2. dont wear it all day. unless you are a slave working 24/7 with no breaks. there is plenty of oppertunity to have  break.

when i go shopping im in a store for a max of 1-2 hours.
even shop workers have a break every couple hours.
so wearing a mask in a shop is not an 'all day' requirement

but more important. increase your hygiene and do some laundry

as a non-chinese tourist/business visitor, i have had no problems at all getting chinese currency and in no way has it ever been tied to some government app that freezes accounts for any reason

the conspiracy of depopulation through vaccine is a myth because the population of 5.8bill in the 1990's should be under 5 billion now.. but look we are at 7.8bill so it seems the myths of the 90's didnt turn out to be true
the amound of covid deaths in the last month exceed the amount of vaccine deaths. so if governments wanted to kill. they would simply allow 'natural herd spread' via the virus

My compound is a mask-free zone and I've had at least 300 people through here over the course of this hoax and quite a few at one time on occasion.  You have to live like a human being if you want to be healthy.

If you are strapping a filthy rag on your mouth all day, not only will you get 'mask mouth' (sores, nasty breath, rotting teeth and gums, etc) but the germs and fungus will make their way down into your lungs eventually.  Similarly, if you slather chemicals on your hands all day long like some neurotic freak, it's going to do a great deal of harm to your body's ability to maintain a normal defense against microbes.

The article you linked studies healthcare workers working in infectious diseases, respiratory, and intensive care environments, and finds that medical grade masks offer more protection than simple cloth masks. Not exactly the "gotcha" you think it is, nor in the least bit an unexpected outcome. There is also absolutely nothing in there which supports your statement that "masks cause bacterial pneumonia".

Since you have suddenly shown an interest in actual studies rather than just making shit up, why not have a read of https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2440799/. When studying masks in the general population, it again found that medical grade masks are better than cloth masks, but that even cloth masks still provide a "significant degree of protection".

Feel free to go and frantically Google some more and link another study you haven't understood, though.

The only concern I have regarding the vaccine is that they can't confirm whether or not it prevents transmission of the virus.  It's easy to imagine it might give the general public a false sense of security and actually increase the rate of infection if people aren't careful.  I suspect once people have had the vaccine, they will go out socialising right away because they won't get sick.  They will then become a carrier for the virus and show no symptoms.  Then they will mix with unvaccinated people in their bubble and infect them.

If you care about your loved ones, continue socially distancing until everyone you know is vaccinated.

Doctors don't wear masks all day normally and when they do they are in a conditioned environment (unlike the poor fucker working at 7/11 who will lose job if he take the thing off over their 8 hour shift.)  Furthermore, medical staff get to grab a new mask any time they want, and in fact probably are mandated to so they are not wearing a dirty cloth rag since it is all they can realistically afford.

The (not-a-)vaccine doesn't stop people from getting the virus or passing it to others.  The 'new normal' will progress as designed with masks (which cause bacterial pneumonia which they can lump into as 'PIC' to get bigger numbers), social distancing, lockdowns, etc, just as planned.  But things will morph into chipping, immunity passports, depopulation, infertility, social credit scores, UBI, etc.  That's part of the plan and is on the horizon.

My dad is actually getting the vaccine next week. I really hope it's real and not some hoax. It would be nice if we could finally fight the corona pandemic and end these miserable lock downs. EG if a ciy has 100 hospitalisations and the national stats show that the same city had 100 hospitalisations.. then it shows the data is correct
