Currently I still rely on salary jobs because I am still about 4 years old graduating from school, many offers to be able to get a job commission and if we compare it with salary jobs, of course, the Job Commission is greater, I have friends who work as marketing property and rely on the job commission and him Can earning around 2 to 4 times the salary I received.

Commission work is indeed interesting to get a high income that can even be ten times, but I think if it's sales it might not be consistent especially if in a business that has lots of competitors you have to really consider it before going into commission work and you also have to take it into account with your ability to sell, many of my friends are like that, they show high income from commission work at first but after a few months they say stop because the competition is very tight and they can't meet sales targets like at the beginning they worked.

If you have that kind of skills commission base is more practical as you can bring more money in your pocket in each time you close a sale,
but not all have that knowledge the reason why most still a salary base income.

They prefer to receive a monthly paycheck and work in an ordinary job environment and wait for the money on each pay date.

Given a chance and a good skill, you should maximize all the opportunities and allow yourself to expand your potential
in bringing more money to the table.

Both jobs have different advantages and each person prefers different types of jobs. Someone prefers a fixed salary job because he only wants to complete his mandatory work and has no desire to do extra work. There are many who love to work hard so if it is a commission based job then he will be able to earn extra money from it. But I think commission based job is good because in this case anyone can complete the work according to their needs.  He who needs a lot of money will be able to supply money according to his needs by working hard.  Again, those who need less money can meet their necessary money needs by working less

I like to work on commission based on sales performance.  I feel interested in jobs based on my true ability.  Another part is that I like the business, marketing services….  I like communication and connections to create creativity and self-development.  Therefore, I prefer to choose commission work

I prefer career jobs or salary base jobs, as mentioned. This kind of job brings stability to the employee and his family. There are many potential benefits and increasements on his wage as he rises in career, while keeping the same workload.

On the other hand, if you want to earn more from comission jobs, you have to work more, you have to invest more time without the guarantee you are really going to earn more after all. There are less guarantees and benefits for this kind of employee. Social skills are also a must and not everyone is able to communicate to the public in a clear, charismatic and captivating way.

But since opportunities are scarce for all nowadays, we can't choose with what we want to work. Any opportunities available (since they are legit) must be taken in consideration even if it is not the job of your dreams.

Contrary to popular belief, a paid job does not move most people forward and keeps them where they are. With a paid job, most people don't want to work more. Person prefers to work as much as its salary and cannot reveal its potential. Nepotism is more common in salaried jobs and no matter how hard you work, salary doesn't matter where there is no merit. However, in other types of commission works, the person has to reveal his potential to the full, or person will starve. That's why person strives to be more hardworking and efficient. Self sacrifice is what is required to move humanity forward.

For me, both have their own pecks.  It all boils down to ones discipline. Discipline in the sense that, one must be patient if one is to expect earnings in any of both format.
A skilled person like an artist would have to be done with or have received the payment for a commissioned job and upon delivery would get the balance if this is the agreement. For a salary personnel, it doesn't matter how much you spend, what is agreed to be paid upon months end is what is paid. Any other extra is perhaps benefits that come with working for that organization.
I prefer a commissioned job as long as I get paid as quickly as I can complete a job and get another. If at the end of the month, we were to compile our earnings, one would see that a skilled person who offers commission for jobs has a higher probability of earning more than a salary earner and can double this with more value added.

Of course, we can do these 2 types of commissions at the same time, during a pandemic when we have a lot of free time, we can use the time to look for commissions, and the easiest thing we can do is to become part-time marketing so that formal time when working is not disturbed, for starters, of course is a difficult thing but if it has been going on for at least 6 months it will be easy.
This can still be done, but I think something like that if done simultaneously, even though it can still be done, it will not be optimal.
We know that these two types of work can be done both principally and sideways, but on the other hand things like this require our focus and targets so that our achievements can be better. But when these 2 jobs are done at the same time, even though it is still possible, this will not be good because our focus is divided so that in the end this can interfere with both jobs.

We can't force it when conditions are like this, instead of making both of them worse, it's better to choose one for us to focus on.

