The other teams that I think will make the round are Heroic,Vitality,G2,Fnatic,Faze,Furia and Ence.
G2, FaZe, and Furia are on 0-2 elimination matches today. RIP our Pick'ems Cheesy FaZe and G2 looking really weak, getting sent down to 0-2 by arguably the weakest teams, i.e. BNE and ITB. To be fair it was a BO1, but still disappointing regardless. Hopefully, we can see their better form in the BO3 matches today.

Navi is also not in their prime yesterday, getting schooled by Liquid in CT side inferno 14-1. Something is wrong and S1mple missing easy shots didn't help. The only strong contenders for the title now are Heroic and Vitality. Betting on them to get that 3-0 wins.

It has been on a downhill for some time now so it is not surprising that they will lose but to the weakest team, that is a new low for them. I do not know what happened to them, but they do not seem to get the frags that they used to.

Vitality was also in a downhill performance, but it is good to see them getting back on track. I am not betting on them though. Maybe I can on Heroic but I am still 50-50 on Vitality.

Strange how could they both be weak and here Im watching Gamerlegion doing good work vs Fnatic.   Cant say I know much about these players or the combination as a team, surely they are new (3 joined last Sept) still though everyone at this level is known but not to me especially.    Time to watch some games, just a bo1 and I'll wait to bet on bo3 ideally be better informed.
I know the players dont like bo1 but Valve prefers it for format and time reasons I think, to some extent for expedience I can see why it would make some sense but the teams themselves consider a single map as quite random any team can beat another to some extent.

Speaking of Old G, it seems that PuckChamp has taken the entire roster. So coming from Old G, they're now Puckchamp. Will still wait for the official announcement.

I think I saw a news article earlier that OLD G bought PuckChamps slot in Div 2 so they won't have to go through the qualifiers.

https://dotesports.com/dota-2/news/old-g-buy-their-way-out-of-dota-pro-circuit-relegation-avoid-open-qualifier-grind-despite-ban

As the article says, this does not guarantee that OLD G could retain their slot. They need to fight harder this time since TI 12 is already near. They need to take this seriously and that means bootcamp, scrimmage and all. I think this team still have what it take to be great but they should put the effort now.

Agree on the 0-3 for ITB. That's exactly my 0-3 pick in in-game Pick'Em. NaVi, FaZe, Vitality, G2, and Heroic should make it. Furia historically always performed amazing in major I'm going to pick them too. Also putting in Ence for their 3-0 Challenger result.
As I said, it's a great success for them that ITB has even come this far. My choices were as follows
3-0 NaVi
0-3 ITB
The other teams that I think will make the round are Heroic,Vitality,G2,Fnatic,Faze,Furia and Ence.
I was surprised by NaVi's performance against Liquid today and I can say that they played a very bad game. YEKINDAR, on the contrary, was the player who backed the team.

I will be waiting with curiosity to see who will be the champion in the last csgo major.I think navi will definitely be one of the first teams to go 3-0 in this group stage. It could be a tournament where both navi and G2 will be in a fierce race. For s1mple and niko, the chance to be champion in the last major is inevitable. There is also vitality, but for some reason I find it weak for them to get this far.zywoo is playing alone in the team and I was not sure what they would do since apex usually demoralizes the team.I am one of those who think that the ITB team will be eliminated without winning a match.I think it was a great success for them to even get this far.

Speaking of Old G, it seems that PuckChamp has taken the entire roster. So coming from Old G, they're now Puckchamp. Will still wait for the official announcement.

Well actually the rumours are that Old G purchased that spot from PuckChamp to stay in division 2. One part of the reason would be a guarantee chance to play in the TI qualifiers because only teams that in on division 1 and 2 will be able to join. Obviously their chances are high to get through the open qualifier but it still chances so purchasing this slot was actually a good move
We don't know if they've actually purchased it or they've been chosen by PuckChamp to play for them instead. Yes, the chance for TI qualifiers is high and we're about to get into it. While this DPC season tour 3, maybe this is the last one and will be followed by the Bali major. All of the DPC points given to these tournaments are quite high.

