I generally prefer salary base jobs where I can do all kinds of work as well as invest as I wish. But the job of the commission is not possible to free one's will efficiently a valuable skill exercise for candidates for salary base jobs. While asking for more money can feel uncomfortable negotiating your skills and hard working attitude can result in a satisfying higher salary, so it's important to overcome this discomfort.

Since all the workplaces I have worked so far have fixed salaries, I think this will be my choice as well. Knowing how much salary will be received at the end of the month and being able to spend accordingly is a great advantage to control my financial situation, but when unexpected expenses arise, it can be annoying to calculate how many days or hours to work for these expenses.
On the other hand, at my current workplace, I receive a fixed salary and additionally a bonus system. This means that I receive both salary types simultaneously. Regarding this situation, I have to point out that unfortunately, I can never know my exact salary as the bonus changes. While it is possible to calculate an average salary, maximum and minimum income, it is very difficult to calculate the exact net income. In such a salary system, only when the payslip arrives, I can learn my net salary. In the next day, my salary is already credited to my account.

Commission and salary jobs are two different ways to get paid. Commission jobs can make you more money but it also comes with a higher level of financial risk. On the other hand, salary jobs give you a stable income but you may not earn as much. It is all about personal preference and what works best for you.

For me personally, I prefer a salary job because it is more stable and gives me more security. But that is not to say I do not enjoy commission-based work, I just prefer to use it as a side hustle or an additional source of income when freelancing.

Those who are experienced or professional certainly prefer work commissions to salary, this is because they can arrange jobs or complete work faster than people who rely on salary jobs who usually work according to the duration or time routine, of course we have to think about being able to commission jobs so we have to always improve our skills.
People who choose commissions over salary are usually people who are already highly skilled in their field. As you said that they will be faster to get the job done. Those who have commissions usually get paid well for every job they do and people like that usually have skills that few others have. In my country, many companies pay their employees with a commission system, but as far as I know, many of them don't get money equivalent to what they do.

Personally, I like a job with a basic salary, I like to have a stable financial source, and when I have it, I will have time and the opportunity to invest. For me, I prefer investing than going to any job and with a steady income my investment will be better. If my investment fails, I still have a steady source of income to cover my daily expenses.

In salary based jobs, you can also gain an experience on them and then there are also salary jobs which are professional. Commission jobs on the other hand can be unstable although the earning potential is high but I think most of the people will still prefer and stick on those salary based jobs.

Salary job workers can still complete their work faster and then leave early at work without needing to complete that 8 hours. 8 hours is only the minimum time that a salary worker must spend. Finish or not, they will go home and continue their jobs again tomorrow. They can also do overtime and work beyond 8 hours to be able to earn more.

Commission job is hard work and is so unpredictable. With a salary job you are sure of an income. I will only accept a commission job as a side hustle and not my main job. So here I can determine when I want to get paid while I have my main game going on for me. Also commission job is good if you do it online and not offline so it is flexible but it must not be my main job.

When we talk about deciding on the kind of job one wants to settle for, then we must be able to weigh the differences and defide well without been compelled to do so, anything that does not work to our favour can be neglected, we work to be happy, earn a living and also have some savings, but reverse has been the experience of many due to their undetermined spirit, they had prefer to settle for less than taking the risk to see things changing for good on them.

Currently I still rely on salary jobs because I am still about 4 years old graduating from school, many offers to be able to get a job commission and if we compare it with salary jobs, of course, the Job Commission is greater, I have friends who work as marketing property and rely on the job commission and him Can earning around 2 to 4 times the salary I received.

Commission work is indeed interesting to get a high income that can even be ten times, but I think if it's sales it might not be consistent especially if in a business that has lots of competitors you have to really consider it before going into commission work and you also have to take it into account with your ability to sell, many of my friends are like that, they show high income from commission work at first but after a few months they say stop because the competition is very tight and they can't meet sales targets like at the beginning they worked.

Whatever the job, be it commission or salary based. it all depends on the expertise we have. we can do whatever we like, including in terms of earning income. there is no set size, which one is better. basically, everything comes back to the potential we have and how we use it to become an income-generating advantage. there are many people who make good money from their business, or from commission based work. there are also those who like regular income, some of us occupy strategic positions.

