IMO, Feyenoord is not stable enough to win title in the end, although I would like to see them on top
So, which team would you back now? IMO, none of teams from leading group aren't looking very stable. Maybe AZ have best results recently, but I still wouldn't count on them in the long run. This round Feyenoord will have another big test, this time they will face Twente away.
~snip

still think that PSV or Ajax will won the championship
and closer to think that Ajax will do it, despite current draw strike, Feyenoord can easily go several matches without a win, and they will probably do that sooner than later, all that Ajax needs is to stay in the loop within this distance and connect wins in a row (and they certainly can do that), and everything is back to "normal" for them

as you said it, Feyenoord is facing Twente tomorrow, and that is a chance for all competitors, in case they fail to win

Ajax is terrible this season,i think they wont even be in the champions league next season if they continue like this. For me the main favorite is PSV they are looking the best so far. But Feyenord is good aswell and i think anything can happen, its pretty and even race so far.

Can we now write off Ajax for the title? Probably. They are a mountain of points behind Feyenoord, but not only Feyenoord is the problem. Twente, AZ, and PSV all also have a chance of winning the championship. It is close to each other, and Ajax is only falling further and further in the ranking. I don't see them getting any closer either. Schreuder was fired yesterday, maybe that will work liberating for once and that players can play the way they want. These players wouldn't need a coach at all to win in matches against Volendam, would they? And Ajax was even 0-1 behind until the 80th minute. However, a draw also felt like a defeat for the Ansterdam team. Maybe they should bring back Peter Bosz.
I don't think we can write them off for the title race right now as they still have chance and time with the sack of Schreuder things could be changed, and we will have improvement in players performance and mindset as well because Schreuder were not the right man for this job and players were also not comfortable which was creating problems for them club, and they were unable to win any game from their last seven games and now having seven points gape from leaders Feyenoord and five points gape from second spotted AZ Alkmaar which is achievable.

Now in rough 19th, they are going to visit for the match against another weaker side at Van Donge & De Roo Stadion as Excelsior is their opponent, and they have to do better performance for having better results in coming weeks and better end of this season as well.

They sold all their top players and didnt bring any big signings and it now has an effect on the result.
That's common reality for Ajax that after good season they have to say goodbye to their best players. I wouldn't say that they haven't done anything in transfer market, they rarely bring big names to the team and it's very difficult to replace players that left club. And coach, after Ten Haag left, appointing Schreuder was questionable choice initially. Now they sacked him, interesting wh will become new coach and will he manage to save season somehwo.

For them its common to sell their best players but they always produce new players in their youth academy that make an impact but this season they are really bad and this didnt happen for many seasons. They always buy new players or produce to be really good. But this season i dont think they will fight for the title at all.

It's a damn shame that Ajax failed to win even this game, which was totally within scope of them winning and they were really on the way to get an easy win against a team that shouldn't have been a problem for them at all. To consider that they have gotten yet another tie, means that there is something wrong with the team that is beyond just the roster and the manager.

Maybe it is a bit of psychological reasons behind it, maybe the team doesn't feel the confidence they used to feel and they do not want to lose games but they do not feel like they could become a great team neither, and that causes them to feel more at ease with a tie, and work harder when behind, but not work hard to win it.
This is really hard to believe, even though they really dominated the match, even seeing their statistics, they controlled 84% of ball possession but had to draw with only 2 shots and 1 on target which Volendam could convert into goals.
This is clearly a huge disadvantage regardless and this is their 5th straight draw in the last 5 matches they have run. This is really bad.

In any case, Bosz has quite a bit of experience and also varying successes. But every coach has varying degrees of success. You cannot appoint a coach based on that. I think that nowadays a coach has to be able to deal well with players, that was Schreuder's big problem. Blind has therefore also left Ajax. Ajax's title chances have decreased sharply. I also did not expect Groningen to be at the very bottom. But after 3 games that can also look completely different. The level is close together. Only Feyenoord, Twente and AZ are playing the best football at the moment.

Twente vs Feyenoord
Twente welcomes Feyenoord at home in the match of the week. The hosts Twente are undefeated at home. They left eight of the nine matches they left behind with a win. They will want to reduce the difference in points with their opponent to three by winning in front of the field and the audience. Guest Feyenoord has not been defeated in the league for eleven matches. The first thing to do is not to lose in a difficult away game. I expect a controlled game from both teams in the first half.

Twente is an amazing team at home and for feyenord to win they will really need to be offensive. Probobly a match with a low amount of goals that will only decide one goal in this match. Both teams need a win badly but i think we will see a draw in this match.

