I think that the phrase "it's okay that I lose at gambling" can only be uttered by gamblers who have an absolutely correct view of gambling. In gambling, if a gambler makes a deposit, he must understand that he has already given this money.
And there is no need to wait for this money back, and even more so for its increase. It's like money for an attraction: the ticket has been bought, and now you need to have fun.
This is the right critical thinking that will never disappoint a gambler.
Gamblers should have the kind of thinking where they think of gambling as paying for your entertainment, maybe you can equate it to watching a circus so you are entertained.
This is some people consider gambling part of the fun while there are still people expecting more from gambling, for example, wanting to win so they chase losses, this is often done by gamblers who cannot control themselves or do not accept if they lose in gambling.
There are quite a lot of characters that describe the behavior of gamblers, and their goals are also very different. For those who have a permanent job, for example, gambling only aims to relieve the stress caused by work pressure, and they gamble purely for fun. Usually they also don't think about the money they lost and don't think about chasing it either, because their initial intention was to gamble for fun.

On the other hand, for those who don't have a permanent job, it can be said that gambling is not just for fun, but is a way to generate income. If they are lucky, they will get pleasure and win, if not they will keep trying again, even with a small amount of capital. We often encounter these two types of typical gamblers in our environment.

Actually there are gamblers who are even braver, where they will lend money to gamble, I think the latter also happens a lot. It's just that they are rarely seen and tell of his actions about it because it can put pressure on them.

In short, they are losers because they lack the discipline to control themselves, so they are never satisfied. With the reality in gambling that we all lose in the long run, it's only a matter of time before these addicted gamblers have no means to gamble anymore. We should not wait until that time comes for us.

It's actually okay to lose because it's part of gambling, and in fact, only a few are winners. If we belong to the majority, we should be brave enough to accept that we are losing money. The only way to justify those losses is to have fun every time we gamble, so we will think that we are paying for the entertainment.

Exactly, I agree with you that the ability to accept the risks that are likely to occur will most likely only be able to be done by gamblers who have the right and correct understanding of how gambling really is. Because obviously if for example from the beginning they only see gambling in terms of winning opportunities as is done by gamblers who we are already addicted to then surely defeat is a situation that will be really difficult to accept which is simply that they are typical loser gamblers who always want to win but do not want to accept the consequences of risk.

But even though the reality is like that we still can't give up telling, advising and directing people who have just come and are involved in gambling to first justify their understanding of how gambling really is, one of which is like you said that when we have made a deposit, we must realize and prepare ourselves that there is a possibility that the money will be lost, especially when luck does not come at the right time.

Well it's a nice idea you've mentioned above and I understand the fact that some gamblers find it hard to recognize this idea due to the losses they may have incurred while gambling. It's quite obvious that after the money has been deposited it's  already in the bank role and the player still has the opportunity to win and as well withdraw his funds but on the long run players who are addicted don't have the opportunity to withdraw because they actually want to win multiple times even when they've won some amount. They're hardly satisfied with the amount of money already won. Hence, accumulating more losses is the only option left on an addicted player. As he'd hardly stop is gambling session after winning big or losing out substantial amount of money.

When we say someone is addicted to gambling,it does not mean that they lose all the time, but their problem is there is no win that can ever be enough for them to stop gambling, even when they win big, they always have that desire to win more, and that is what drives them into gambling everyday. They gamble everyday and that money they already won from gambling will be lost.
This means that gamblers who Gambles everyday have their lucky days too,but their losing days are more than the days they win.

We keep talking about gambling addiction and how bad it is to become addicted, does it mean that addicted gamblers lose money all the time? Do you means those guys doesn't win anything at all? Can they not be lucky to win jackpots?
Actually, they also win it.

But the problem is this:
1. Their losses must have been far greater than the wins they achieved
2. If they win, they will use the money again for gambling, why? because they want to win again in the next round. And what happened?
They failed and failed again. In the end, their money was lost again.
3. They will maintain loss control and will be addicted to gambling again with very high hopes of winning.
4. Many of them end up fantasizing or having very high hopes that one day they will be able to return the capital from the money they have spent so far by getting the jackpot. but that day never came.

