Miposhka said that he would take a break, but what kind of break it would be is not clear,

Considering that he is already a 2 times TI champion, Team Spirit won TI 2021 which has the highest prizepool so far and not to mention the Riyadh Master which also has the highest non official tournament prizepool, he totally deserves that break

Topson and Ana will probably no longer be able to show high results, no matter how much we would like. I think the players need breaks, but there is a subtle point here, they should be short, like Topson. In my opinion, somewhere around 1-3 months, if it is longer, then the player may lose the excitement and drive from the game that he had before. If we step back a little from the topic and touch on life stories, the Ana has a terrible moment that I didn't like. He violated his contract with his personal manager and banned him from social networks, you can find them on the Internet.

With all this I want to say that I wish Zai not to rest for a long time, otherwise those who were training at this time will be able to get ahead of him during this time.

That's how they usually schedule their matches to squeeze the best viewership possible and one of these teams will get swept or lose one-sidedly anyway.  Lips sealed

I mean I would understand if its still TI so they might want to stretch it longer to get the best peak views that they could get but TI is over so there is actually no reason to drag this anytime longer. They could have made atleast 2 games per day for the quarterfinals but they didnt which is kinda sucks because I gotta wait for 1 more days to see Faker play  Tongue

Later, I have Gen G beating BLG by 3-1 or 3-0 since BLG didn't look that solid against T1 and their concerning form might continue heading into this series. BLG can still show up to make this series more competitive than expected, but I still think Gen G will close it within four maps.

Ouch it seems LOL is kinda unpredictable huh, BLG just owned GEN G for the first 2 maps. They just seems better than GEN G for now

Shopify Rebellion- After another very poor season I won't be surprised if the players will finally disband.

I have said this for YEARS: as long as Bulba is in command of this team, they will NOT get any success that they deserve. Mechanically gifted players held back by a coach that has the knowledge of the 2016 Dota scene and hasn't evolved since then.

Lol! I have the same opinion on Bulba. I still don't get it he remained with them for many years already. I even began to wonder if he has deep connections with EG's management or ownership. I was glad that Shopify Rebellion was formed but only to be surprised that Bulba is still with them. Cheesy

Meanwhile, ESL Kuala Lumpur will start its qualifiers in more than a week. Maybe most of the teams before that are settled already with their line-ups. But the biggest question to me is how will DOTA 2 fare next season when the DPC points system is taken out. I hate to say that the game might continue dropping down in numbers but maybe there are new ideas and innovations next season that will provide a much-needed boost.

Its going to be a while until we have another high tier dota2 tournaments and I totally would love to switch to LOL for a while because Worlds is currently ongoing. The only downside with this is that, Im not sure why the hell they only play 1 match per day which is sucks. Imagine having to wait the next day for another match after the current match finished

He could basically chill like Topson and Ana did and just come back whenever he's feeling the itch of playing again in competitive Dota. He deserves that break, though hopefully he continues with his Dota career as he already has one hell of a team that knows how to play the game and knows how to complement each other perfectly. One of the best supports in the scene currently!

This is a lot. I think the first one that I've seen about Tundra and GG is that Quinn is also going there since nine has transitioned into the support role and probably liking it, their midlane is free since topson just played there as a stand in. There's just too much with all of these speculations and rumors but we will break them down soon when we've got more reliable sources or when official transfers have happened already.

Quinn and dyrachyo are the ones expected to transfer to Tundra. Meanwhile, Insania hinted that their new offlaner is a big streamer with a lot of viewers in the CIS which also means that Gabbi is not the guy.
I think that I have seen another rumor that GG will keep their roster and no transfers will be made. Oh well, the guessing game continues with all of these rumors and whoever gets to make these speculations are probably wanting to confuse us. I've heard what insania said and that's obviously not going to be Gabbi because AFAIK, he's got with contract to Entity until June or July maybe. And that hint could be qojqva since he's a streamer and has got a lot of viewers in the CIS region. Well, he's not new to the team and he's been with them before in Team Liquid and Alliance as well I think.

It'll be interesting once official announcements are being made. So far, Evil Geniuses has officially disbanded and there are hints that it is not coming back to the DOTA scene at least for the next season. There's also Eva Elfie's $25k as a promise to help boost the TI prize pool but was not accepted by Team Spirit.
EG fell too badly with that roster and experiment to go through with an SA team and didn't end very well. As for Eva, Team Spirit has declined that money because they've got that much and she worked hard for it but appreciated what she wants to do.

