Too many games honestly and I don't know what to watch right now seems I'm tired with the early games that just happened in China and SEA region.
Yeah, hard to choose which games to watch. Right now I am watching Virtus.pro against TT somehow hoping for some upsets to see new teams in the mainstream.

Well, for the outcome of Virtus.Pro and Team Team, the game's decided and VP won the match.

Yeah, it was pretty much a one-sided beating. But at least a lesser team knocked down 9 Pandas all the way to the lower bracket. I see some potential in Klim Sani4, although they lost to VP they gave a good fight. I guess they'll be facing a 9 Pandas again or NAVI before facing VP for the region's second slot. BetBoom should clearly get the first slot.

And the additional MENA region also adds more games. But it'll be more interesting as the game expands. I still have no idea about Valve's new system of qualifying for the TI. Maybe a top finish in ESL can earn points.
Yeah, they added more games and also more teams to participate from that region but we've got only two choices from there. It's either Team Falcons or Quest.

Or what if an unknown team will be able to beat it because on the upper bracket, it's possible that one of them will go to the lower bracket and what if some surprise goes from there and they'll be beaten by any of these unknown teams.

The region needs more teams. But it's still interesting who gets the slot between the Falcons and Quest. It'll be a Saudi vs Qatar rivalry, both are super rich and seem willing to spend a lot of money to show dominance. I want to see the other ultra-rich countries of Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai funding their own teams as well.

Within an hour, this match is going to happen. We'll see both teams that have their roster change for the first time, I think that this is going to be a sweep for whoever is going to win.

Team Secret's line up isn't appealling at all for me and I don't think they're strong. Or, they're going to prove me that I am wrong.  Grin

Same here, I don't think the current Secret team is better. I have a bet on OG to win the first map. I'm betting on Liquid and OG all the way to getting the 2 slots for WE.
It's also decided, OG beat Team Secret twice. And as Team Secret goes to the lower bracket, they've kicked Alliance to this qualifier.

Team Secret has a worse team than last season IMO. I even thought Alliance could win their series. I am betting on Tickles to knock them out for good.

I get to experience that and whenever I encounter one, I don't prolong it and put that teammate into mute and I report them with communication misbehavior. Anyway, are you guys familiar with Grubby? I am not familiar with him until there are some articles that I've seen about this guy and he just became immortal rank recently. And looking at the SA open qualifier #2, they're about to end. I am not familiar with these two teams, Mad Kings and Invaders, they're now in the finals.
I have played 5000+ match of Dota 2 since 2014. If in every match I tried to explain incorrect behavior to everyone who behaves incorrectly, I would probably turn into a psychologist or something similar)) Nevertheless, some of my friends try to explain to others, but I won’t do that now. But you are probably making the environment better, thanks for that.
Yeah, it's even going to ruin your game if you explain it for every game and that's why there's the report button either for misbehavior or communication that we can easily press and send to Volvo for them to take action. I've been reporting as well with those teammates that don't play well because of how poor they communicate and toxic they are.

Of course I know Grubby! Ever since the days of WarCraft 3, where he was a legendary player 10-15 years ago. But in Dota 2, today he took 5,644 MMR in just over a year, which is impressive.
I didn't really know him but the roots was there and I'm happy that he's able to reach that rank while if you go in some specific regions, you will barely reach immortal if you play such roles especially pos 4 and 5 and you know why is it. Well, yeah, it's all about the toxicity that we're getting from random teammates.

Closed qualification for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 has begun for China, which runs from November 16 to 18. Teams are fighting for one LAN quota. Tean Aster started with a victory
, I think in the end they will take this slot, but for this they need to win 2 more games.
Team Aster is no longer the former roster that they had during the qualifiers of TI and it's completely a different roster they have. What I think this slot will be taken by is by the Invictus Gaming.

Let's just go with the ESL KL SEA first, there were two teams eliminated already and they're IHC Esports and Neon Esports.

Later on, we're going to see another two teams going to be eliminated through the lower bracket. But for the meantime, it's going to be upper bracket matches and whoever losses goes to the lower.

