I just checked your ticket for you. Is this some sort of a joke or a fraud attempt, or i don't know how to even call it.

You literally contacted our support, from random email, from random location, from random device and claim our high rollers account is yours and we must give you an access to it? Even though you can't even name your old email, don't have any matching IP address, don't have any access to addresses or ANYTHING to prove that this account has anything to do with you and you complain about it?

Mate, you can make one million threads here about unfair treatment or even scam accusation, but forget about it, our support won't serve imposters and our real players accounts are safe and we will never change anyones emails and 2fas.

and i doubt their fairness, if they are probably fair how a user lost 500 bets in row? and if that was fair then why he got paid back?
i doubt my bets was not fair as well thats why i lost $53,000 plus

Yahoo is currently free and very good manager. I would like to recommend Hhampuz but he is now managing multiple campaigns but still a very good choice. I’m sure many will offer you many tempting offer but Yahoo is really the best manager so far because he can focus on your campaign if you are planning a long term signature campaign to boost your reputation once again.

Many scammer is using your old feedbacks as reference to attack you just to push you to give them there money. Showing an effort to boost your reputation might resolve the old trust issue that happened to your casino.

a casino site named stake.com stop my withdrawls and i was worried when i asked they told me to verify my identity and it was kind of weird but its helped me alot right now, i hope duckdice.io will take necessary steps in future to avoid such issues.
If I am not missing any thing from your posts in this thread and in other threads related to your accusation as well as answers from DuckDice, it looks like you make an invalid accusation.

i never had any problem with stake thought they are more helpfull and active, i was asked at the start to pass kyc which give me high rakeback high bonuses and they needed to verify where from funds are coming.
i did that and its helped me now, as this so called Duckdice.io casino never asked me during the time i was losing money for any Documents or verifications if it was asked that time today it was going to be so easy for both of us. but i am sure they know i am real owner as in their first statements but today they are denying that.

are you kidding? what kind of support team you have who don't even know how to match an account and keep a user for weeks awaiting, thanks god you cheacked it your self and you find something to make an excuse.
i stated at your support that i lost my phone where i was having more then i lost at your site.your support team argue for a while but when i answer them their question then
i was asked by support to creat another account and they will transfer bonuses their for which i agreed with them and creat an account.
then you made an excuse to waite for a week and i did more then 14 days now.
if i am using vpn i can't provide IP adress.
when we speak about KYC i said i am ready to pass it but later you refused that as well and as i have posted Screenshots of email chat above that showing you claimed you have my Old KYC documents and you will cross match it and i said ok sure. but again i have to waite for that and i waited again but your support get disappeared and now you came up with accusations that i am not the real owner.

I will first just post a more formal response here that was made on one of your accusation threads. we will not be pressing forward with this matter as it is clear to us that after checking you cannot provide any relevant evidence that can give us clarity. we explored checking kyc but found it not to be suitable for this

So I have been authorized to reply to your individual case and expect the same to be replied to in an email.

We have no obligation to 'return' the account to you, as we cannot verify that you are indeed the original owner.

The email you provided is not the original account's email, nor can you provide any transactional proof via signing or depositing from a previously used crypto address from within that account.

We simply cannot return the account under those circumstances.

Originally in good faith, we were exploring means of trying to help you to prove ownership but this ongoing discussion is making it rather difficult to keep the case open, so we will just categorically say now that we will not be returning the account to you as you have given us no proof whatsoever that determines the authenticity of your claim.  

There are no funds on the account as it was, and any Rakeback long expired or was close to it, so the only thing that was worthwhile was the faucet level which also would have been declining since the period of inactivity.  

We have tried to deal with this fairly and as quickly as possible but these types of claims require thorough investigation first.

As a footnote and separate from the above reply,

Please also understand we have had many similar situations where people have passed over their accounts or sold them (against our terms of service) and then create threads such as this trying to use high-wager accounts that are recognized by our community into pressuring us for additional bonuses etc.

It is quite a suspicious way to go about making claims and doesn't really help, in cases where a casino is acting improperly I totally understand but as many users highlighted, what is the expectation that you can have when you have supposedly lost and didn't back up any details or information whatsoever, even your own email when losing just one device, a phone when you claim to have been depositing so much? Of course, it can happen but it's just an even unlikelier scenario.

I say this too just think about how impossible a situation is to just simply let you have an account without any specific proof and hope people understand our position more clearly since you have made this public.

Anything that a casino could regard as suspicious behavior. Although it might be worth noting that the term "suspicious behavior" is usually not defined by any online casinos for the purpose of keeping their reasons a bit "fluid". In the case for example that someone is moving money in ways that could be seen as money laundering or if someone is using a bot to try to cheat the system or the player logs on with different IP addresses everytime...

The casinos need to make sure they are not involved in any illegal things like allowing players from forbidden countries to play on their casino or having their casino used to launder money.


To bad for them if they allow that because they maybe get sued for what those frauds do using their casino. And I guess such activities has been lessen especially with those huge money since many casino are now requiring KYC which is avoided by criminal to participate on. Casino really need to take counter action with this if they are allowing this then for sure they are thinking to do exit scam to all of their gamblers and they just wait for more huge balance to pass on their casino.

If it were up to me, I would prefer the casinos did compliance checks when the account was created instead of later, on the grounds of suspicion.
