if indeed the DuckDice support team has responded to the complaint, at least it's very good that the team still has the kindness to solve the problem properly.
If indeed the team from DuckDice has received complaints properly and responsively that is a good service because there are many casinos out there that ignore and do not care about every problem or complaint made by their customers.