-> Aurora Esports vs. Geek Fam

-> Blacklist Internationa vs. Talon Esports

There are only 3 days left for the Worlds finale!

It is making me excited already about it. This time we have a really unexpected matchup. T1 were of course an expected team to see for me and most people here. But Weibo's presence is surprising. I thought that their journey would end in the semi-finals. But they fought really hard against BLG. Especially TheShy's amazing performance played a key role there. He stomped and carried a game with a Graves top also.  Cheesy  It must be like 2 years ago the last time this champ was played in Worlds.

However I don't think they will do the same against T1. Because T1 are showing their best performance in Worlds competitions all the time. But maybe we can watch at least 4 games here.  Smiley

Indeed mate. I'm hyped as much as you as well.  Grin  I must have indicated it in one of my previous posts here. T1 are showing a much higher level of performance when it comes to Worlds compared to MSI tournaments. For example you must also have seen how they eliminated JDG previously here. It was like final series in Worlds considering the quality of those 2 teams.

However T1 stayed really solid and pushed them out of their way by 3-1. I just can't imagine a reality in which WBG beat them in the final stage. I expect another 3-1 win by T1 here. Maybe it might even be 3-0 considering how relaxed they would play in case of getting ahead by 2-0 first.

ESL One KL region qualifiers are on the way and so far we have :

Liquid vs D2 hustlers are score it's already 1-0 for Liquid.

BetBoom vs Moneymakers and this should be a quick 2-0 for BB.
Too many games honestly and I don't know what to watch right now seems I'm tired with the early games that just happened in China and SEA region.

It wasn’t always like this, I used to communicate and want to win with unfamiliar topics, but then I realized that the percentage of adequate people is small. And the screams and dissatisfaction of my teammates affect my games. Now I have ruled it out. Over time, it will probably be worth reconsidering leaving on those who do not scream and behave appropriately. This way I can achieve higher MMR, probably.

ana and other. To be honest, I don’t remember the nicknames anymore, but reading the news about esports wins, this happens regularly.

I've played a few games this week and whoever picks Muerta almost always wins. It's better to ban her right away.

Right now, I am watching the SEA qualifiers for the ESL Kuala Lumpur and the game is with the most hyped SEA team, Blacklist Rivalry against the Team Tough of Mongolia. 29 minutes on the game now and it's like that this is going to be a game for Team Tough as they have spectre and pandaren brewmaster that has both radiance. While for BLR, they've got position 1 templay assasin that seems not going to be appealing on the late game.

Quite possibly the worst game to play TA on. Imagine going against a brewmaster and a Spectre that can just send units to you and burn your refract instances. It must have suck big time for TA to play on this game knowing that her main survival kit is being countered by two heroes with the same item. Thankfully Team Tough slipped off and missed the opportunity to convert the lead to a win. If I was that TA, I would probably raged quit and never looked back given how toxic the brew and spectre combo is against me.
But guess what? They've won against that lineup, it's true that with one mistake, the game table can be turned wholly and that's what happened. It's still the experience of being patience and looking for a situation that the opponent can slip and Team Tough did that while BLR's patience paid off. They're now qualified to closed qualifiers.

But when I play alone, at the beginning of the game I immediately turn off the sound of all my teammates and never speak myself. This allows me not to listen to screams, curses and receive negativity.  Smiley
Haha dude, you have just said the forbidden technique so that you won't be annoyed with your teammates. Especially when someone who starts to cry at the beginning of the game, it's better to mute them while you coordinate with the ones who wants to play.

I also like to joke that some eSports players come back to the game when they run out of money. Because they are used to spending a lot.

Normally it's banned when they know someone who's good playing at it.

That was close for the Team Tough, they're on the lead but one mistake did it all. BLR is now part of the closed qualifier together with Neon Esports that has been qualified today. Only one slot for SEA for the ESL Kuala Lumpur.

When it comes to itemization then having Radiance would really be the best counter for TA since refraction would really be easily be melted or simply trigger out + with those DOT skills then
it would really be that easy to isolate TA. Spectre with having that disperse + radiance? It would really be a nightmare. How much more for brewmaster with Primal split?
Wont really stand a chance. Now the current hype on Blacklist team with the recent ESL which it is really indeed really exciting to look at.