Zai has won over $4.2 million in his career. This is a very high result, but of course he would like to win the TI and write his name in history forever. I even specifically went to check how many times he and his team were in the top-5 of different TI's. He took 3rd place with the team 3 times and 4th place 1 time. In my opinion, it’s better to take 1 time, but it will be 1st place and not take part in them anymore, burning your nerves completely)
Yeah, it's still different having the title of being a TI winner but that's it. His overall career profits is a lot and I think that if we're going to put a top 20, he's on it. But hopefully he won't retire and this is just a temporary break.

Miposhka said that he would take a break, but what kind of break it would be is not clear, he probably didn't mean leaving or taking a break from his career. You will probably find these phrases in your news feeds.
Maybe a temporary break as well since this year has been so much to them achieving champion titles after titles. They need a great vacation and that's what probably he meant to say.

For sure that there will be a lot of it, many pro players that participated this ti has already expressed their potential to retire. And we already have one shuffle and that's from PSG Quest, they have already removed Tobi in the roster. What a mistake from this team, if they have just kept ATF on their roster and has given him a good contract that both of them agrees upon, they probably had a good run on this TI.
It's a little sad when players leave, I hope zai doesn't leave the game forever. He said he needed rest now. Miposhka said the same thing. On the other hand, the players who came are writing a new history of Dota. Reshuffles also bring freshness to teams. Many of the results will surprise us.
It's just that I want zai and other players to win their own TI titles but it is going to take time for most of them to have it. I haven't heard miposhka said the same thing but it's okay on his end since he has achieved a lot and with all the prize money that he's won, he can actually retire forever now. Whilst for zai, he also has got prize money too but it's not enough when you think that you're not yet accomplished and still aiming for a bigger dream. But if he thinks that he needs to take a rest, he can do that.

Basing up on the words that "he wont go anywhere" then it would be half meant and since there's no clarification that its totally a retirement thing or simply that literal break on playing.

This is what do really marks out with these words basing up on the link given.
In the post-match interview at TI12, Mira patted the captain on the shoulder and said: "I hope Miposhka will endure the third race."
https://escorenews.com/en/dota-2/news/52418-miposhka-after-winning-ti12-i-m-not-going-anywhere-but-i-ll-definitely-take-a-break

Hope that they would really be that still intact on next year TI and trying out to break that 3x TI champion on which it do make even more that notable history in the world of Dota.

Meanwhile, the biggest DOTA 2 news now are the numerous rumors of roster shuffling of many teams.

Gaimin Gladiators- I really like the current GG roster but Quinn leaving may end up with a lot of changes.
Tundra- Caster, Maelstorm made a hint that 3 players from GG will be joining the team.
Liquid- One of the biggest news is Zai's decision to take a break which might also mean that there is a chance of not retiring and will come back later.
9 Pandas- Russian caster Maelstrom also hinted the team will disband.
Shopify Rebellion- After another very poor season I won't be surprised if the players will finally disband.
Team Secret- I wonder what's on Puppey's mind now. Maybe try to check the players available in the market. But will he let go on Crystallis?
Talon Esports- They will enter next season with some changes in their roster as well.
Beastcost- All players left the team. There are also rumors about transferring to SEA.

Dota 2 pro scene will surely go under some changes but the rumors that I've read here actually makes me sad but also happy.

I would be sad to see RTZ actually giving up on dota and retire but I would be happy for him to find a new team and actually give us his last dance.

I know about 9pandas that they won't disband but solo322 will most likely be their coach and not a player anymore.

Talon might actually become one of the strongest dota 2 teams in 2024 and I'm not even kidding on this one.

Team Secret will most likely reinvent themselves and I won't be surprised if Puppey will look for some new players in team or even trying out as a coach.  Cool

Gaimin Gladiators- I really like the current GG roster but Quinn leaving may end up with a lot of changes.

With Quinn leaving, a lot of the dynamics of GG will be lost. Their run last season is so good for a div 1 team, although ultimately failing to secure the TI championship. We'll see whether Quinn will go, but knowing how badly he wants that TI, if he can't do it with this team, he'll probably look for more options.

Tundra- Caster, Maelstorm made a hint that 3 players from GG will be joining the team.

GG might end up disbanding then, or they will get div 2-3 players in WEU to fill in the gaps. If Quinn is included in that 3 players, Tundra will become stacked. I see Saksa resting up for a bit, so that leaves 2 other possible players to be 'removed' in the team or leave in their own accord.

Liquid- One of the biggest news is Zai's decision to take a break which might also mean that there is a chance of not retiring and will come back later.

Hopefully it does not lead to retirement later on in the season. The dude is streaming quite regularly so there might be a chance that he'll only settle in being a streamer during his down time, meaning he's still following the game closely.

