To make a general review about all gamblers I can say that I have observed that the extra winnings in gambling actually condemn these people to gamble more. I have never come across a gambler who made regular or high winnings from gambling seriously and then stopped gambling.
I'd argue that the person just didn't win big enough no? I mean I certainly wouldn't stop for pennies, and the value of "pennies" can be rather subjective depending on your position in life. I'd say any amount are pennies for someone truly rich but that's just a what if scenario, but you get my point.

As I've said before a big win is more than enough to stop me from gambling further, but said win would probably amount to upwards a $1M at least. Enough for me to not give a damn about money problems till I die.

Can you quit gambling if you make a life changing money and never go back to gambling?

I doubt that, one might build his own business to have a sustainable and stable income but having more money only means there is a huge possiblity that you might be gambling even more, more than the amount of money you have gambles before you had a huge win.
People who are rich tends to gamble more - so I don't think a gambler may quit just because he made a huge jackpot. The only scenario I can think of that force them to quit gambling, for someone who regularly gambles is when he ran out of money and getting drowned by debts or getting sick because of excessive gambling.

This depends mainly on the level of previous addiction. For someone who is heavily hooked, it would not be uncommon for them to end up gambling all their winnings and more. For a person like me, who uses gambling rationally, in a controlled way and with money to spare, if I win a good jackpot I'd better go on a trip and not bet again for a while, as I know the odds are against me.
Winning the Lotto would be stress-free for me, and I'll never return to gambling, no matter how much money I've lost in the system. Some people are lucky in the space while some are not. It was created to liquidate our accounts, but most gamblers failed to comprehend that no matter how hard we tried, there are always moments when we incur large losses that force us to borrow or remain in debt. My primary goal is to completely abstain from gambling; I'm not an addict, but I do place bets on two to three games each week and never gamble beyond my .

It depends on the amount but I probably wouldn't be able to quit. If the amount was high, but not high enough to change my life, like $100k, I'd keep playing thinking that's not a big deal, many people win 100k... If the amount was really high like a million or more, I'd think that I have enough to not care about a loss.

As you can see in both situations I'd keep gambling and I think that most of us would because having big money only makes you more confident.
Well, I guess you are a big man already to think that $100k is not enough to change your life, and again, $100k or 1 million dollars, I agree with you that most gamblers will keep gambling, but not a gambler like me, to be sincere, if I win $100k today, like I said in my previous comment, I did quit gambling for a while and start up a big business, and from the profit I make from that business, I will continue gambling, atleast, from this, I did be more confident gambling knowing that no matter how much I loose in gambling, I and my family will still be doing very fine.

Can you quit gambling if you make a life changing money and never go back to gambling?

I asked this because those who made some money through gambling near me always go back to gamble and they end up losing everything they once made through gambling.

Is it fine to say that people should not go back into gambling once they made high amount of money? Because the chance of losing that money again is very high, even if they don't use all the money to gamble at once, gambling can take it all back in time.

Have you ever won a high amount of money from gambling and managed to not lose them all back to gambling? And to date, you are still gambling?

      -  I have never experienced winning a lot of money gambling online here on cryptocurrency. And if I ever win a jackpot price in crypto gambling I will only play as a hobby and for an amount that will not increase by 30$ as I do now which is only twice a month.

It's just that it doesn't seem to be my destiny to win a large amount, so it's really just a proper and I'm just a hobby when I get into crypto gambling and I always go to one casino online here in the crypto space.
Whether on fiat or crypto, i havent experienced such stuff when it comes to huge winnings on which i wish to experience it somehow on one day but of course we know that there's no guarantees on winning big in gambling
because it would really be pertaining on how lucky you are on that particular moment. Speaking about easy or hard to quit then it would really be depending on a certain individual on which there are people who are really that good when it comes to quit and stop on the time that they wanted to, compared into those people who arent really that able to do so just because they do keep on coming back on playing.
On the time that you would really be shackled with addiction then this is the time that you would really be having a tough time on quitting. This is why you should really be that mindful on the time that you would decide
on engaging on gambling if you dont really like to experience problems something like this. On the time that you do notice that you arent that good when it comes to emotion handling then better
avoid gambling in the first place.

