be bigger than the risks. For those wanting to make a safer, long term investment I'd recommend solid ICOs. Answering the dude that posted about Cointed: go for it, they are awesome, and I am sure it will be worth a lot in the future. But hodl it, this is a good investment so have patience. There are other really good ICOs and coins around, you just need to do A LOT of research before buying it. Always read the whole whitepaper before a purchase.

Both are well established coins of this crypto currency market and top 2 leaders. These both coins can be hold for long term as both are showing exponential growth and still have more juice in it.
I choose the eth, first of all, the currency prices are very high now, future increases will not too high, and the price of the eth is still relatively low, now feel a lot of upside, so I will choose to hold the eth
I'm holding both right now but 50% of my investment is in ethereum bought it at 800$ considering the price growth right now i already made a huge profit and i will continue to hold it until it reached my desired price to sell portion of it and to buy some altcoins.
