I guess I was too agressive on taking NIP -1.5 but oh well it happened but glad that I made another bet on over maps. I guess given the odds, I should have known better that its not really going to be that easy for NIP to take 2 maps

It’s dumb for them to secure Visa if they still don’t have secure spot on the TI.

Pretty sure with all that incident in Bali Major that they will still secure the direct invite but what really surprised me was that Pure wasnt given any punishment at all. I thought Valve would have banned him because of that and Betboom would need to search for another player to fill in that position but if they actually keep this roster, they could get a decent chance to win against GG for sure

The MPL Indonesia tournament started today and I saw two matches that took place. It's surprising that it's been almost two years since I watched or followed MPL developments, but for this season I'm again interested in betting on one of the MPL Indonesia Esports tournaments. For tomorrow's match there are two BTR vs GEEK and AURA vs RRQ matches. This is a great opportunity to place bets as it is an esports tournament whose outcome is easy to predict.
Given that MPL matches are a little less difficult to predict than Dota 2 and LOL, it appears that not many people are interested in betting there.
But in reality, I also participated in this game; I merely waited a few games to attempt to get predictions about which club would prevail.
Upcoming matchups that I haven't entirely predicted but have tried to forecast are BTR vs GEEK (BTR victory), and AURA vs RRQ (AURA win). If my assumption is accurate, I'll try to forecast and wager on the following game.

Okay, so BetBoom is able to secure proper documents early and passed in the visa qualifiers. Are they just applying for visas in advance or they were already informed by Valve that they are part of the TI? But I am optimistic that BetBoom is indeed heading into TI with its complete roster. It's going to be very interesting.

Betboom already secured their TI after Quest Esports failed to be on the grand finals when they are beaten by Team Liquid on the lower bracket. There’s no remaining tournament that has a DPC points rewarded. It’s dumb for them to secure Visa if they still don’t have secure spot on the TI.

We have a few days of DOTA rest before the Riyadh Master starts 5 days from now. While SEA is probably in its weakest season, another player is joining another team outside the region. Entity has a new offlane in this tournament, Gabbi.

Guys, is there a decision of Valve already for the DPC points of BetBoom prior to the TI12?

I saw some post that they've already decided and there's no deduction to their points of what Pure has made. If that's the decision and it's official then that's good for BetBoom as they'll be the one to complete the 12 teams to have a direct invite for the upcoming The International.

I am also waiting for Valve to make a public announcement on the issue but until then silence means there is nothing to change with regards to the DPC points. BetBoom also posted the other day the ranking wherein they are still at #12 so it could be that they were already informed that there will be no more additional punishment. I am glad that they remain intact. I did notice a comment wishing good luck for the visa qualifiers. Cheesy

Before TI we'll have the Riyadh Masters. We will see if BetBoom's rise to power is not a fluke. There's the juicy $15 million prize pool, so all of the participating teams will surely give it all as well. Many are getting bored of GG's dominance this year but I honestly find it interesting and they deserved those wins.
Yes, lots had been anticipating for BB. Lots had been saying that BB is the kryptonite of GG considering that on groupstage on which they do beat up 2-0 on GG on which if they havent just been kicked out by Tundra on
Upper bracket the they might be able to face up GG  but of course everything is done already. I've been aware about on that DPC points issue in regarding on what happened on Betboom. Good thing that
they are still on #12. Lots had been that excited for the upcoming The international and lets see to those who had dominated the majors would really be completely be able to dominate the international too.
Hope that there would be no huge update just like on what we do have in patch 7.33. lol

If that's the case that BetBoom is already taken a noticed and they'll be one to complete the magic 12 which supposed to be really them, then that's nice. It's because many are counting that they're like the GG slayer.

I think that they're hungry for a win and we can expect that their run on the Riyadh masters is going to be long and ending with a high placing.

But that's just a speculation and we shall it within the next few days.

The first opponent is Astralis. If we don't see communication issues NaVi can make a really good start to the tournament. I'm especially curious about iM and jL's performances.

There is no reason not to because NaVi is still a top tier team with s1mple around

I simply took the bet on them to win against Astralis in their first match. Well I could have take Astralis to win a single map for sure and that would be easier to win but whats the actual point on betting on odds that low though

BLAST Premier Fall Groups tournament is starting soon. The first matches are tomorrow. But right now the thing I'm curious about the most here is how good NaVi will be performing. As you know they have made a big change in their roster by bringing iM, jL and Aleksib. s1mple and b1t are the only remaning players from the previous roster. Now the most important thing is how high their chemistry will be. Because I don't know if the time they had so far after building the new roster is enough now.

hey guys,
i wonder what is the lowest margin sportsbook for esports especially for LOL. I checked by myself seem like many sites is around 10% for handicap map like sportsbet.io , stakes even worst so if you guys know which site have margin around 5% that would be great
I checked the two sportsbooks that I use and Cloudbet has a 5% margin for their handicap but their odds on the favorites aren't always the highest.