Everything has its own portion and potential, according to the expertise we have. because after all, both have pluses and minuses.  the problem is, it depends on us and how we choose according to the abilities, expertise, and opportunities we have.
Yes, because there are people who are really that good when it comes to marketing products or introducing services and other related stuffs which they would really be able to utilize those skills
and expertise for them to make more money specially if its commission based. Its true that you could potentially be able to earn up more than with those salary based but we know that
not all people would really be having that kind of skills which they could take advantage with. This is why most of the time people would be sticking out with those salary based or
fixed ones which i do also prefer, but if you do see that you are somewhat good on marketing then you could go with the another option.

in general between the two jobs there are advantages and disadvantages of each, but I personally am an entrepreneur who has never felt both but on the negative and positive sides
people who work for commissions are more likely to commit fraud at work, in my personal opinion, even though this is not everyone, maybe it's more of an individual
Maybe our opinion is a little different, if the problem of fraud depends only on the person. because I myself work in a commission-based way. I think the Commission can be more enthusiastic and motivated at work, we can generate as many sales as possible so that the commissions we get are also large.

Vice versa, if you work on a salary basis, there may be no motivation to work because you may be more likely to be lazy because you still get a fixed nominal income regardless of the results of your unsatisfactory sales work.

I have no issues with my salary-based employment. Whatever our jobs may be, let's keep the main point in mind: we all need to put food on the table for our families and ourselves. Let's be grateful for what we have because not everyone can have the work that we do at the moment.

I think both jobs are good for most people. Sometimes people takes two jobs for better pay but tiring, they have full-time and part-time job. Commission job compared to salary based job isn’t that bad when it comes to payroll. I don’t have a full-time job/salary based job but I have part-time/commission job that helps me with some of my expenses. Having salary based job is worth it because of its salary unlike commissions that consumes time with less salary.

True commission work is not as bad as you say and not everyone is like that,
those who prefer a salary-based job seem more concerned with stability,
and for those who prefer commission work want unlimited profits but it depends on your hard work.
indeed every commission job is not that bad just some individuals...
and commission work is actually a job that provides concepts and services to someone who needs them and this requires an intelligent mind and clever in conveying an offer...
and not everyone can get a regular job with a decent salary so they like stability in what they get

Well, there are different kinds of individuals with their own skills and capabilities. While some people are business-oriented and have good marketing skills, others know nothing about business or marketing. A commission job may be stressful, but in some situations, the commissions gotten when sum up can be greater than a paid job. Take, for instance, if I were working with a company that paid me 5% on every product I sold. Assuming one of the products was $100, if I was good at marketing, I could possibly sell 5, 10, or even more products per day. 5% of $100 is $5 x 10 products = $50. assuming I'm working 24 days in a month, that would be $50 per day X 24 days, which is $1,200 a month.

Although that's a rough calculation, but some paid jobs can't pay up to a commission job. I prefer a commission job to a paid job because I am good at marketing and persuading customers to buy, but when looking for a commission job, it should be with a reputable company so that people will be moved to buy their products.

Currently I still rely on salary jobs because I am still about 4 years old graduating from school,
I also prefer salary jobs. I've been working for more than a decade and I find it more easy to work with salary jobs if my target is a fixed salary. But if I want to work easy and be performance based, then commission jobs are like that. You own your time and you deliver results based on the work you're in with these commission basis.

many offers to be able to get a job commission and if we compare it with salary jobs, of course, the Job Commission is greater, I have friends who work as marketing property and rely on the job commission and him Can earning around 2 to 4 times the salary I received.
It's because salary or profit in a commission basis job is unlimited. You earn unlimited income there based on your output and there are people who are choose to be on it and knows how to grind with their chosen field.

This is an emotional touching story of a friend who is having some hard and difficult situation feeding for himself. After longtime of searching for paid job with no success he saw a job that will pay him in commission. This means you will have to depend for money with your success in the work daily, weekly or month depend on the agreement. This friend that got a job is now having more hard times to go out looking for customers to buy the product of the company that he is working for because it is a marketing company. He is depending on me for some support like to go to work, sorting him for transporting himself and sometimes feeding and I help to do this for him (a friend that is down today can be up tomorrow and may help you also in future, they say future is pregnant. Help a friend in need). I do this with him sometimes with happiness and good face. I encourage him that soon he is going to make big sales with big profit to cover all the time he is not having profit.

What do you think of it ?

It really depends on the sort of salary you're talking about in comparison to a commission job and it can also depend on the sort of personality you have. People who are more introverted may not feel comfortable speaking to new people all the time and engineering a conversation in the sales type manner that would see them do well financially. There is a certain kind of sales person who we've all seen projected in certain TV shows or movies, that are willing say anything and bend the truth in order to get a sale. They might be financially successful in terms of how the company rewards them, but it borders on fraudulent or aggressive selling tactics. If you can get a salaried job perhaps with some sort of bonus structure built in that might be most successful.
