People jist need to use their common sense to avoid being scammed,
If it is a giveaway then why do they need to pay in order to participate or receive it?
People still falls to those kind of tricks and I just don't know why there are still some who would really send out their money because of those promises?
^ Well you have a point and this is what commonly happens for those who did not think first before they act. It is very simple to us your common sense that it is a scam and also it is a part of our greed that usually people had. Scammers are everywhere waiting that there is someone who falls into their trap, so let's be vigilant at all times. Because as OP shows, that is very popular on Twitter and I think everyone knows this those who had a Twitter account early last year. Hold your own bitcoin and have freedom wherever you go.

One of the keys to avoiding being a victim of scammers is to control our greed, which sometimes makes us not think logically. Therefore, many people
are deceived by being willing to send money in advance to be able to get the promised rewards. But if we can control greed, then we will not
immediately be attracted by the offer of very large rewards. This means that we really have to learn a lot about the crypto world, don't believe
in all methods of getting instant profits. Because it takes hard work and patience to be able to get big profits from investing in cryptocurrencies.
I totally agree with all of you greedy people, they fall prey to scammers, people who want big rewards without working and only a little capital and aspire to big income for people like that who are targeted by scammers.

very many of these cases happen, especially when we introduce it to friends, especially beginners, because they don't understand what steps to take to start a business, I will be very careful in giving my money to scammers, especially among people beginners who will bankrupt us for the future to come, this must be considered wisely before starting something for sure

I never trust this kind of events. It's obvious that it's not safe. Hackers captured even Elon Musk's Twitter account and swindled many people. Do not trust everyone! There are frauds everywhere. This is a very simple trick.

No system is safe, we know that already.
I didn't know about Elon Musk's Twitter account being hacked, did that happen recently? and it's similar to the situation where Ethereum's owner, He had to post touse special title after his username on Twitter, something like "I don't do giveaways"

quite surprised that there are still many people who are deceived by the fake giveaway program....even though there's been a lot of news about this kind of fake giveaway, the greedy and stupid ones are still there.

Can you explain how does this scam works?

With such kind of detections shown by the picture above, I doubt there are individuals who even dare to give touch the scam website (if they realized it)

This kind of scam has been pretty known widely, it's kinda unbelievable if is there any individual who still fell for it. I'm assuming if that huge transaction was created just to manipulate people and something like to show this is the true giveaway.

Because of the size of the crypto world, even ridiculous things that sound impossible are very likely to happen. and fraudsters take advantage of this to deceive people who may be new to crypto, they must know that businesses in crypto may be able to give them profit with simple things but many also intend to scam them or steal them. rational and logical tought should be used too even in crypto.

fruads are everywhere and we can't determine them unless someone will give a try just to expose their works, lol and you know this kind of GIVEAWAY is too obvious and very unrealistic, because how comes there are some ppl who will believe in it?  They're a big fool that despite of the situation they will believe to some bitcoin giveaway wherein the amount fees is too high as well.  Grin

the act of fraud will continue from time to time indiscriminately and knowing our age we also need to be careful in taking an attitude or action before starting a business that we have not been able to fully control and still cannot reach our minds, such as we still have a lot to learn from people before we start a business for the future, this will be very influential for our survival in the future

I keep my funds on several wallets - trust, ownr, atomic and I'm not going to share any information about them with anyone.
That was a good idea but it is much better I think if you have to share to any of your trusted friend or any of the family member just in case if there is a bad thing happen on you. We can't ignore such instances and much better if there is someone who could able to claim that.

Anyways, scammers are smart and they will continue to find a way just to scam people. Most noobs had fallen into their traps because of some ignorance and market awareness. If it keeps this thing happens to them, we can never win this war but instead, scammers will getting bigger and bigger.

It makes me wonder too how some people are so gullible to the extent they will trust some random link online which has a caption of too good to be true campaigns and giveaways. There are so many clickbait links which spread virus and can instantly hack, corrupt, and steal your privacy information in a snap. Hence, it still bugs me why people are so naive despite being warned several times already. Certainly, ignorance is dangerous. It can cost you so much if you are not careful. Most especially if your gadget such as phone or laptop contain so many important information that should only be known by yourself.
There are many greedy people out there, who don't care to confirm any information they received, but just agreed to anything they see online. We have to be very careful about what we believe online, because there are many scammers, who create fake sites. I have been in the Crypto world for some time now, and I make enough investigation and research before believing anything I see online.

The people simply get eroded with lucrative offers and their greed doesn't let them think for a while that it's scam and nothing like this giveaway or free money is around. When they will understand this fact more scammers will face difficulty in getting victims but as usual many newbies who don't have knowledge or even who are old to crypto World fall victim to such scams inspite of many warnings. You can't stop anybody bu just advice them and the whole and sole decision lies with the people and how they deceive such scammy offers.

I remember one gambling site here-even though almost all members warned the site-a scam-still-every day the victims are growing.

Fake giveaways-despite many warnings about Bitcoin so as not to be scammed-it still happens-due to lack of information and neglect, for the sake of the will to accelerate the profits that are multiplied in fact fall into the giveaway of deception-self-awareness is needed in this case.

Usually they want more bitcoin than what they have today,
Usually ? lol always not usually mate .

Because all of us are here to make profit and that is it.

Quote
well, at that time they tried to follow a giveaway event like this without being careful in doing so, I've often met this,
They are not following give away but they are hunting it and when they found some greedy offer they tend to grab and then become a victim.

Quote
even ever almost fooled, because I was asked to pay first.
And then if you pay, you are a fool right? never pay when it is called give away .

You have 30,000 dollars in bitcoin, that's your hard earned money  but you choose to get into a giveaway that's suppose to payout to you,you go as far as paying them..just how does this qualify to be a giveaway? Let greed not take the best of you, temptations are high and everyone is looking for a quick buck.
Yeah giveaways does not have any required amount to put in because if they will impose this meaning this isn't a give away instead it is Investing and that is far from Giveaways.
We are joining give away because of it is being free since we mostly not trusting the provider but once there is a specific promise of earning and you have to put funds then think twice because this may end up being scam  for sure.
many of us don't realize this because they only looks on the amount to be getting but the funds on lose will be cried after the event happened.

As far as I know some of the giveaways conduct KYC or want some type of data from you so the price you actually pay for the coins is to give away the most valuable you have: your data. I would never give away a single piece of data for a give away except for my public key obviously. Anything else can be abused like hell.