The second sportsbook (500casino) I use sometimes offers better odds on the favorites but they have a higher margin around 7%-7.5%. Both of them also have low fees and minimum withdrawal/deposit so i'd suggest you give them a try.

Betboom had an awesome round in Dreamleague but in the end failed. Does GG do this on purpose?
I can't say if GG does it on purpose because it only started during the Dreamleague, but I guess they're fine with dropping maps on the group stage to test out their drafts because they'll beat every team they face anyway.

MOUZ added Jimpphat from the academy team to the main squad as the 5th player. It is sure to be a different experience for the 16-year-old young player. Thus, we can say that 4 out of 5 players have joined the squad from the academy team.
There are 2 players left in the academy team.Nexius and chr1zn are the names that are currently in the squad.I think they will put 3 young players next to them. They will continue as the academy team has benefited them a lot.
The importance of the academy teams is increasing and the Sprout team has also created a new academy team.I have not heard of any of the players before, but we see that they have built a mixed roster.

We also saw GG lose some series during the group stage of Dreamleague but after the group stage, they showed those losses didn't matter and took down every team they met. I'll only start to believe once BetBoom or any other team can send GG down to the lower bracket.

A couple of teams are already making their roster changes, Entity picking up Gabbi as their new offlaner and Kaka going to Aster after Boboka stepped down from the team.

From now on I only take Gaimin Gladiators. I don't know anything about this esports thing but if I learned anything new from the past few tournaments, take on GG on the final is the best solution.

Group stage leaders seem to be the most difficult to predict though right? Betboom had an awesome round in Dreamleague but in the end failed. Does GG do this on purpose?

We might fall in their trap at TI because they never perform well at the end of the year and I think TI will prove just that. Last year , with BooM being their midlaner and kinda carry them as much as he did , GG still got eliminated in 15th place if I remember well so yea , I still think GG won't perform great at TI 2023 especially in Seattle.

The hype around them is to big right now and everyone will bet on them to be at least top 3 TI but until October , the other top teams have plenty of time to figure out how to stop ACE ( because ACE is the one who runs GG on his back ), they will have plenty of time to implement new strategies , bring some new heroes in the scene and who knows what LCQ will bring because we still have to find out the last 6 remaining teams. Overall , there is still a lot of time for all the teams to improve even more but I have a feeling that Valve and Gaben will trow a patch at us right before TI happens.  Cool

As of now, it seems that no team can stop them. But if there will be some changes to the meta and some updates that won't be favorable to their gameplay then that could be their biggest enemy. And, I don't think that no matter what the changes will be, there's still gonna be a lot of studies they'll make on new patches and they'd be able to dominate again. This can last up to TI and it's possible that they'll get the title for this year.
We shall see if they won't choke by that time.

Betboom manage to sweep them during group stage of Bali Major and on other major tournament which both team face against each other. GG is good against WEU division team since they are already familiar on these team strategy. I think Betboom has a chance to bring down GG on a finals match when they full roster since they are already on the sycn to each to other with this new roster.

Team Liquid is proven that they can't beat GG on their many majors finals match.
The next tournament is the Riyadh Masters and this has got a whopping $15M prize pool and both teams are there, GG and BetBoom. Therefore, we might see GG will be swept by BetBoom as Pure isn't going to be covered by any punishment there as it's not a Valve-sponsored tournament. Looking at the prize and placing, everyone who's going to participate is already having a secured price even the last place.

People have been saying this ever since GG won the 1st Major and look at them now, new patches were released and the whole team just update their gameplay to suit the new patch so unless there is a Major update before TI which I believe there wont be then there is no stopping to GG domination. Pretty sure they are going to be atleast top 2 in TI for sure
They're like the OG of this era and that's for sure that this domination will go on until the TI. But we just can't be sure, we've seen Team Secret in the other seasons where they've been dominating majors then became a lackluster on TI.

Sprout started with a new squad by replacing 4 players.Only zyphon remained in the team and an international squad was established next to him. These names were alpha, wonderful, raalz and spooke. We can say that a young and talented squad has been established, but if there is no agreement problem between these players, I should already say that it can get surprising results. This squad, which includes talented players from each other, can do good things.
