I knew that Man UTD will excel against Leicester because in competitions like this they tend to do well but what I didn't see coming was the number of goals they will dish out. If I'm not mistaken, this is about the highest scoreline we've seen come from Man UTD and it's like the players are trying to show their pleasure over the sack of Erik ten Hag.
They play Chelsea next and honestly, I don't think Chelsea will find it easy to get a win from them especially with the new found hunger these boys have.
Am not surprised seeing Manchester United react this way against Leicester city, actually such performance is expected of an interim manager who tends to impress both the fans and his employers to gain their confidence and probably convince them to consider keeping him on permanent basis. Most times coaches that come into a team on interim basis could prove to be more tactically better than their predecessors who couldn't handle the pressure that was what played out against Leicester city, nevertheless I still want to commend the coach and the players for that wonderful masterpiece performance because it has been long that the fans saw such a result from the team.

Preston vs Arsenal

I take Liverpool and Arsenal as favorites plus BTTS for Newcastle vs Chelsea and Double Chance in the Tottenham vs Manchester City match because Tottenham itself is strong team and they also get the advantage of playing at home.

Arsenal was able to win the match against Preston as expected. This was a match in the EFL Cup. Ok, Preston is obviously one of the teams that are expected to compete for the English Premier League title very closely. So of course winning this match was the only thing expected from Arsenal and they have been able to deliver upon the expectation that was set on them. Arsenal absolutely dominated the match and I think there was not even a single time when it looked like Arsenal was going to lose this match or even have a draw. Good performance from Arsenal and this is going to give them confidence going forward in the English Premier League in my opinion.

Manchester United to win this game or draw. I do not see them loosing this game with the level of confidence that their 5 goals win has given them. It is no longer Ten Hag and is a new light for the players who will all want to prove themselves. If Amorim has not taken over before that Chelsea game, and the interim coach delivers another Classic United performance in that game, United supporters may begin to try push that he be given a chance if the deal with Amorim falls out. The win yesterday for Manchester United was a reminder of how they used to be. They may be the team to win the EFL cup this season.

That's the point, because Ten Hag did harm to Manchester United, people will always remember him to be worst manager ever in Manchester United history. I believe this win wasn't a fluke, Manchester United players seems have no pressure when they play without Ten Hag.
There are no coincidences, everything is done based on strategy and game schemes. The players' self-confidence may increase with a new coach, and vice versa. Ruud van Nistelrooy managed to prove that his appointment as interim coach after Ten Hag's dismissal produced results, so he deserves praise even though Manchester United has now recruited another coach.

As far as I know, all coaches would probably admit that coaching Manchester United is never easy at all. They certainly enjoy it, but many of them fail because of the high pressure. This team is required to win at all costs, so the coach must always force himself to do a good job, otherwise you will really be in the hot seat. Ten Hag did not fail as a coach, but he just failed to bring Manchester United to win as many titles as expected.

Who's gonna invite Ronaldo, Sancho, De Gea, McTominay back to Manchester United? Cheesy
Maybe there aren't any, but they could come in different versions.

Van Nistelrooy played for Man UTD and to see a legend be the coach of the team he played for is a flex and I feel that will be another thing driving the players to excel and with the kind of mentality the Dutchman has, I still reiterate that Chelsea won't find it an easy thing to beat Man UTD. I was even telling a friend that if care's not taken, Chelsea who are always fond of mocking United will get their asses beat that day and to add salt to injury may not get a goal in that game.
Manchester United's recent victory sent a signal to Chelsea that under Van Nistelrooy management they are no longer a team that has difficulty winning. The five goals scored against Leicester City are a big change that has occurred at Manchester United since the change of coach, even though Van Nistelrooy's status as a temporary coach, but he has the responsibility to give the best for the team, especially since he is one of the legends at Old Trafford. Apart from the surprise given by Manchester United, Tottenham and Newcastle also made big surprises in the Carabao Cup after eliminating Manchester City and Chelsea.

Permit me to say that Erik Ten hag days of being the Manchester United manager is over and will soon be forgotten because he did more harm than good to the Manchester United team and all the win he got for the team the one we see as good record were as a result of luck not because the team is in good hands and I think sacking him remains the best decision so far.

Some people will say that this is not a game that Manchester United will be serious about because their next match is against Chelsea on Sunday but for me, the match is very important for the team, Manchester United has not had a good performance in the Premier League and No matter how they tried they will never end up in a good position at the end of the season because they are not in a good position from the beginning of the season, It will be very difficult for Manchester United team come back stronger this season because they have missed some opportunity that will make them stand in a good position.

