That's what really annoys me, that all the crypto currencies are going together, I don't know, but altcoins are not decentralized, but absolutely fixed on Bitcoin! That really makes choices harder where to invest.
of course bitcoin influence the price of all other cryptos. because every coin has a pair with BTC.
imagine someone with alts that want to exchange it for usd when the market is crashing... he has to exchange for btc and then for usd...

yes they are all connected to bitcoin, whatever happend to bitcoin all alcoin will also affected based on my expirience as a trader.
i see big dumps of bitcoin and altcoin lastyear i dont know this year if it is same.
I can say with certainty that I have lost confidence in the crypto currency! Anyone who could become richer with her help, they have already become. For me I deserve this kind of development coming from bitcoin world . I work for it very hard as much as I can so that I have an improvement for myself.

True, the situation might be hell for the OP or maybe for some in this forum but not everyone are affected with the drop of price. Some took it as an advantage and bought during the dump season and hodl them until the price recovers back.

Altcoins really are connected with BTC and how it runs always affects the altcoins price. We can't avoid a pump and dump in the market since it always depends on the traders reaction with BTC drive. All we have to do is go with the flow smartly and setting a goal while trading is the secret to gain profit. You just have to be familiar with the market manipulation and you only have to choices actually. To ride with it or against it.
You have the right to think so. But why did you initially believe in the crypto currency and why do you now abandon it?

If one has to buy a particular altcoin, he/she must first buy bitcoin and then exchange it for the particular altcoin. This has linked altcoins to bitcoin. But this wouldn’t be for long as exchanges have started offering deposits and withdrawals of fiat currencies.
if you don't like pump and dumps then don't participate in them! it is like putting your hand in the fire and then complaining why your hand got burnt!

this market is considered high risk. so if you can't accept it then stay away.
but if you can then really accept it and try to use that pump and dump for your own profit. meaning buy while the pumps are happening and sell fast the problem that all newbies are facing is holding too long instead of selling.

Nope, I think that having pumps and dumps are important in learning the way of cryptocurrency. Because, this pumps and dumps will improve us in trading, holding and handling our coins. What we do to our coins and what are the result of those decisions. We learn from everything we do. Especially when there is pump and dumps.

That kind of attitude doesn't deserve anything here in crypto or even you. You guys don't know how cryptos exactly works and your weak hands will just make the market worse. If you lose your trust here then you can freely go but make sure you won't regret any of your actions later on.
Yes. All prices of Alternative Coins is depend on Bitcoin Price, if bitcoin will dump, the alternative coins will dump too. It's vise versa.

nor is it just your own fears, altcoin is often like this last month also like and altcoin can recover again, do not give fear to others think positive altcoin will recover and keep going up, it is unlikely altcoin price will keep down

Haha. That is true indeed. Hell for someone is heaven for someone else. People that invested when the market was in hype are experiencing hell currently, whereas people that invested in this huge dump will experience heaven shortly. It’s all about your knowledge, experience and instincts that decide whether you experience hell (loss) or heaven (profit). It’s normal for assets to pump and dump; it’s upon you what you make out of it.

Amazing. You should just calm down yourself mate! The market is not hell but it is just so new and volatile to sensitive stuff around the market. This market is more or less unregulated and works on the basis of public ledger and wilful developments of people. You can not expect much from it unless and until you wont contribute something to it. Crypto currencies have pumps and dumps because bunch of people believe in artificial profit making and they try to manipulate everything here. You can not just scare yourself with such small issue. If you are here then you have to wait for the right momento very partially and live the success.
For someone who put his faith to crypto would be disappointed with what had been happening to his funds. He hope to earn but were instead stolen from him.
I did panic the very first time I lost it more than half of my capital. I can understand what OP is feeling, maybe its his hard earned money. This is why its not good to actually spend your money that is suppose to be spent on your table.