I thought that he's just a cool and quiet guy. But I understand if he's got heated with the conversation because all of them put passion to the game and that's a normal thing for a team. I have found also in some controversies in the past teams that there were certain players that are also like that.

They can't stop themselves from having that heated argument with their teammates and disagreements after disagreements because they can't help to just be quiet and play the game. But the part of those teams that have cool commands and chat conversations are likely what to be admired of.

We know like players such as Ceb that have been in that cool manner even when the entire team was under pressure. I just wish best of luck to Team Liquid, technically they still have the whole roster just like the past 2 TIs but only replaced by one players going with retirement first with Matumbaman and now with zai.
It’s just that some players are dissatisfied with the actions of their teammates and they begin the process of destroying the atmosphere in the team in exchange for rational and calm communication. I have been seen this when I playing Dota 2 with my friends for many years. There are those who are constantly dissatisfied with everything, and there are those who, under no circumstances, will say anything bad, because we first of all entered the game to have fun. For professional teams, this is the job, it is certainly different, but aggressive statements are present in both cases.
It's normal to see that they react like that, there were teams and players that communicate like that. Remember that even in the pubs, there are toxic players and the way they communicate is very annoying so that's likely typical for some teams and professional players.

By the way, Ceb said for the last time that he was returning to Dota 2. I like watching this guy, especially during OG. All these videos of him setting up the team are just great. I only wish him victories.
Haha, Ceb became a big meme now to the Dota 2 community telling that this is his last Dota 2 journey in the pro scene but if they find success with OG, for sure that it's going to be an extended last journey and so on and so forth. But anyway, still good luck to him.

The odds sucks and Im not sure what to take on this game. The best odds would be to get -2.5 handicap for T1 but I dont think WBG wont be able to take atleast a single map off  T1. This totally screams 3-1 for T1 so taking -1.5 seems to be the best shot to win but odds sucks. I know T1 is the favourites to win but obviously I was kinda expecting it to be around 1.5 at the lowest for the odds
You're probably better off having a bet with your friends irl if you want to bet on this match. T1 is a solid team all throughout the competition so I am not surprised that betting sites don't want to give a really generous odds to T1. I guess you just have to take the odds anyway, still a guaranteed win for you, take what you can take in terms of wins.
Valve has scraped the DPC system so I guess the next qualification wont be based off points like the previous DPC, Link Here. Its probably due to the wages of the players because I highly doubt that SEA players receive less in average compared to SA region players so yeah thats probably one of the reasons. Second reason that I could think off is probably the regional qualification to TI or other compeititon and yeah its less competitive to get those slots in SA compared to SEA
Wow, that's a pretty big move for Valve to remove DPC to get teams to qualify for The International, for me it's a bad move because it kind of removes the filter that Valve has to select which team is going to get into the biggest DOTA 2 competition, it's supposed to be the best of the best competing for the Aegis of Champions and the million dollars worth of prize pool but I'm excited how they plan to change the qualifications to get there, but for now, I am surprised and unhappy.

He is a good player but definitely not good enough to play pos 5. OG would have been better if they could get another pos 5 player to fill in that spot but we are currently still in transfer period so changes could possibly happen especially if OG ended up not making it to ESL ONE through the qualifiers

By the way, Ceb said for the last time that he was returning to Dota 2. I like watching this guy, especially during OG. All these videos of him setting up the team are just great. I only wish him victories.
There's no other team or roster that Ceb would fit out but that OG(OG) team or former one, im not that discriminating the new bloods but it is really that hard to sync specially into those new players comparing into who do have TI experience or being a champ but well adjustments would really be there knowing that it cant really be that easily be get on just a short period of time.
Roster changes would really be usually happening or normal to be done after TI on which it is really that a common approach that teams would be disbanding and other players become that off contract
or looking for team. They do always have that kind of target on fitting out on a team which they would really be that to play well or would sync or having that good teamwork with other players.
Its a trial and error i should say because there are teams which does have top tier players but usually do end up on choking not only in majors but also in TI.
