But still, I wouldn't bet against G2 on the semis. I'm just going to continue rooting for NaVi. This would be a long shot, they're not the favourite to win the match. But if S1mple is showing his A+ game again, they might be able to beat Heroic.

Too bad this did not pan out; Heroic is just too much for the current NAVI right now. I am also quite rooting for Navi to win or at least push the series into the 3rd map, but they lost with their map pick and Heroic is just too strong with theirs, Mirage.

Current world top 1 and top 2 tomorrow. I'll place my bets on G2 that's for sure.

Oh, this will be tough. Both teams are peaking right now. Monesy has improved a lot. I thought he was good late last year, but he is even better now. I think this will all depend on the map picks and their IGL. I am betting this will go the distance so I will play it safe and bet on total maps.

Semi-final matches are being played in the iem katowice tournament. The first semifinal match was between heroic-navi. Heroic won both maps 16-8 to advance to the finals and await their opponent. Heroic is really performing at a high level as a team. The team has a good communication with each other. They reflect this well in the game.
In the other match, we see the G2-Liquid match. G2 won the first map. In the second map, they are now 14-7 ahead. We will probably see a G2-Heroic final.

G2 just sealed their spot in the grand finals of Katowice tomorrow against Heroic. Everyone on the squad is stepping up whenever needed, and man they annihilated Team Liquid in Inferno even on their force buys. We've seen NiKo clutch using the deag once more, m0nesy picking up kills on hard to achieve shots, hooxi being the best support for flash and trades, hunter- for the lurks, and jks for the entries on seemingly impenetrable site defenses. This squad would surely carry on and achieve a lot this year if they play consistently at this level. M0nesy is still getting better by the day and man, no one in the squad seems to be off the mark for the most part.

Current world top 1 and top 2 tomorrow. I'll place my bets on G2 that's for sure.

The two semi final match was most expected one among all of us which is Katowice 2023 tournament. All the four team was most powerful one,So we can’t predict the exact result of the game.Heroic,G2 and NiVi was good team among the others and reached the Semi final as expected by most of the people. But G2 was top rank among them,So it had huge possibilities to win the game.Navi tournament against the G2 was not good so far.Because they had loss the game against G2 by the score of 2-0.But same can be overcome,if the Nivi try his best.

Today are the two semi finals matches of the IEM Katowice 2023 tournaments. It has been a very interesting matches so far and all the top teams Heroic, G2 and NaVi are still in so far. The first match will be NaVi vs Heroic, which is going to be quite intense. Heroic is currently ranked 2nd in the world after G2 and only lost one map so far this tournament against complexity. I think they going to win against NaVi and will play in the final tomorrow. NaVi had a more difficult tournament so far as they lost 2-0 against G2. The second match today will be G2 vs Team Liquid, which should be an easy win for G2. G2 managed to win all their matches 2-0 so far, whereas Liquid only played 2-1 in their last 3 matches. The final tomorrow will likely be Heroic vs G2 and I will bet on G2 to win the tournament.

Navi lost to Heroic 0-2 and I must say Teses is slowly becoming a force to be reckoned with with his clutches and his overall contribution to the Heroic squad. They shut down Navi royally in Inferno even though the said squad has been finding success in this map. Mirage on Map 2, Navi put up a fight somehow. B1t hits most of his shots and has been playing quite well, but it isn't enough against the tricks put out by Heroic especially on their CT side.

I'm 50/50 on Team Liquid and G2, because both of these teams have great momentum as of the moment. But yeah, m0nesy and jks are on fire right now so these two would be the walls that Liquid needs to take down if they want to have a chance on the finals.

Since I follow the League of Legends and LEC pretty closely I try to add some predictions for today. I expect Vitality to win vs Heretic pretty easy and for KOI vs SK, I'm going with upset and expect SK to win cause they are in good form. It's good to know that they are playing on new patch for first time so we will se how team adopt to it. So Vitality win and SK win.

As per reading the official tweet of Fnatic. They are just temporarily exit on Dota2. I understand this because they are competing Dota Pro scene for a long time without achieving significant title such is TI and Major tournament. Their current roster is already very weak based on their recent performance on BTS. They are already burning too much resources on their team and continuing this will surely just waste money since their current roster is weak.

It’s sad but maybe it’s really time for them to rest so that SEA team will be more competitive with less team.
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking that this is just temporary and they'll go back when the qualifiers for TI is come. But looking at their situation now, it is not only their roster in Dota 2 is going to an end.

Well, we can conclude that their roster is weak since they've been sent to division 2.

After Fnatic make changes with their player they are not quite as strong as before even though they have Gabbi for the core with armel and good imitation with DJ I guess still there's something missing with their line up its seems like the fnatic from the old team before and seems like a version 2 for the TNC.
Well, what I am seeing is that many are making fun of Gabbi that whenever team he goes, that team is in danger. Poor Gabbi, still can't find a good team but I think this roster will continue even without the Fnatic's org support.