And this cycle continues to happen to addicted gamblers, but they don't succeed in getting rid of it, until something bad actually happens to them. It really terrifies me when I see someone who is addicted to gambling and can't get away from it at all.

Spending more time in gambling doesn't increase your chance of winning but it can make you more responsible as you experienced many losses already. Addicted gamblers doesn't mean you're on the losing streak, addicted can means different if you know how to deal with gambling. Excessive mistakes with gambling can put you into a bad situation, and having a bad attitude towards gambling is not ok at all most of the time they suffer a lot because of their own actions.
A fact most gamblers hardly come in terms with, you can not get to catch up with every opportunity that will eventually come up on trading and most gamblers don't agree because they feel that staying in the casino all day long so they can hop up on every opportunity which some times GRE them to loose funds instead of just winning, gambling can get addictive if you continue gambling because you think you will win just by spending more time on the chat.

Mistakes are bound to be made gambling and even with other things but then you should try to minimize how much of a mistake you always make in cause of gambling so you can be able to cut down on your losses because more mistakes can really mean that you will most likely get to accumulate more losses and will not be able to make good profit off your gambling activities.

Everyone experiences losses but it can be more if you are terribly addicted to gambling. Because there is no exemption in gambling, while some gamblers are winning, some are also losing. If we are too lucky this day, is possible we can be unlucky the next day. We can't change this thing because we just rely on luck, not our knowledge and skill. Therefore, if we are into gambling we must be aware of possible losses and help ourselves to be prepared for it.

But I don't think addicted gamblers feel the urge because I don't think they still feel it. Until they don't stop gambling and continue their wrong gambling approach, the more they lose money and the worst thing that possibly happens is to sell all their assets.
If we see that we are constantly losing, but despite this the player really wants to play, then we need to continue, but we need to reduce the size and frequency of bets. Of course, I understand that it is very difficult for such players to do this, but if this is not done, then everything will be lost without a trace, including material values. The problem with addicted gamblers is that they cannot stop, although they should have done this several months ago and calmed down, but they want to prove to themselves that they are not losers, while there are winning players. These urges come from within, their childhood, this desire to follow to the end no matter what the cost, and of course this is wrong.

I have seen players who win, but the most important question is how much they have lost up to this point and I am afraid that it is much more.

Not just addicted gamblers are losing money at all times but every who gambles without control are losing their money. I'm not a gambling addict but I also lose money at times. And that's why losing isn't limited only to what state are you in your gambling status. But gambling addicts do also win money and that's why they are having a race on their minds whether to stop or just keep on going but they don't notice that they're already addicted. So, there is no skip in losing and even you are going to gamble casually, you'll also lose money. There's no one that will be exempted with it because even the owners that don't gamble with their own casinos, they're also going to lose for sometime. That's basically a normal matter for every gambler to understand. So, you lose some and then you're going to lose also on an instance of our lives. It's just too different for the addicted gamblers because their reaction isn't going to be the same with the casual gamblers. So, as for the addicted ones, you can figure out the changes on their lives and they are going to show you differently once you see how emotional they are.

Re: Does addicted gamblers only lose money all the time
Addicted gamblers might not lose money in the short term because they might be lucky to win huge money in a short amount of time, but based on statistics, these addicted gamblers will lose money in the long term because not all the time they're winning. There will be a time where they will lose all the winnings that they got.

These addicted gamblers who are winning huge amounts of money in a short amount of time will feel the adrenaline and they will think to stay and gamble even more because they feel that they can win more, until it comes to a point where they will lose all of their money because they don't know when to stop gambling especially if they needed to.
remembering that gambling is a game that has been regulated, of course those who are addicted to gambling will only experience losing money, what's more, the small chance of winning cannot be changed, for gamblers they only have a bigger chance of losing so it's not strange that gamblers who are addicted only you'll just lose your money. Even though there is a chance of winning, it is very unlikely, especially with a big win that could change their lives, it is almost impossible because the host will definitely limit winnings for the players. and also as you said, there are times when they will lose all the winnings they have obtained because usually when they win the feeling of wanting to get bigger is there and strong, and many gamblers lose the winnings they have obtained because they follow their greed.
This case is no longer a strange case, in my opinion it has become commonplace for many gamblers to lose their winnings because they feel they can get a bigger win when they have won, so when they have won, the action they take is not to withdraw their winnings but to gamble again. The bet amount is increased higher to get a bigger win, but instead of wanting to get a bigger win, it actually causes the winnings that have been obtained to be lost again.

