I'm extremely excited for the playoffs now. I did small bets for tomorrow's games.
I am still looking forward to seeing your "match winners" bets guys, please share so we can discuss and bet if we're convinced.

For the upper bracket tomorrow, I am afraid to bet on some match winners because of the odds and unexpected wins of the upper bracket teams even if they are a team who already made a lot of losses.
The best example is Team Liquid, last days of the group stage, they really did well and made them to be in the upper bracket.

With that, the bracket is now complete for the playoffs. Tomorrow we will see the upper bracket's matches. Quest and Betboom will probably win their series.

Im not sure about Quest because Talon is a team that could easily turn the tide around. Totally not the type of team that is on par with all the other top teams right now but they have the potential to shaken up some expectation so I might take over 2.5 maps on this game but BB is definitely going to win 2-0 for sure though

GG and Team Liquid will be tough one. Team Liquid is currently on a roll, but I think Team Liquid has not won against GG this year. GG, though shaky in the group stage, always becomes a different beast when they are in playoffs. I believe they will continue to do so.

We've seen this numerous time, GG hasnt always been the best in group stage but somehow they always made it to the grand final and Liquid has never won against them so yeah easy pick on this one

This is also the last day for the group stages and likely Tundra is going to go home whether they win against Team Secret. But I don't know if that's going to be right, just 1 more game for all of these games that are having a match now and we'll see if there will be another decider aside from what I have mentioned.

No, Tundra has a chance to get the last spot for the lower bracket on their group since they manage to join the triple tie breaker against TSM and Shopify when they get 1-1 against Secret while TSM and Shopify sweep both their respective match.

Tiebreaker is on right now with TSM already got their first win agains Shopify.

Tundra actually made the cut. They won the tiebreaker matches against TSM and Shopify Rebellion. They easily dismantled these two teams. They will be in the lower bracket for the playoffs.

With that, the bracket is now complete for the playoffs. Tomorrow we will see the upper bracket's matches. Quest and Betboom will probably win their series. Betboom is strong in this tournament, only losing to Team Secret in the group stage. That is just probably a fluke and Betboom will probably continue their winning streak in the playoffs.

GG and Team Liquid will be tough one. Team Liquid is currently on a roll, but I think Team Liquid has not won against GG this year. GG, though shaky in the group stage, always becomes a different beast when they are in playoffs. I believe they will continue to do so.

Aster vs Team Spirit is also hard to predict who will win. I probably will go to +1.5 on these matches.

Betboom is on a roll, and that Secret sweep defeat is something that not everyone has seen from a distance. Those who stayed faithful with BB since the start of the Riyadh Masters are surely rewarded with a lot of money. Hopefully they win this tournament, since it's still uncertain of what will happen to Pure after this. Surely Valve will not just stop from banning him in the Bali Majors. There has to be something more than that.

They are really strong and if they were able to play in Bali Major, they have the higher chance of beating GG than team Liquid. I think they will be able to show us in this tournament how strong they really are. GG vs Betboom will something to watch. Both teams are very disciplined and have good strategy in this patch.

Hopefully, they will allow Pure to play in TI. Seeing how good they play now, I bet they will be better in TI. It will be more exciting to watch them on the grandest stage of DOTA.

Anyway BB will be playing against TSM tomorrow so probably last chance to take another 2-0 sweep for BB

Another 2-0 sweep for BB as expected. Anyone that made all those -1.5 maps on BB would have made decent amount even if it lose once against Secret which is kinda unexpected ( I guess 322 mafia or some sort was disturbing the flow of that game whatsoever ).

From here onwards, the prizes are pretty huge. Any team that got eliminated on 9-12th will get $300k which is $100k higher than winning the Major

That oil money really is flowing in all things sports. $15 million prize pool isn't a joke, and any teams would surely want to get better placements and get more money.

In the EG-G2 match, G2 was the winner.Although G2 had a hard time against its opponent, it knew how to win in the match that went into overtime.NiKo showed a legendary performance in the match, we can say that he was the name that made the difference among the players who played and we can easily say that he was the name that actually won the match for his team.He showed an extraordinary performance by getting exactly 89 kills on 3 maps.We can say that he received over 27 kill frag on all 3 maps.
G2 were so convincing in the first map that I thought they would easily get 2-0'd EG. I wondered what went wrong with the second and third maps. Niko carried them so hard like he really didn't want to lose to EG Cheesy

0/2, what a bad pick.

Placing a small bet for +1.5 BIG, expecting another upset like we have seen on EG yesterday. As for the second match, I'll be cheering and betting for Navi as usual. The market priced Navi as the underdog but looking at how shaky G2 was yesterday against EG, I'm confident Navi can take this.

G2 is actually a really good team when we look at their roster, but it is obvious that there is still something that is not in order.I think they will continue to get bad results in tournaments if they do not resolve this as soon as possible and get healthy. As you said, we can say that they played a very good game as a team on the first map. On the Nuke map, NiKo's 35 kills were not enough for them to win the map.NiKo did more than his best, but his teammates could not support him enough on the Nuke map and they lost.On the Decider map, it was G2 who won the match with NiKo's obvious performance superiority.

The winner of the Vitality-BIG match was the French team Vitality. I can't say I'm surprised because we can easily say that vitality is by far the better side in terms of roster. If we look at the overall performance of the players, Vitality players seem to have shown a more balanced performance. In BIG, we see that despite Mantuu's great performance, he could not win the match for the BIG team. Even though Mantuu had the most kills in the match, it was not enough for them to win.
In the other match, NaVi was the winner in a close map scoring match. Both teams played in the middle throughout the match, but s1mple made the difference and won the match. When we compare the players of the two teams, we can easily say that NaVi's players are actually superior to G2.