If I win a large amount, I know that I would have the self-control to redeem practically all the amount earned, pay off some "debts", buy some things I need and invest the rest of the amount in the long term both in Bitcoin and in Fiat investments traditional.

Speaking of others.... already disregarding those who can't settle for a big win and always believe they can double their winnings by 50x more Cheesy there are still those who will withdraw the amount but believe that "now they are at a higher level " and need to place bets 10x bigger. Even you will end up losing all the value gained and will have to make regular bets again.

Millionaires and billionaires never stop "gambling". It's a race to be richer/ the richest

Gambling that is done by billionaires is different from gambling that is carried out in general, billionaires gamble on the businesses they build while gamblers gamble with a game that has been arranged and the winner is random. from what I see, those who have gambled several times will find it difficult to stop because of the fun effects that are caused when gambling, so many people find it difficult to stop gambling, including myself (because I feel when I do gamble, my adrenaline is racing) lol

I am tempted to play gambling when I see my friends get multiple wins while playing. Starting from there, I immediately started playing from small bets to big bets, but my fate was different, I only lost while playing, so it was easy for me to stop gambling because I didn't want to deepen my defeat.

But my friend keeps gambling, he can survive because he still gets wins while playing even though he often experiences losses.

Winning while playing gambling will not stop someone from quitting the game, on the contrary they will increase the bet in the hope of getting a bigger win.
And what can stop them from gambling is when they experience a big loss and have no more capital to make bets.

We're all different.

Winning big amount adds more confidence to a gambler and when you say "confident" that makes you forget your standing and how much you've got. And it won't matter to you to lose all of those winnings because you've just won it.

And when a gambler wins a big amount, there's no rule unless we make rules to ourselves that we shouldn't comeback to gambling. But another question will come out, are we gonna obey our own rules?
Even when we win big, there will be thoughts of continuing and that big wins will definitely come again, but all of that doesn't know because for those who have already won, it's still difficult to stop and I think their thoughts are always different from their intentions from the start.

Addiction is still difficult to control, even with its own rules, it is usually easier to break because there are no serious prohibitions, so for some it is still very difficult to get out of the zone they often play in gambling.
Well, that's for sure.

There have been gamblers that despite of winning big, they won't stop and as if no one can stop them even themselves. It's difficult to stop and more difficult when you've been winning.

But you'll be there someday when you'll realize that stopping is the best option that one has to do when he's been winning a lot. Not unless he just want to enjoy and let the house take all of the money he has won.

As someone who has failed to quite so far, I should be saying it's hard to quit, but at the same time the boredom may end up making you quit instead of you quitting yourself. I understand that it's not going to be similar to quitting because you lost, but if you gamble long enough then you will get bored of it and quit yourself which would be a bit different situation but at the same time not that different as well.

I understand that it's not going to be a big deal, I know that it will be just a fizzle out of gambling phase type of deal but it can be done and you may end up never gambling again. The biggest breaks I had in my life were all due to being bored, and finding another fun thing to do, that allowed me to forget about gambling and focus on other stuff.