He worked with Crystallis before, and it's possible that he'll get him again.

Beastcost- All players left the team. There are also rumors about transferring to SEA.

Idk how will they fare here in the SEA region. The question is what team will take them in?

Good thing I woke up late. I already had a bet on GG against LGD but I am supposed to bet on them again in the finals. It was already game 2 and TS is already having a decent lead when I started watching. I still took a bet on GG but with very minimal. My 11-win streak came to an end in the finals. But overall the long break changed my luck. Cheesy
Wow, this is a very excellent result with 11 winner predictions, you must have earned a lot, thanks to this TI12.

I lost many bets before the long break but somehow I had a net profit in this TI.

I think that before ESL Kuala Lumpur Malaysia there will be several reshuffles and the teams will show a slightly different game. I would also like to see a new patch that would deprive Spirit Breaker of such a crazy advantage. If TS goes to this tournament, it may not be interesting to watch because they are much better than the others, although I could be wrong.
There will be alot of changes obviously but even if there isnt any changes at all, I doubt Team Spirit would be using the same strategy that they used on TI for ESL. There is no reason for them to do especially after winning the TI so probably we would be watching entirely different draft for Team Spirit.

I kinda wanna know will Topson stay with Tundra on the new season and also MC is also a top candidate that would join another team on loan this season after his fantastic performance with OG
No one yet knows how Saksa is and whether he will return to Tundra, but I think that he will want to do this, but Tundra won't really want to take him back because problems with him could arise again, which will negatively affect the entire team. Ultimately, the team must have a teamplay and for this they need to work together for a long time. Those same TS teamplay is at the highest level, they probably know how to read each other’s thoughts, just kidding)

By the way, have you already seen that Valve renamed Spirit Breaker to Team Spirit Breaker?
I haven't played yet but I have seen some posts about it giving honor to Collapse's winning game 3 hero which is Spirit Breaker. I think that's brilliant on the side of Valve that they're giving that appreciation to the champions. Maybe soon on the next TIs, we're going to see them rename again winning heroes to the teams that becomes a champion. The next big tournament post-TI is going to be the ESL Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. There are no teams yet that will participate on this tournament but I believe that strong teams will be invited to compete on this tournament and based on the info, there will be also regional qualifiers. The prize pool on this tournament is $1M which is another huge prize tournament where teams are going to prepare for. We're just waiting for the new announcement of Valve about the DPC points system because if it's still going to exist, there will be a huge distribution for the winners on this tournament.
It came as a surprise to me that Valve could do this, I like them for it. In addition, I think that True Sight may not exist from this TI12, the final turned out to be unexciting to be honest and not as intense as it was with OG - LGD or TS - LDH, which I was delighted with. I am ready to review them constantly.

They can since they own the copyright and software of Dota 2. They can do renames as much as they can and if it's needed to be done. Honestly, I still remember some former names of most heroes in the past from the Dota 1 and then they have sticked to just one name of the heroes which is easier to remember. I am also waiting for the True Sight, the last year TI which have been won by Tundra, there's no true sight yet. But I think since there's a popular demand from the fans, they are going to make one for Team Spirit since they've made history and became a 2-time TI champion. Maybe it's going to take for 6 months or more or even a year but I know that it's going to be worth to watch when it comes.

GG almost done the impossible which is winning the TI after an early place on the lower bracket. Team Spirit is just too OP while GG is already exhausted and play almost all their card in their sleeves since they have tons of match while TS is just waiting for them to finish.

It’s still a good run for GG to become a grand finalist after an almost early elimination. It’s just TS is much better team and AFAIK GG never won against TS since they spike up their game on last few tournaments before TI.
TS only had 3 games in the upper bracket, while GG had 6 games, after that anyone would be exhausted. But we remember how TS went through the entire lower bracket at TI10 and then won the LGD. Now it’s almost impossible to defeat them, they are incredibly charged, and we can say for sure that larl fits into the team better than anyone else. Now his name is inscribed in the Hall of Fame forever. I just didn’t expect such a weak game from LGD, they are not what they were before.

Being in the upper bracket is really a factor. But I guess even with the same number of games and rests TS will win over GG. The trend is correct this time. It was GG that dominated all the major events this year and they looked invincible. I thought BetBoom and not Liquid was the one that gave a better fight. But prior to TI, the momentum of TS started by winning the much coveted Riyadh Masters and then DreamLeague. Hats off to TS, they worked hard for it so they really deserved the Aegis.

Cheesy

By the way, have you already seen that Valve renamed Spirit Breaker to Team Spirit Breaker?

I kept seeing this today. I thought it was just a meme.