OG and Xtreme gaming are both out of the Riyadh Masters, both of them will take home huge prize, OG got $200k and XG got $100k. While three teams have a tie breaker on which team will be moving on to upper bracket of the playoffs and the other two will start with the lower bracket.

There will be two more teams that will be out of this group stage and likely on the other group, we're likely to have another decider.

I'm sure team secret win destroy a lot of parlay since BB is the heavy favorite while Secret is known for being the weakest team on their group same with OG.

Well if it was 2-1 or a close game between those two then Secret won by chances though but it was a clean 2-0 from Secret which is kinda unbelivable. As of now, Betboom has continued with their 2-0 sweep across all the other teams so yeah I dont really know what actually happened against Team Secret yesterday

Anyway BB will be playing against TSM tomorrow so probably last chance to take another 2-0 sweep for BB

Secret is a very good team that knows how to read BetBoom movements on the map and I'm sure a lot of team have watched both replays from yesterday when they 2-0 them but it's very hard to pull out as BetBoom really loves their farm man...they farm like crazy even when they are down like 10k Networth and even then , they do find farm on the map which is crazy. I also think that BB will be in the final against one of the follows : 9Pandas, Aster, Talon or again GG.

Kinda expected that to happen but what really surprised me was BB lost to Secret 0-2. That was unbelivable and considering that Secret lost two games in a row on the 1st day, its kinda seems impossible for them to actually win against BB that even swept Team Liquid under the floor. Made decent profit on BB - Liquid then lose it all up on BB - Team Secret, what a day  Roll Eyes

Luckily I did not bet in this game because I did not want to go against Team Secret. I believe it was Map 1 that set up the momentum. The lane period went well on Team Secret and Armel and the rest were playing crazy DOTA. There were times when BB was able to catch up on their items but Team Secret was able to perfectly time their combos and managed to win crucial clashes. By the time BB went defensive, Team Secret was leading a huge net worth that enabled them to make risky huge dives and then finally get the win.

BB seemed broken during the 2nd map. Armel and Yamich started very well and once Team Secret started initiating kills, they were all over the map with BB nothing to answer. Hoping for Team Secret to continue these winning ways in their next games.

Agreed on this Analysis, Betboom can't find a way to destroy Team Secret after the long game 1. Secret knew well how to deal with the aggressiveness of BB. I'm really surprised on how Secret manage to bounce back after losing back to back against Talon and Aster while  BB is much more stronger team that the first two team they met. They already got 2 wins so I guess they will survive the elimination on this grouo stage.

I'm sure team secret win destroy a lot of parlay since BB is the heavy favorite while Secret is known for being the weakest team on their group same with OG.

Astralis are such an interesting team that they have eliminated Liquid by 2-0 and qualified for Fall Final. They are a quite unbalanced team I mean. They were first beaten by NaVi which have a completely new roster and which are adapting to playing as a team newly in an official tournament. But Astralis couldn't benefit from that.

Instead they eliminated one of the most in-form teams recently. Liquid really seemed to qualify for Fall Final without huge problems. I understood their being beaten by FaZe as FaZe were a really tough opponent. But Liquid were supposed to make it through Single Elimination Bracket anyway. They played horrible on Inferno which was the map they picked at the same time. They were able to win only one round as CT.

In the other match of the day, we watched the match of 2 teams that went through a renewal in their roster. The winner was the Danish team Astralis. We can say that Astralis made the team game better than its rival Liquid. In Liquid, we see that the new transfers played better in this match, but it seems that their play was not enough.

Betboom against Liquid tomorrow, this is going to be huge. Im personally betting on BB to win, waiting for better odds tomorrow

BB demolished Liquid without a sweat. Liquid is outdrafted and always relying on late game which they always failed to do. Torontotokyo is good with his current position because he provide a lot of crucial plays that gives a huge impact on team fights especially his pick off.

Watching OG now in a big tournament makes me think, why they are still competing at the Division 1 level. They look like a Division 3 team against XG.

This is an accurate representation of what Nigma fans used to feel when they watched Nigma played back then. Some teams are falling apart for sure especially those huge name like Nigma, Team Secret, Alliance and even now OG and fans are not really used to watch these top teams falling apart on international stage like this so yeah

Now Secret and OG are both on the bottom place on their respective Group but we al know how much they are trying just to catch up with the current string guys.

It looks like BetBoom and Team Aster might be the strongest teams so far in Riyadh Masters but I do have faith that Talon will secure 2nd map against Aster and made them bleed a bit because since Kaka joined Aster , this team is looking a lot more powerful and disciplined during the draft and also the fights.  Smiley

No doubt about Betboom since they are always consistent and can give a good close fight against GG but we all know how inconsistent Aster is especially on Upper Bracket. They always choke on the first or second round until they got knock out when they are on lower Bracket.

GG is still by far the best since they are showing same meh game during group stage then surprised everyone with different strategy during playoffs. They are not showing their trump card during non crucial games which is their weapon for their consistency on all of their majors win.

The first match today is going to be Evil Geniuses against G2, which should be an easy win for G2. They are a much stronger team and in a best of 3 match there shouldn't be any suprises. After beating EG today they are going to face NaVi tomorrow and need to win to not go to the showdown matches. NaVi has been struggling a bit lately and I would expect to G2 to win that match aswell. The second match will be Team Liquid vs Astralis, which is going to be a close match. Team Liquid is a bit stronger and should win here, but the two teams are also facing each other in the IEM Cologne 2023 Play-Ins, so there is going to be a lot of competition.
Agree with your prediction for today's matches. Should be easy 2-0 for G2 and a win for Liquid. It might be a close match between Liquid and Astralis, but given how they beat both FaZe and G2 earlier it's hard to bet against them.