I didn't mean that Manchester United will not play well, what I am trying to say is that Manchester United team will not be in the top four positions at the end of the season, but they can try to play well to prevent them from going to relegation position, they should also focus on Carabao cup and Europa League because that is the Only League that I am sure if they are serious they will win the trophy.
I knew that Man UTD will excel against Leicester because in competitions like this they tend to do well but what I didn't see coming was the number of goals they will dish out. The 5-2 win Manchester United had against Leicester is the second-highest scoreline Manchester United has had in the EFL tournament this season. The first highest scoreline was 7 nil against Barnsley, it happened last month.

Leaving that aside, what makes this 5-2 win against Leicester to be special and people can't stop talking about it, is that this is the first win Manchester United has had under a new interim coach after the sack of their former coach ''Ten Hag" who made Manchester United appear like a weak team against their opponent.

However, another test is to be thrown out for Manchester United boys(squad) to face off against Chelsea on Sunday. Let's see how tough it will all be, for Chelsea to lose, draw, or win them in Old Trafford

Manchester United under Ten Hag have never won by five goals against a Premier League team, United biggest goal record under Ten Hag against a Premier League team is four goals in a 4-2 win over Sheffield United, 4-3 over Wolves and 4-1 over Chelsea. In fact, Ten Hag once led MU to victory with seven goals, but not against a Premier League team, but against a lower division team, namely Barnsley FC and Coventry. The next challenge faced by Van Nistelrooy is a bit tough because Chelsea is also starting to show signs of revival, MU who has just ended their hunger for victory will try to repeat the success when they beat Leicester City.

Manchester United without Ten hag last night the team won by 5:2 despite the fact that Leicester City is in poor form but Ten hag would not have had such victory if he's in charge of the team. Next game is against Chelsea I expect the current manager Van Nistelrooy to get 3 points for the team so that the joy of the and will be restored.

Yes, Leicester is not as strong a team as Manchester United, and honestly, Manchester was the favorite to win the match despite not being in good form recently. I was seriously surprised by how Manchester United played against Leicester yesterday. I can’t imagine that if Manchester United players put this level of effort into all the games they have played, they wouldn’t be in their current position in the Premier League table. The way Manchester United players were more active against Leicester shows they are happy about Ten Hag's sacking, and I hope they continue like this even with a new head coach.

With the performance Manchester United showed yesterday, their match against Chelsea is going to be a very tough one. This upcoming match won’t be easy to predict, as Manchester United seems to have picked up form, and currently, Chelsea is in good shape too. So, I would say either team has a good chance of winning the match. Before the Leicester game, I thought Chelsea would be the favorite to win, but I can’t say that now.

Manchester United played against Leicester City. I am not surprised that Manchester United won the match, they played against a team that they are supposed to win. Leicester City is not a strong team, which Manchester United are supposed to find difficult to win, and if they had played against a stronger team, then I'm sure it’s going to be kind of difficult to win for them. The luck that Manchester United had was that they played against a weak team.

They will be playing against Chelsea in their next Premier League match, but I don’t think it’s going to be an easy game for the two of them. Just because Manchester United won against Leicester City doesn’t mean they are back to form, if they had played against Newcastle, which Chelsea played against, then it wouldn’t have been an easy game for them. I won’t be surprised if Chelsea wins their next match against Manchester United, or the game might end up being a draw.

The victory over Leicester City is one sign that Man United and its players are currently on the rise, although not a pure benchmark, but the fans will certainly be happy with the results, I think van nistelrooy has a big part in his team's success yesterday in the carabo cup even though he was appointed as a temporary coach he maximized the little time to raise the morale of his players. In the next match Chelsea must be careful even though they are stable but still Man United does not want to lose, especially playing at Old Trafford, Manchester United's home.

Congrats for Manchester United the victory over Leicester City on EFL Cup but have waiting for by the strong opponent team at quarter final round by Tottenham Hotspur. Have many top teams left at quarter final round and seems Manchester United opportunity for winning EFL Cup not easily because have Liverpool and Arsenal as strongest candidate winner teams than Man United.

Have one match left for the quarter final round and all teams left have much opportunity prepare their team on the top level perform, I believe at quarter final round all teams left will use their regular players and will not loss opportunity become the winner. Manchester United have more motivate for winning EFL Cup after failure in premier league match behind their position drop to bottom place.

the quarter final of EFL Cup match drawing.