^ Not quitting but I think it is good to take a break, take a vacation for a week, that sounds interesting.
But unfortunately, I did not experience this, on my own, it is possible for someone to quit gambling after making a life-changing amount of money, but it can be challenging. Gambling addiction is a common issue, and winning a large sum does not necessarily guarantee the ability to quit. Many individuals who have experienced success in gambling often find it difficult to resist the urge to gamble again, leading to potential losses. The reason I did not experience this is because I gamble for fun not for making money.
In my opinion, gambling is not always fun, because when we gamble, we expend a lot of energy, one of which is patience in holding back emotions. To stop completely, I don't think it will be easy, but taking a break is possible and every gambler can do it. That's right, my position is the same as yours, I have never felt like I won big and then stopped gambling. But on the other hand, I don't think that will happen, namely when someone has won a big win in gambling that can change his life, I don't think there will be a chance for him to be able to stop gambling. Logically, who doesn't like money? When someone has won a large number of wins, then he will continue to gamble with large amounts and for a long time in the hope of getting back his winnings like last time and in the end he will return to poverty. Most cases say so and if we pay attention it is very natural because everyone needs money.

Damn it....why would I quit when I have won the jackpot,I will never stop gambling. I can only go for a break to celebrate my wins with my friends and family, the next day I will continue with gambling. Gambling is like a habit and there are many habits that we have that are hard to stop because we don't see it as something bad to us especially when it is not bringing disgrace or becoming a setback to our lives. I can caution my gambling activities when I am losing most times but when winning,it is like,my wins encourages me the more to keep on gambling and that I am a lucky gambler

Then you are a perfect gambler, as you know how to control your emotions and prevent more losses. You have your own perspective, and also ours is different because if I do win a jackpot, I will now quit because, in my mind, gambling will take back my winnings if I keep playing, so it is better to stop. Also, with regards to your habit of gambling, if it isn't affecting your finances or your family, then I think there is nothing wrong with it.

There have been times when I stopped gambling for a very long time after I made the decision to quit gambling and then gambled very small amounts just for fun. Unfortunately, I have never been able to earn a very high amount of money from gambling but I believe that if this happens I can give up gambling again because I have learned from good experience that the house always wins in gambling. When I observe many people around me who gamble, I can easily say that if he/she makes a lot of money from gambling as you have stated, he/she loses this money in gambling again. In addition, I have friends who lost all their earnings within a certain period of time not all at once but piecemeal.

To make a general review about all gamblers I can say that I have observed that the extra winnings in gambling actually condemn these people to gamble more. I have never come across a gambler who made regular or high winnings from gambling seriously and then stopped gambling.

It is hard to quit gambling when you hit the jackpot. Quitting is easiest when you experience several unbearable losses. Hitting the jackpot is the fuel for keep gambling because could have tell, some people immediately develop myths and beliefs around the reasons why they hit the jackpot it makes them keep going back. If it were me, I would believe that there is more to win.

I still gamble. I still go a back after winning or losing. I still enjoy it. And I won't stop unless it begins to interfere with my other activities and personal life.

For most people if they make a lot money through gambling, they would quit immediately and use some of their winnings to have a party. After they spend most of their money, they will comeback to gamble in order to make money like in the past, this mean it's hard to quit gambling.

But for me, even though I would make a lot money through gambling, I wouldn't quit gambling because I know I would lose all of my winnings because casino has a house edge.

Would be hard to do so, I guess, but possible. But to compare, it would be easier to quit with huge winnings than to quit after a huge loss simply because frustration and regret is present. In my case, since I was able to limit my gambling activity, I think I would be able to quit gambling if ever I would be winning big time. One reason is contentment and another one is fear of losing what you have won. Maybe it does depend on your gambling habits. If you are a 'heavy' gambler, then it would make sense to say that you will have a hard time quitting after a huge win 'coz greed may take place and might give you the idea that you can still win bigger amount or that you have a lot of money to use on everything you would want to.

I also think that even a gambler is able to quit gambling after a big win, but he will definitely have to find a replacement, which is not so easy to do, because gambling winnings can provoke the release of adrenaline and endorphin. Someone even believes that losing also allows you to get the same hormones, but only in smaller quantities. If a gambler who wants to quit gambling can find a substitute for the process of obtaining these hormones, it is quite easy to cope with a period of abstinence from gambling. If he does not receive these hormones in the usual amounts, he will most likely return to gambling again.
