You forgot to mention P2pool cannot fake some extra megahashes and take 40% of the coins you mine.
The change in difficulty at the moment is perfect... its very dynamic and easy enough for miners to mine this coin.... I got 5.2MH/s on it... Hopefully that will be 7.5 MH/s by tuesday

So I take it the drop from 63 to 10 is actually just a publication error on the website ?
you could say that or you could say it's the value where the difficulty should be at the moment...it's the default setting from the pool...sure the admin of the pool could calculate it with the 11%...
so it's incorrect those pools show the next difficulty will be 10 ? 
Yes, it drops only by 11% maximum. And I also was incorrect as I should learn to count, it's at 57 now.
