I think salaried job is better than commission job. There are more opportunities here. marketing or approaching other people or simply having that marketing skills then you would definitely be not effective nor productive on a commission based job, this is why you would really be going on something that gives some guarantees for you to get some salary on monthly which it is fixed which its one of its cons but if you do want to be on the safer side then you would be definitely be sticking into a salary based
than on commission based.
When a certain person does have those kind of skills about marketing or introducing products or services and able to get some people to be hook and buy then commission based jobs would really be giving

I prefer salary paid job because your always sure of getting money at the end of the month..but commission job your not always sure of getting money unless you work very hard.. Salary paid job is not that stressful compared to commission job..I will always choose salary paid job..

I'd say salary based job is much better, especially when you have to put food in the table. It doesn't matter if you're gonna be lazy, unproductive, or anything as long as you're doing your job and earning money, that's what matters. Your passion or what you really want in life won't feed you, or even your family, I mean don't get me wrong, you can't always make money with that because it's seasonal, lucky you if you have clients every single day that pays a lot for your commissions.
But if we're going to be practical, salary base job is better as long as it pays well for what you're doing for the company.

I have seen in post many people countering who is choosing salary base job but in my opinion those individual who is only one income source in entire family is better not chose commission base job. This is my personal experience I was working commission base job before covid but in pandemic everything shut down including my job, my friends who was working salary base job they use to get half of salary or work from home with full salary but my situation really became drastic. Some how I got job in pharma company now situation is much better, so I preferred to salary base job if you don't have financially support from your other family members.
Neither is better than the other, it all comes down to personal preference. As a married person, I also choose a job with a basic salary because I need a stable income, although the chances of promotion or income increase will be lower than a commission job. But that doesn't mean I don't have the opportunity to increase my income. Thanks to a basic paying job with fixed hours, I have free time to find another job or can schedule a time to learn about investing. Since then, my income is not inferior to anyone.
I agree with this since it is a matter of personal choice, as well as with the present situation that would determine what suits the best for you. For most, salary based job is much better since fixed salary is there making you have financial security. This is important for those with family and/or those who needs to support their family. But for me, I would do the same that I would definitely try to have some type of side hustles that involves commission jobs so that I could really earn more and make myself be financially secured in the future. While a commission job the income is very flexible you can earn big if you had closed big transaction, but the catch is it is not on a regular basis, there are times you do not even closed a transaction meaning you will not get anything. For me I will do both because having a regular salary you have a regular financial income that you expect every payday it would be a bonus if you had closed a transaction in a commission based job. Doing both can help you more in saving money that you can use in investing or even developing your own business.
With the current inflation and financial burdens salary based jobs in safer option but if you can work on commission based job along with your permanent job things will get better for you in life . I think anyone that's in their right mind would choose that, commission based jobs are difficult and most of them involves sales which isn't for everyone. Salary based is better since you can probably use it as your support for your other endeavors, you can do risky investment because you know you can fall back on something. For me it really depends on what type of job you currently have so you deserve to stay longer until your retirement time comes. I like the job with basic salary + plus overtime to create stability and long-term. Simply because I have a wife and children and I need such a job to ensure the life and activities of the whole family. Everyone has the responsibility and obligation to consider this carefully when getting married and having children. I think that's the majority of people will choose it. Business/introduction… contains many risks, especially in difficult economic times, selling products will be more competitive and require great pressure. You sell enough, your commission is high and you live well and vice versa.