  • Tottenham vs Man United
  • Newcastle vs Brentford
  • Southampton vs Liverpool
  • Arsenal vs Crystal Palace

Manchester United have been trying to develop themselves over the last few years, and Today they able to defeated Leicester City with 5-2 score and qualify themselves for the round of quarter-finals in EFL Cup which will be against Tottenham. Well the match was really enjoyable specially 1st half which was full of goals. From The beginning, Manchester United was dedicative and gave all their effort to dominate the match. leicester city also keep trying their best to overcome the situation and took the control but Casemiro scored first goal behalf of Manchester United at 15th minutes and thus it started. Furthmore he made one more goal again at 39th minutes. Bilal El Khannouss scored 1st goal for their team at 33th minutes but goals by Bruno Fernandes, Alejandro Garnacho failed every attempt of leicester city and down them badly. Conor Coady lucky scored 2nd goal in extra minutes in 1st half. Their score was 4-2 in 1st half which already boost man city players confidence in high level and encourage them to go ahead without fear. That's why, after start of 2nd half, a goal by B. Fernandes at 59th minutes, totally broke leicester city confidance and stopped them to scored any single goal in 2nd half. Both team gave their effort as well, leicester city dominated the match in 43% time with good passing accuracy but due to lack of building the good strategy, they get defeated. Well congrats Man City for such achievement

I don't see any hunger in them, they all need to be overhauled, Ruud van Nistelrooy played the same players Ten hag has been using and it was just one of those lucky days in favour of Manchester united. so they are only showing hunger now because Ten hag has been sacked, so what will then happen when they start getting use to Ruud Van nistelrooy or the new coach that is coming.   The game against Chelsea will not be like their regular game that they've always been struggling, the reason is that, they know that they will be playing against a strong opponent and all eyes will definitely be on them, so they will definitely try to play their best couple with the boost they've had from this Leicester victory.

The players are probably tired of Ten Hang and let him down big time but we must also remember that it has always been like this whenever a team changed couch. The next game under new couch is always different as players play with utmost seriousness and intensity. However, some players among the squad are playing below average and need to improve. Zirkzee needs a special couching on his passing game because he made too many blind passes without being under pressure.

Some of these players you're defending has seen two to three managers sacked,  you should know when to slander the manager and also call out these players. I saw the lineup and it's back to that traditional british sstyle utilized for that game against Leicester City.  Top performance from Casemiro and Ugarte for these are the both players that made Bruno Fernandez look free to roam just the way he wants. I see Erik Ten Hag was trying to carry out his style of play but it was hell difficult for most of these players to comprehend.  It is either the glory of Manchester United or nothing else. Vamoss!

Unfortunately I lost my bet as Chelsea failed to score single goal against Newcastle and Manchester City also suffered defeat to Tottenham, only Newcastle performance this season is much worse than last season and they continue to drop down the Premier League but look more interesting in the EFL Cup.
I impressed with Newcastle although there are some doubts about their stability, regarding Chelsea are always in trouble and they have had some very bad seasons but after this there is curiosity to see Chelsea development whether they can really be as good as most fans are talking about.

remember that Newcastle played against Chelsea just recently and towards the end of the game, it was almost like Chelsea was praying for the game to come to an end because of the pressure and quality in the Newcastle team even though they were up against Chelsea first team. Even though they are used to playing with these squad once it's not in the EPL, seeing how tough the Newcastle game was in the premier League would have made them start some good players like palmer Jackson and modueke so all attacks won't be coming back to the defense that's already weak. A lot of floppy passes from the keeper and defense line led to those goals and it constantly shows the weakness that's still evidence in the Chelsea team.

Manchester City had a clear plan, the carabao cup wasn't a priority for them. They already have eyes on the champions league and the EPL so normally, it's quite necessary that they fucose on games that really matter  and that's why they didn't bother bringing some key players into the match. Now that man united has had one of thier most remarkable victory at the carabao cup under a new manager, let's watch how best they effect this result against Chelsea in the next game at the premier League.

Manchester United won 5-2, I think there is an improvement in Manchester United performance after the sack of Erik Ten Hag it could also be that the players never wanted him again as Manchester United couch that was why there were not performing well in all competition this season though i won't use this first game to judge if the  Ruud Van Nistelrooy will be a good option or not but I believe he will do well as Manchester United couch if he is been given time.
I don't think people will have full confidence to bet on Manchester United to win due to there poor performance I believe with tonight scorelines against Leicester City at Old Trafford will make gamblers to bet in favour of Manchester United in there next game.

Manchester united have scored total of eight goals in their last nine games but they scored five goals in just ninety minutes. It's obvious how they transformed and played like the Manchester united of 2008 immediately Ten Hang was sacked. While it seems that the decision to sack Ten Hang was the best one, I don't want to say much now until I watch them play against Chelsea on Sunday.

The players are probably tired of Ten Hang and let him down big time but we must also remember that it has always been like this whenever a team changed couch. The next game under new couch is always different as players play with utmost seriousness and intensity. However, some players among the squad are playing below average and need to improve. Ruud van nistelrooy did a great job for his win against Leicester city last night the scoreline was also impressive  there performance was wonderful I hope they continue like that, teams will be careful when playing Manchester United now because of new management and also with there display against Leicester city last night there next match is against Tottenham in the EFL cup I wish they can advance to next level.

I don't think Chelsea can win Manchester Unite, any other team can win Manchester United but not Chelsea even when Manchester United is in there poor performance when even it comes to playing Chelsea all United players became serious it is going to be a tough though.