I feel so bother and that is why I decided to ask this question.

We keep talking about gambling addiction and how bad it is to become addicted, does it mean that addicted gamblers lose money all the time? Do you means those guys doesn't win anything at all? Can they not be lucky to win jackpots?

On this board, we are always referring addiction as a terrible thing but does it mean that those addicted gamblers doesn't win money, are they only bounded to losses upon losses?
The thing is that every gambler, even the good ones, lose all their winnings every time, but the funny thing about gambling addicts is that, they lose the money faster than any clown on the planet, even faster than an average gambler, even faster than someone who bets quite wisely and is not losing money over trivial things.

Even sadder, gambling addicts don't lose their money on any other stuff than gambling, some of us here can cash out their winnings and probably take their friends, families, or themselves out for a quick dinner and getaway, some of us may indulge between having fun or getting gadgets and other stuff, but these gambling addicts will always lose their money to gambling and nothing else, which makes these people even more desperate and hooked to gambling.

So it's not really about who loses more money than who, it's about who can make the most money out of certain stuff and gambling addicts just lose theirs in the most unproductive ways.

Addicted gamblers do not lose money all the time, they win too,the problem with them is about there irresponsible actions, uncontrolled habits that lead to much losses even after a win. Many addicted gamblers only care about how to gamble for the rush of dopamine and quench there urge without limits.
Yes, it's a fact that I see it where most gambling addicts can't control their emotions so that when they win they don't really stop their gambling addiction because their bad habits make them like that, that's why gambling addiction is a disease that really must be avoided. by gamblers because if you have this disease it will be difficult to recover from this bad habit, it is important to control yourself so as not to lose more money when gambling.

I even met someone when he gambled all the time and I asked him what he was looking for, it turned out he was chasing and trying to recover his losses but at the same time I saw him win big and get the jackpot, then what did he do, he kept playing and hoped he could win? get more wins, even though at that time his winnings had recovered all his losses but he continued playing and finally lost everything, what you said is true, that every gambling addict must have won and not always lost money, it's just that they can't control themselves well.

That's the top reason why those addicted gamblers shows that they didn't win everytime people asked them what happened, The truth is, they can't control their self, the way they think about the money that they got, Addicted gamblers always wants to gamble to the point that they didn't notice what's happening, They always say that they're chasing their losses but when they win huge amount, they will not contented, Addicted gamblers will push to gamble again and again until the money that they have will gone. It's difficult for an addicted person to maintain their thinking that's why it is highly adviceable to have a strong self control so we will not ended up being like them.

Their uncontrollable habits make those who are infected with gambling addiction experience more losses than luck. They win very often but if calculated with the budget they have spent, the winning percentage is lower than what they have spent. Gambling addicts not only experience losses from a financial perspective, but they also lose from a mental, attitude and behavior perspective.

When the desire to gamble grows and they don't have money, usually addicts will do everything they can to fulfill their desire. The positive impact of gambling must be considered so that you don't become a gambling addict, gambling responsibly will allow you to enjoy every game and not cause negative effects when outside the casino.

Compulsive gamblers, apart from losing money, are always frustrated and have many things that invade them, such as bad vibes and knowing that despite everything they feel like they are doing things wrong, so that is something that is not good to feel, there are many who lose friends, even their own family, those who are heads of families enter a degree of total irresponsibility because they know that many bad things come to them, so sometimes these types of things hurt anyone a lot, you always have to have control and responsibility, I would say that what a compulsive gambler loses the most is their sense of responsibility.
