They've done that before but for some reasons, it didn't last unlike the others that we've got right now. And if a casino sees that it's not necessary for them to have a campaign, they wouldn't do it if it's not really needed at all.

That's what should a forum be.

That's not the right way to report much better go to scam accusation section since for sure once you post it there and many forum users will talk about your issue they might response and create a settlement towards your issue on their casino. Issue's which take so long to resolve should needed an action to warn other people about what they do to you.

If i am honest i am not entirely sure what you're asking but i'll try XD Smiley

We did a long time ago run signature campaigns but it's not something we do anymore or at this time considering,
we are not interested in paying people to make forum posts etc either as a rule, we want our feedback to be genuine and it's a bit of a slippery slope, some casinos do take this approach, and (my own opinion) it's not the best route as can open more questions about trust than it gains.
 
our forum is open for anybody who meets some minimum criteria, not a subscription service but we do require that people have deposited and made bets and similar because of the time and resources it takes to prevent bots, etc.

i am a bit confused though man, if i didn't answer what you're trying to ask, feel free to rephrase Smiley

Hi duckdice i sent and email but got no response there, wondring if there is anyway to recover my account where i lost $50k last month and i wasnt able to claim my monthly and weekly bonuses.

It is usually best to direct such enquiry to live support (the blue icon on the left hand bar if desktop, on the bottom bar if mobile), email responses can take 24-48 hours and may be the only route but our auxiliary support might be able to help some elements depending on the merits of the case

According to what I have read, I do not see that the casino has that it seems to me that this is a problem that is easy to solve, because I am going to think as if I had a casino, I would not like a business that makes a lot of money and that it has been established for a long time, I am going to lose my reputation for a bitcoin, I know that a bitcoin is worth a lot but it is not for them to get piggy for that either. I am not the one to judge anyone, but here I think a solution has to be taken that does not harm anyone, much less the player. If the player came here with a complaint, it is so that they can have scope for resolution.

Well to be frank, since it only takes 1 out of the 100 cases to cause enough friction that the other 99 don't wish to play anymore, our aim is to treat everybody fairly, of course not everyone using our services is trying to do the same Smiley



What would cause an account check with compliance?