And that's why no team shall miss this and all of them are going to be seriously going on with these two tournaments to take as much DPC as they can. It's easier if they just get to qualify through points instead of going war in the qualifiers.

Anyone betting on the opening game for the EEU division?

I am only familiar with a few of them for One Move, it's only gilgir and afterlife(former Vega). While for UALEIKUMNIHAO, it's only Palantimos. Personally if I'll bet on this game, I'll go with One Move but who knows.

Another exciting weekend with CSGO matches coming up, the Paris Major is in full force with group stages happening until Tuesday. The first of match of the day will be NaVi vs GamerLegion which should be an easy win for NaVi. I am still mainly focusing one clear favourite matches to try and build up my bankroll again. On the 9INE vs Liquid match I am not going to bet as the two teams are very equal in skill. With these best of 1 matches there is too much risk to bet on matches that could be going either way. Same goes for Heroic vs Faze, probably the most exciting game of the day, but again these two teams are both very strong and could win the match. Even though Heroic might have a small edge in the match I will pass. Furia vs Monte is a better match to bet on the Brazilians. Also ENCE vs Bad News Eagles should be a one sided match and won easily by ENCE. The second most interesting match of the day will be G2 vs Vitality, which should be going in the favour of Vitality after they played so well in the IEM Rio final.

The last major of CS:GO started yesterday and continues today. The teams that made 3/3 were G2 and Ence.I am not surprised by the results of both teams.Especially for N1ko, it is the last chance and he will want to win this major. The first team to be eliminated from the tournament was a team I would never have guessed.Mouz was eliminated from the tournament as a result of the defeats he received.I think the fact that they said goodbye to the last CS:GO major so early shows how bad the roster is.
Mouz played tough opponents in their first 2 matches but could have won the match in the last decider.GamerLegion was their opponent but they managed to lose to them as well.
FaZe and G2 made it to the legends stage, that's the top team secured. Disappointed with how Mouz played as well as I put them in my in-game Pick'em Cheesy. They really didn't show up in that tournament. To be fair their opponents (NIP, GL, OG) weren't the easiest ones in the group but prime Mouz should be able to beat one of those teams.

Three spots left. My money is on Liquid, Monte, and Forze. I really need Liquid and Forze to go through to save my in-game Pick'em, gotta get the diamond coin for the last major.

I didn't expect mouz to perform so badly and be eliminated, in the same way I had put them in my pick.Fortunately, the other 6 options I chose came and there was no problem. Of course, as you said, their opponents were not easy, but it should be said that they were strong enough to win.As for the other remaining teams, I was surprised that only Forze lost to GL.I think the Forze team should have won that match, but they failed.

Tomorrow the main matches of the major tournament start and frankly I will be waiting with curiosity to see who will be the champion in the last csgo major.I think navi will definitely be one of the first teams to go 3-0 in this group stage. It could be a tournament where both navi and G2 will be in a fierce race. For s1mple and niko, the chance to be champion in the last major is inevitable. MAD Lions' end was even more painful as they couldn't even win one game in the series.

I wouldn't even be surprised if we see a finale between these two Korean teams. But I would like to see some different competition instead. We have already seen a delightful final series in LCK between these two.
After T1 completed that comeback during the first game, they might've destroyed Mad Lions' morale since the next two games quickly snowballed out of control. And they made it look like one of the fastest series so far.

We have no choice if it's another LCK final because that's how far ahead the LCK teams are in terms of performance while the other regions are falling off or the gap is starting to grow farther apart compared to the previous seasons. I'd also prefer to see a different grand final but that'll depend on the performance of the LPL teams. IMO they're the only ones that can go head-to-head against the top two LCK teams.

Speaking of Old G, it seems that PuckChamp has taken the entire roster. So coming from Old G, they're now Puckchamp. Will still wait for the official announcement.
It looks like they had enough of it and just decided to pay their way back into Div 2 this time though Ceb will be the offlaner and Aramis will be the soft support for the team.
It's possible that they've bought the slot or it's that the org of Puckchamp have contacted them and wanted them to play for them. It's either of the two actually.