Personally, I don't like both of these types of work just because both provide passivity.
Everyone has the right type of job based on their personality and interests.  I personally love dynamic jobs, salary according to each person's labor productivity, and my current job is selling products and services.  There can be many people doing a combination of things at the same time.  That is their strength, I have also tried many combinations to earn more money during covid19 but the results were not satisfactory.

In a commission-based job, an individual's income is directly tied to their sales performance. This means that they have the potential to earn a high income if they are successful in selling the company's products or services. However, if sales are low, the individual may struggle to make a living wage. Also, commission-based jobs often offer more flexibility in terms of scheduling and time management, as the individual is not tied to a set schedule.

It's truly admirable that you support your friend during this difficult time. The job he's taken on is challenging, but it also has the potential for big rewards. It's important to remember that when things are tough, it's essential to have faith and to keep pushing forward. It's also great that you're helping him out with transportation and other expenses. In terms of his finances, it might be helpful for him to use an online pay stub generator to keep track of his income and expenses. This way, he can see exactly how much he's earning and where his money is going, which can be helpful when you're working on commission.

A commission-based job — easily. I'd prefer me having to earn more when I outperform and/or work harder rather than having a "safe" salary. It really depends on a case to case basis though; someone in a bad financial situation might want a stabler income especially if he/she sort of lacks the skills and connections.
If you want more security and receive stable income, then go for salary based job. But I actually see it as a limited source of income, so I chose commission based over salary based job. It’s not that I have some certain skills in expanding my sales, but it maybe it’s more challenging and it keep me more motivated to improve the skills that I have built in myself.
nothing is secure in the so called world - neither salary based job - nor a commissioned based job. When the time is not right everything is snatched from you.

That's another matter because everything will be gone if the world plays tricks on you, but we're talking about monthly income, whether large or small and how stable it is. That is why a salary-based job is stable, even though the increase would take years. Still, it is sure that you can get your salary by the end of the month. On the other side, on a commissioned job, you can earn a lot that will last you for a couple of months, but there are still months that you still need income since you didn't get any commissions that month.

Despite the possibility of getting a high pay in commission job, I would stick to salary job anyways.  In the organisation I work, we have both salary base staffs and commission base staffs. I can tell it is not always rosey for the commission base staffs, they have to work hard to bring in customer to earn commission which is not the case for salary base staffs.
However, if you are a good marketer and have the ability to penetrate big customers, surely you will be happy earning your commission with little stress.

Commission work does seem free to do because time management can be arranged by yourself, but it is burdened to be able to get marketing targets And must be able to sell products in order to get a profit presentation, if there is no product sold then there is no income at all. Unlike the case with salary-based jobs, the work we do every day is clear and there is a calculation of income every month, although it looks monotonous, but salary-based work is quite safe And obviously to get income every month

The mentality of most of the people in my country is salary based job. They are being paid $100 a month but they want fixed salary at end of month. Even if you offer them commission of $50 each on one conversion, they will deny it. Because no one wants uncertainty. Personally, for me commission based jobs give a higher ROI on time invested. When we know that we will get a fixed percent on each conversion, we will even give the work more effort.

I like both actually. It’s just that commission job is much harder because you need tremendous skills to close a client or so. I have tried once getting commissions from the ones I referred to the project, but I’ve ended up having no sales at all despite my time and effort.

You should really possess those persuasive skills. I do have a friend that is really into commission jobs. He tried at first the office job, but he said it gets boring in the long run. When he gets into commission jobs (selling appliances and cars), he gets a commission once he sells it. He gets very interested in it and is very persuasive to people, whether online or in the physical store, and he earns more! But then COVID hit, and he was really down and lost his job; however, he is now back in a commission job, mostly selling cell phones.

I understand that this is a rejection business. But the more you get rejected, it’s either you quit or you learn and get better. Salary job can help sustain your needs, but commissions can give you much more in which will rely more on your skills to close your client, especially that its critical to know what you are promoting in which customers could ask you in-depth questions.

If it was their first business, then it is clear why it has failed - lack of experience or knowledge. It is hard to start something new and already be successful in it. I have seen few people that have started something, it was their first and only business, and this business is alive now.

However, I a supporter of a salary base job. Somehow stability in salary buys me. I am not ready to be a slave for years and fork for someone, to have a freedom later. Because this freedom isnt complete. Once you decide to take a rest and let everything go with the flow, something always go wrong.
