Most people around the world will choose the based salary job because it has a fixed income, compared to the commission salary job which is based on how much advantage it can make. Although both have disadvantages but of course the decision depends on the person's perspective and belief as to which of the two they will choose. So if you're the type who wants a big income even though you know there's a risk, you'll obviously choose the commission salary based of course and that's the simple answer.

I have seen in  post many people countering who is choosing salary base job but in my opinion those  individual who is only one income  source in entire family is better not chose commission base job. This is my personal experience I was working commission base job before covid but in pandemic everything shut down including my job, my friends who was working salary base job they use to get half of salary or work from home with full salary but my situation really became drastic. Some how I got job in pharma company now situation is much better, so I preferred to salary base job if you don't have financially support from your other family members.

First, it's great that you're supporting your friend during their tough time. Commission jobs can definitely be challenging, but they also have their advantages. For commission workers, a pay check stub maker program can be beneficial to keep track of their income and make sure they are being paid what is owed. As for salary-based jobs, they're reliable but can lead to laziness and lack of creativity. Either way, it's about finding the job that works for you and your lifestyle. Keep being a good friend and supporting your buddy.
there comes a time in the life of everyone when you disapprove the rules of your life and do what you have not planned and never wanted to do it.
I never liked the idea of commissioned based life - but I am doing it. After being laid off from my job. I had no choice whatsoever.

If the door closes on you, there will be another opportunity that is bigger than before. I don't know why you don't like it, but if you get a grasp on it, you'll learn that it was better in your past job. Try to love your commission job; if it won't work, then you need to find one. I've also been laid off from job to job, but I came across a job that is better than before, even though I didn't like it at first, but over time I've loved it, though it's been stressful. I hope you will love your job or that you can find the most suitable job for you.

Likewise - now I work on weekends too.
I have been working for long.  But now I do anything to get some extra money - because inflation has made life difficult.
The current poor economic condition coupled with the still high inflation rate has indeed made everyone try harder to be able to get additional income. I am also among those who do the same thing. because in order to be able to save and invest, I need to supplement my income from outside and not just rely on my main job. even though it becomes more tiring but we really have to work hard as long as we can and as long as there is still a chance.

I consider commission jobs very stressful to begin with. In salary job your only worry is to be fired and to be hired by someone other. In commission jobs you need to generate money somehow. Even if profits can be very high its brain consuming job.
For example after my working hours end in salary job, I can go and spend whole my weekend on playstation. But in commission jobs its very hard to focus on something other than business.
I think salary job is better, if you can retire early obviously. I plan to retire around age 40-45. Saving money and Bitcoin are obvious reasons.

Commission work is what allows you to earn more money, and I like it, besides, a well-paid job for a salary also requires good brains. I have not played video games for a long time, I also work on weekends, maybe a little less than on weekdays, but still there is always work. I try to take all the work that I can do, and it happens that you can get a good bonus for work for a salary, each option is good in its own way, I can't choose one, both are good.
Job is a job - be it a commissioned based job or a salary. Most of the time salaried people think their job is secure but you never know what is coming up next.
In most case while having a salaried based job - people become relax and want to have money at the end. There are less challenge and more expectation from the employeer.

I like the job with basic salary + plus overtime to create stability and long-term.  Simply because I have a wife and children and I need such a job to ensure the life and activities of the whole family.  Everyone has the responsibility and obligation to consider this carefully when getting married and having children.  I think that's the majority of people will choose it.  Business/introduction… contains many risks, especially in difficult economic times, selling products will be more competitive and require great pressure.  You sell enough, your commission is high and you live well and vice versa.
I would rather go for both - this is the high time.
The inflation is hitting hard and we need to work as much as we could.

As long as we have the time and opportunity to do anything, of course we have to do it, in life there are often many unexpected things, especially if we are already married, many routine expenses will continue to increase, inflation will always come so by getting income from many sources it can be safer , besides continuing to look for sources of income, another important thing is to always control expenses.

Come to think of it, I prefer commissions because we can get a bigger income if our work succeeds in exceeding the target set by the company. Whereas if the salary, wheather the job target is fast or not, it doesn't make us paid more but can be cut from manager if our work is late.

