the blockchain is stuck because there are only about 1-2 bil ECCoins in wallets that are online and staking (exchanges dont stake) at a time compared to the 18 bil total so sometimes it takes a while to stake. its fine. as the coin becomes more used with future updates, this will continue to get better and better. relax, and yes. the nodes are set to reject time warped blocks.

maybe not for DMD, which this coin is not. but that is how this PoS system works. actually its also how the original PPC system worked. its a working system and its fine.
