Not necessarily Initial Coin Offerings that requires the security feature of Know Your Customer but any other potential project like the one pioneered by Vividapp and being managed by one of the most credible people in this forum. Nevertheless having to go through the KYC process should not be a big deal unless you plan on cheating in the campaign which is not good, if everyone follow the rules all will be fine at the end of course.

Of course, I participate in this. This allows you to protect the project from scammers. But do not forget about protecting your data and documents, using watermarks

I am against KYC procedure, I do not trust my personal data - and I consider it an unjustified risk for profit. I hope that this procedure will not be mandatory for all projects

Do any of you participate in ICOs that requires KYC (Know your Customer). We actually experienced this one on exchanges but how about in partipating in ICOs or just even in airdrop that requires KYC.

I think it depends as for me as they are many scams as well just getting your information. In some instances, we can be blind sometimes, mkay? I really do not join airdrops if it requires too needy to get your personal information.

I believe some people are not cautious as long as they can join airdrops. How about you? What are your thoughts about KYC in ICOS?

I don't understand why KYC can be a reason to be cautious on project.
KYC and AML are to keep such people like you from being scammed.
It is okay for ICO to require KYC.
I would say it should be mandatory.

I join only the ICOs where is KYC. It seems to be more trustful for me that abandoned countries with cryptocurrencies are controlled, but the KYC is often very easy to cheat, it should be controlled in better way.

Many of the ICOs that I tried to invest were requiring the KYC identification...but I suppose that this is normal for investors to pass that process in order to put money in. Worse, if they are not saying that for BH.

Some ico company are demanding kyc, it means that company are genuine and they are going to distribute coins exact person not a fake person. It is good for everyone that companies are demanding Kyc. Don't hesitate to give it.

The requirements of the campaigns for the passage of KYC are based on their fear of financial regulators. After all, they can be accused of aiding and abetting money laundering. The procedure of KYC can protect them in such a case. At present, it is practically impossible to find a good ICO without a KYC. The more complex the process of joining ICO, the more profitable it can be.

Most of the ICOs are asking for KYC now, its some legal stuff, law against money laundering i think. But I still dont feel comfortable to leave my data to some random people... When we see that most of ICOs are going down several x when they hit exchanges these days, why not just wait for them there?

I have no objection to give KYC as it is for betterment of us and i join those ICO also which require KYC. KYC is just a document to know about your genuinity and now many bounties also asking for it due to so many spam entries there.

If you participate in the ICO with an interesting and significant product and a proven team and are confident that the coins you received can bring you a real big profit then you have to go through this KYC procedure. In other cases, in questionable projects, this should not be done.but there are also great projects without kyc

In my opinion, there is no need at all. Blockchain does not require KYC to record every number. The purpose of cryptocurrency is to protect the privacy and security of every user. I personally don't want to join a project that requires KYC.

I have done KYC such a significant number of times. I won't be astounded in the event that multi day I am being halted at Unfortunately yes. I once in a while present my archives. In any case, as of now 5 times passed ICOs that requires KYC. It is surely extremely dangerous. In any case, on the off chance that you pick extends precisely, at that point the hazard can be limited. Because of the boycott of various nations for support, an ever increasing number of organizations are requesting archives. This is great from one viewpoint, yet terrible with respect to security.the airplane terminal. I think KYC postures gigantic hazard to financial specialists.

Kyc is required for many high-quality ico, because many ico does not accept Chinese and American investment, so many ico will choose the country of investors.

It is in ICO KYC is very necessary, but speaking of airdrop then I think it's not fair to demand KYC