I normally have odds on my horizon but now I realise why I haven't seen Ajax, they must no longer be huge favourites.

actually, I planned to put something on Ajax, but it was still @1.22 on them to win in 55 minute (and then conceived and seemed that they will not recover)
but, on the other hand, they had some 90% possession and 16/6 shots, while Volendam had wish to pass on Ajax half and nothing more than that, and they finished with 31 shot on goal

IMO, Feyenoord is not stable enough to win title in the end, although I would like to see them on top

Ajax vs Volendam,

Maybe this is the best time to Ajax back to the win, Because when we look at 5 matches, Ajax never got it, So this is something weird for Club that as depending on the Champion. So far Volendam is a club who are in the degradation zone, but they have 2 won in the last 5 matches which I think have better than Ajax. The odds is very interesting, Volendam has 15.0, while Ajax has 1.13, and the draw is 9.2. So, if you feel Ajax still hard to win, bet to draw is a solution or a bet to Volendam is a best choice, because you will make 15x the money.

Ajax has let me down many times this season. Although I bet Ajax won several times, they drew the match and dropped the points. As a result, I lost my money. And so I am not interested in placing any more bets on Ajax matches this season. Ajax will play against Volendam in their next match. Volendam is a team in the relegation zone. Undoubtedly the Ajax team is much stronger than Volendam. However, I have no confidence in Ajax's performance. This match can also be a draw.
Man if you play this time, You got the correct bet and increase the money to be 9x mate, congrats  Grin. Damn, this is a great disaster for Ajax. they never been like this throughout these 10 years. Maybe this is the right time for reconciliation and making any changes for the club. Too many corrections throughout this 3 month . which this situation I hope they give up to sold many potential player again

What's going on with Ajax? Now they failed to beat Volendam at home, one of worst teams in league. It's already their 7th game without a win in Eredivisie. Ajax had complete dominance, making over 900 passes, but Volendam manage to score with their first and only attempt on target in whole game on 59 minute.
After final whistle fans booed their own team, it says a lot... Ajax is still relatively close to the top, but with such performances they can't even dream about winning league.
Now after having one of the most shameful result against team like Volendam which is having one of the worst defense in Eredivisie they fail to do goals look like they are completely out of the momentum and have no serious intention of dropping out of the top spots with now having five points gape from second spotted AZ Alkmaar mean they are losing their chance for the next season's Champions League spot because just two spots and five teams with same level are fighting hard things are no easy and performance like this never give you any chance for having good results even still have some chance.

But, they need to be having an energetic performance and change of mindset which is creating mess up like this and dropping out of the top rank in last seven matches no win mean they are completely down and out of the race.

Its obvious now that after this draw that we should avoid betting on Ajax or even goals that matter. Good thing the odds were really low on everything so i avoided betting on this match, but they are in a serious crisis. They sold all their top players and didnt bring any big signings and it now has an effect on the result.

Hands up here, this league is in my backyard but I've never really felt the need to follow, owing to the disappointment of watching matches and not getting excited.

But damn, I just realised Ajax is well below par -- and Feyenoord is riding the league!

Have they just fallen so badly since ETH left?

Ajax at half time a score of 0-0. Would it go wrong again for Ajax tonight? If you can't beat Volendam at home, it's about time the trainer was fired. Schreuder can't have that much credit, can he? He has also not achieved any significant achievements at his previous clubs. I think it's a great assistant coach, but not a head coach. Championship will be a very difficult story for Ajax anyway. If Ajax does not manage to win today, they are looking at a backlog of no less than 7 points on Feyenoord. But also Sparta could just go over Ajax in the ranking.

They did not lose neither though, they just got too many ties in a row and that's of course not great but Feyenoord has 1 loss, and Ajax has 2 losses, nobody else has that little losses hence Ajax is not that bad. They are having some trouble with offense because their offensive players were all bought and they weren't given enough time to buy replacement players, hence why they are having trouble.

But, they are not too far off from the top and they could have like a few game winning streak and could end up fighting for the title again. Which is why I believe that we shouldn't be really worried about the current situation, just accept it as it is and it should be fine.

FC Twente is in mixed form in Netherlands Eredivisie and they won 8 home games at De Grolsch Veste. Feyenoord is in good form in Eredivisie and they won 6 away games. FC Twente won 9 times in their past 35 meetings with Feyenoord. FC Twente and Feyenoord have a pretty good meeting history, as they met 35 times in the last seasons, with FC Twente winning 9 games, while Feyenoord won 16 games. A number of 10 games ended in a draw.
FC Twente scored 39 goals in the head to head meetings, while Feyenoord managed to score 54 goals. The overall leader in the their several meeting against each other is Feyenoord with 16 wins, while FC Twente won only 9 times. If we look at the recent meetings between FC Twente and Feyenoord, FC Twente is leading the direct meetings with 2-1. With what has played out in their last games feyenoord is the favourite to win this game.
