Our representative Eternal Fire, we have played many times in the same group with Falcons. There was a significant change in Falcons, s1mple was added to the team.
s1mple is still very good to be honest, but I'm not sure if he's Goat like in CS:GO. I think Eternal Fire is the best team among the 10 teams, so they should win the tournament if nothing goes wrong.
EF should cruise through these teams if they can play at their best, but even if they get eliminated here, they're still high enough in the global rankings to receive an invite for the upcoming season of the ESL Pro League.
In the lower bracket, upsets were being followed by upsets. Aurora defeated Gaimin Gladiators and Yakult brothers kicked out Team Liquid. I have to think about my bets in the next few hours. There are 6 teams left on this tournament.
The upset by Aurora was impressive and Gaimin Gladiators was so off during that final map the game felt over within 20 minutes when Aurora kept on snowballing their lead.
Yakult's upset was solid as well and the final map was entertaining. Team Liquid had the advantage in one of the late game team fights, and they somehow stopped their attempt without their Luna carry.