You have only considered one aspect that is positive for commission job and negative for salary job. This is not always like that when you look at the two type of jobs because it really varies, when it will be difficult for sales then what happens to someone taking commission job but if you have a permanent job you have a little guarantee of money that you can save and get into another business. You can also request a salary increment when the company is progressing.

If both are income with different levels, I would also agree to choose both because now it's starting to look difficult to find additional money to increase the source of income. So it's not wrong to take both if it's both related to income. Besides that, any job now is starting to be difficult to get, so there is no additional income that can come so easily at this time.
Having both is good but will be so demanding. A big question is will your salary job give you chance to take up another job? I have tasted both types of job and made my decisions. I would never take up any job that will not give me chance to think about myself and care for the family. So, I'll always choose commission jobs and freelancing jobs that will give good time to plan myself. The pay does not concern me always since it will be in the range of the job specifications.
Doesnt matter if you do involved on commission based or fixed salary job which you would be normally be sticking on where you do see that you are really that able to strive on day to day living. For those who are wise then they would be finding up ways which they could really be able to enhance out their income via diving into other possible opportunities that they could able to deal with.Lets just be thankful if ever
we are really that getting a certain job basing up on what we had applied or on whats available. Not all do able to get a job due to tough competition and this is why people would really be dealing up
even if its against  their interest or comfort zone but since we dont have any choice then we would be sticking into it.

Its not a cool story bro, but a long time ago, when I started working at a mcdonalds their grill was stained and dirty. When I quit working there I had scrubbed the grill enough at closing time for all of the stains to be removed. You could tell if I had the closing shift as the grill would be a visible shade lighter and nearer to its original color.

It doesn't matter how much they paid me. That's the type of plan I've tried to follow everywhere I've worked. As I wanted my name to be associated with quality work and dependability and also to form good work habits.
No, it's a cool story. That's my mentality too but my point was never to make my employer earn as much as possible but my signature was and will always be quality. I have done some tough work too, it's inevitable for young people at some point of life, especially if you don't come from a rich or family that has power and connections. There were situations where work was tough, my co-workers weren't doing it properly or as expected and I was putting all the pressure of fixing the situation on myself. They were thinking that I was a little bit crazy but the mentality behind my actions in this case is that when you do something, you should be a professional into it. If you think that you are a professional, you should be a professional in everything that you touch!

If i would have time after my job to do another commission job then i will do both, commission job is not permanent so i think we still need a salary based job, and if there would be a chances to do both to double the income then it is good to do both for good. Many workers is suffering from thier budget that is why they find commission based job it is very hard but they can still do it for good.
true, temporary jobs such as commission work can of course be done without getting rid of regular, salary-based jobs. because salary base jobs are guaranteed to be permanent and there can be certainty of what we will receive each month not with commission work, depending on the situation and what we do.
Indeed, sometimes what is obtained from very large commission jobs can be greater than salary-based jobs, but the most basic weakness is the uncertainty that will be obtained.
agree, it's better to stay on the salary basis but if there is an opportunity you can do it for the commission basis and combine it into one without neglecting the salary basis of course because there are binding rules.
at this stage - when I have been laid off from my job I am now doing a commissioned based job.
I think it is matter of time - time never remain the same. Be it the good one or the bad one.
concerned about you og kush420 who have to quit your job, but keep on working even though possible with the atmosphere and circumstances different. but if you do it properly and consistently, of course you can find something that might be more than your previous job.
agree with you that all indeed will not be able to determine whether to be the same, in good condition or it could be bad.
but the journey of life must go on and all need work to continue the journey ahead.

If I were young and unmarried, I would definitely want to try my hand at a commission job. But I same you, have a family and children, so I like a job with a basic salary, it will ensure financial support for my family. Although it is tough to have the opportunity to increase my income with salary base job, it helps me not to have too much pressure in life and have more time to be able to look for another opportunity, such as an investment or a part-time in my free time.
THis is the time when everyone is in trouble - people are losing their jobs - inflation is at the peak - at this stage one should get hold of any opportunity coming your way. I have seen people suffering but not working on low wage. One can start small. Whether married or unmarried. One should just work
