If Bitcoin was 50 coin per block then this should start off with 5 coin per block?
Ron Paul Coin has 2 minutes per block which is 5 times faster than Bitcoin's 10 minutes per block.
Therefore we do 1 coin per block every 2 minutes, which equals 5 coins for every 10 minutes (as you were expecting).
5 RonPaulCoins per 10 minutes compared to Bitcoin's 50 coins per 10 minutes (when it first came out).

i think if you designed this coin so that a certain percentage belongs to a PAC perhaps it might have some more usefulness