Some org might just adopt the roster.

Tough times for Fnatic org as it seems they cannot find success in many competitions not just only Dota2. However , they've been in the same situation in 2017 , right ? but I don''t remember if they disbanded or not but I not for sure they missed from Dota 2 scene for a while. In CS:Go is the same thing as they were eliminated by Complexity but they're lucky they have talented fresh players in their academy ready to fill big roles at least for CS:GO.

I don't think they will be back for TI this year and most likely they will take a break at least 1 year and focus on CS:GO academy.
On 2017, I think the format of DPC is still different unlike today that there's division 1 and division 2 and there's a need to qualify and maintain the position from both divisions.

It's possible that they won't be back for TI and might just go hand on hand with CSGO if they're being successful there.

From a business standpoint, I guess Fnatic just did the correct thing to do. There aren't a lot of sponsors and brand deals in there, and most importantly, if their name isn't really popping in the Dota scene, there's not a lot of interest in their organization at all. If they're also handling other teams under another esport title, freeing up their resources on their Dota roster that is not performing well also helps them survive. Obviously not the only thing that they could have done, but they also need to thrive as an organization.
They fell short with dota 2 and them being on the division 2 will surely push sponsors away. Unlike those teams that are in division 1, they're attracting more brands as the viewerships there are a lot unlike in division 2 teams and tournaments that they can participate.

2/2 on this.

That first map comeback from Team Liquid was amazing, I thought it's going to be a 2-0 for them but Vitality bounced back on their map pick with ease. The third map was a bit back and forth in the early rounds but Team Liquid manage to slightly pull away in the T side and closed the series in the mid to late of the second half. This should've been a win for Vitality if only they didn't underperform but well played to Team Liquid on making it this far and at least their odds on G2 aren't bad as I expected.
Yeah that comeback on Overpass was legendary. HLTV even said that this is the first time a team able to recover from a 0-12 deficit on Overpass on LAN. What an amazing performance.

But still, I wouldn't bet against G2 on the semis. I'm just going to continue rooting for NaVi. This would be a long shot, they're not the favourite to win the match. But if S1mple is showing his A+ game again, they might be able to beat Heroic.

Navi won the Outsiders match on both maps and made it to the semi-finals where Heroic will play. Trusting them made me nervous as Navi is a team that has been having problems lately due to the lack of starting five, the Outsiders game was really good even though they lost two maps it was very close. It was a day when Navi was on B1t's awesome day, he caught beautiful clutches in the inferno, he was a real Hs master today. It would have been too early for Navi to be eliminated in the quarterfinals, this is such a team.

They are catching up quite well lately, and I guess they are starting to take form although I still won't bet on them if they are against G2. Outsiders showed strong on this matchup although it isn't enough to convert to even a single match win. Nevertheless, Navi is starting to show the world that they are clawing back into that top tier team spot that a lot of people doubted because of their shortcomings as a team on the latter half of 2022. Electronic seems to be stepping up, and also b1t as well. Hopefully they carry the momentum moving forward as I miss betting on this team against the top teams of today.

Fnatic Dota 2 guys just disbanded. Although they're still participating in the last tournament which is the BTS Asia but that's going to be their last participation.

But the organization has already explained that they'll be out for Dota 2 and I think this is a good strategy for them because the team has already been sent to division 2. And by being there, they'll have a lot of time to get back to division 1.

I guess they'll be back if the qualifiers for TI has come.

Who makes a bet between Team Bald and D2 they make a clean sweep with their draft which is the OP strat with the use of the DP, Ember and of course the legendary meta of the sniper, I thought they can manage to have a comeback still the DP magic type and resistance dominate the game.

The first match for IEM Katowice is about to start. It is between NaVi and Outsiders.

Outsiders are the underdog at this match up but I actually like how they play. I am taking the side of Outsiders in quarterfinals. I am not very confident in this bet since most are favoring Navi to win the series but I am hoping for an upset.

Missed the first two games for today. I'll just put a parlay on G2 and FaZe. This should be a realtively safe bet.
Liquid made me lose the parlay, so now I'm going to bet on them on the quarter finals. Not entirely confident on this but seems like a good odds for Liquid. Also rooting for Navi on the other match.

One of the teams I never expected will get the first ticket in Iem brazil closed qualifiers. Honestly, I didn't expect 9ine-honoris match in the upper bracket final when there are so many better teams. Both teams are Polish teams but I see 9ine one step ahead. In my opinion, they are more talented and have a better roster. In the lower bracket final, big is 1-0 ahead in the big-ence match. I don't know who will win but I would like big to get a ticket to the tournament.