But looking at the actual page of Puckchamp of liquipedia, it's still the old roster that has been there. And there's this note on the page of DPC WEU division 2 that says, this is what the editor of it found from the current DPC registration.
The old LGD squad is looking to return as well after they took the slot of YBB gaming, I don't trust their carry player as much though since he wasn't that great during his time in XG but I still hope they get at least top 4.

I think I've seen play lou before but because his team wasn't really popular back then, it wasn't noticeable. But this is a good thing that the crave for the international stage was with chalice, somnus and fy. They only need one more and that's Ame.

We might see some roster change just for them to give way for Ame then and he'll get out of retirement to go back in the pro scene. Who knows?  Roll Eyes

Korean teams continue to dominate MSI. This time there was a huge domination or stomp by T1 against MAD Lions. The first game started in favour of MAD Lions for some time but their joy didn't last long anyway. T1 showed a great example of experience and dedication to make an impressive comeback. Nisqy had a horrible game by the way. Faker also didn't start well but at least he improved his stats later on. MAD Lions' end was even more painful as they couldn't even win one game in the series.

I wouldn't even be surprised if we see a finale between these two Korean teams. But I would like to see some different competition instead. We have already seen a delightful final series in LCK between these two.

Are there Old G fans here? Remember when they've been defaulted because there's no resolution and kitrak to play for them since the two played stand in in the Berlin major?

They're forfeited for their division 2 slot and has to go through with the qualifiers.

Old G disqualified from DPC WEU 2023 Tour 3 Closed Qualifiers
It's a hassle to go through more matches but it is what it is after what he said in that tweet. As much as I like the guys on Old G I think Ceb should've let that issue go instead of releasing that tweet which set the team back even further.

Also, Aster picked up Sumail from Nigma Galaxy which isn't surprising because during the major there were a few posts about their former midlaner Xwy getting unlisted from Team Aster via the dpc registration site.
We're seeing a lot of roster changes and teams are getting serious as we're about to see the end of these majors and the qualifiers and points counting for the The International 12 is at hand.

Good for Sumail that he's taken by Team Aster as he did really well. There could be some communication barrier between him and other teammates but it seems nothing at all as he's willing to adopt. I've remembered one incident before when matumbaman was kicked by either Team Secret or Team Liquid(old Nigma). The chinese teams were interested in taking him.

Seleri and Tofu are really a good tandem, no offense to other pos 4 and 5 support tandems but them, they're noticeable and have brought the team very well.

Seleri has been a silent beast since Team Tickles and all it needs for him to get that Major title is for his team to get better and for the patch to favor them. They really do well on high-tempo heroes and Seleri knows this as the captain of GG. The patch also made these high-tempo heroes a lot more effective because of the map control those teleporting things give. Overall, GG played extremely well against a team that also uses the same strat thanks to their captain who knows how to play with heroes and maps in this patch.
I can't agree more.

Overall, GG adopting Quinn as their mid from major to major, all of them performed well. If there are some mistakes, honestly, I don't see any of it from them except when Quinn was flamed in the mid lane but he's still able to recover from those continuous kills on him thanks to his teammates.

Upper bracket matches have finally started in MSI. There was a significant level of quality difference between Gen.G and G2 Esports before the series started already. We have seen this difference in game as well. Gen.G started to show their quality by the first game already and the second one was even a one-sided game to tell the truth. In Game 2, there was a really huge bot gap especially. Peyz is such a great ADC really. He can be very dangerous with his Aphelios.

G2 tried to show some existence by winning one game but that was all from them. Gen.G really dominated the series and I started to expect the same from T1 against MAD Lions tomorrow.

But in GG, even if he goes aggressive, his support is always there on the right place to back him up. And it is working for them for quite some time now. Even on this new patch, they quite adopted very quickly and maintained their dominance in DOTA 2.
That and having an active squad hunting in different parts of the map is much needed during this patch since kills are more rewarding and their drafts are too good.
