Yesterday was a bit weaker day for draws then day before but I had a bit more luck so that means much higher profits. In addition to playing those singles I always play a multi or two and while big one the other day failed this one made me happy enough.

This is amazing actually, I wouldnt even consider parlaying 4 acca with draw selections in it.

Anyway today is still another break even for me but yeah atleast Im not losing money so I could save some up onto the playoff but I got another single on NGX -1.5 and its looking pretty good right now as they have won the 1st map

There is not many sports left to be played this summer so I'm switching to the esport I'm looking at LoL and EU scene LEC. I'm from EU so I'm familiar with them. I see Fnatic like a possible upset this season in LEC, beside that G2 is looking strong like always.
This is the end of the season so many sports are over and waiting for the start of the season to start some sports events to take place.
Esport is the choice of some gamblers for them to keep betting on, after all, Esport can still be relied on to bet on.
Plus we are only waiting a matter of months for the TI Dota 2 tournament.

There will be no more tournaments this month, at least we can say that there will not be a quality tournament in terms of viewership and teams.
In July, 2 tournaments will be waiting for us, one will be Blast Premier fall groups and the other will be the IEM Cologne tournament.
When we look at the news, we see that there are some changes in NiP.AleksiB was benched and hampus rejoined the team after a long break.I think the team's performance will increase even more with this development.

Speaking of DOTA events. Tomorrow is the start of DreamLeague Season 20 in Stockholm, Sweden.

I guess most bitcointalk folks isnt really interested with Dota anymore . Normally we would have plenty of conversations regarding this but it seems abit different as no one really mention about this in this thread
Not really, there are still a lot of interest for Dota 2 and that is because we've got two threads for esports and the other folks have been posting also there so, maybe the other one is more active than this.
Dota 2 is still enjoyed by a lot of users here and many gamblers who are also members of the forum bet on Dota 2 matches.
It is true that there are two threads here but I think this is the only thread that forum users are most interested in and this thread is more active on compare with the other thread.
One of the of the end of the esports thread for Dota 2 discussion is not very active because Dota 2 matches have a few days gap in each match.
I'm sure that soon when the TI Dota 2 tournament starts, the discussion thread will be very active again every day.

I remember before the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a stat saying the number of DOTA players is declining and it probably continued in the last few years. Maybe some of us became busy with our careers and are having families now. I myself just like most of my DOTA friends since college aren't that active anymore as well. Although I am still tracking the happenings, especially TI and its majors. And until now it is one of my goals to attend a major or a TI.

This ongoing tournament is not a major which is why some are not interested. The prize pool though is twice as big as the majors so this should be an interesting one. And most top teams in the world are also the ones competing.

Anyway, small tips from me if you are betting on this. Draw seems like the best option so far as alot of teams are getting draws since yesterday so goodluck guys  Smiley

Draw is usually the outcome of this best of two games. Also depends on the teams that are playing - if the other one has been performing quite well recently, I might bet on that team though again, that's still a coin toss basically.
I am jumping on that train today. No analysis just singles on draw in every match, I need half of them to pass to break even with small profits and everything better than that will make me happy. I had a ticket yesterday for 5$ on 8 draws, almost 3.5k $ and of course missed only one, damn you Entity  Grin

Let's start with 3/4 in early games and then I am going even bigger in each consequent round Smiley

So I picked several games that ended up with 2-0 instead of 1-1 but overall Im above break even with a small profit but yeah its pretty exciting experience on betting like this

The odds for draws are mostly over 2x so yeah it should be profitable if someone actually take single draw on all games today

If we consider that last game of 9panda and SR to be another 2-0 then we will have 10 draws and 6 wins which is profitable even if we consider the odds for all the draws to be exactly at 2.0x

The first of the semi-final matches in the BLAST Premier Spring Final tournament will start in 5 hours.I will be expecting a clear win from heroic in the Heroic-Imperial match.I don't know if Heroic will give a map to their opponent, but I will bet on a straight win.Imperial has played good matches throughout the tournament, but Heroic is a team with the potential to stop them.I think they are one of the teams with the best team play.
The other match is the French derby between G2 and Vitality.I'm looking forward to see how both teams will perform.Vitality is one step ahead, but I think G2 will be closer to winning this time.As we are slowly entering the last CS:GO tournaments, I'm looking forward to seeing how G2 will do in this time.

We have reached the end of the tournament after watching a lovely series in the final stage between Heroic and Vitality. As it was a duel between the 1st and 2nd ranked teams I was expecting a solid fight and it was what we got thankfully. But whichever team won they did it by a really nice score gap every time. Even the decider map didn't end by overtime. Because Vitality played CT side really horrible on Inferno and couldn't fight back much against Heroic.

Round 14 on the decider map was just incredible truthfully. There was hell of an action at banana. There was a great defending by TeSeS while there was smoke. He got 4 frags as he hunted 4 Vitality members who come out of smoke one by one. However Spinx shot him and he did even a 1v3 later on to win the round by having a plant.

I expected heroic to win this time and I can say that they didn't surprise me.Of course it wasn't going to be easy to beat vitality, the last csgo major champion, and so it was.The match extended to the decider map.As you mentioned, that rount was actually important for both teams. If heroic had won, vitality would have dropped mentally quickly and it could be an easy win for heroic. Both Teses and spinx got nice kills. In general, when we look at the heroic team, we see that the transfer of jabbi in the heroic team has really made a big contribution to them.He is one of the names that raised Heroic as a frag and this is a transfer and a move that really lifts the team and affects its performance.

There are still a lot of interest in the Dota scene. It's just that this tournament is treated as a minor and not something big right now. Overall there aren't that many esports league that are happening right now anyway, so it's not just Dota 2 who's receiving the cold treatment.

For the DreamLeague S20, all matches for the group stage 1 are only 2 maps so yeah betting for a draw is more likely. But for the group stage 2, it's now best of 3 so that's where the harder part will start.

And I wonder if any of us here will be watching live irl. Maybe in the next bull run in 2025 I will try if a major is happening near in my country.
I would love to but I can't, hoping someday that it gets close and I want to watch live too.

One of these days some of us here will be watching DOTA's big events live.

Speaking of DOTA events. Tomorrow is the start of DreamLeague Season 20 in Stockholm, Sweden. Bad news for SEA representative Execration, its players' visas were not able to catch up with the schedule and they are now replaced by BetBoom from CIS.

And also regarding the last major this year in Bali, Indonesia. It's unfortunate that there are no teams with Indonesian players who are able to qualify. I already read some online comments about Indonesians not interested in going to the venue apart from the tickets being expensive and that they are expecting more foreign tourists, especially from nearby countries to cheer the games.

The only surprise result in the first matches of the BLAST premier spring finals was Imperial's win against vitality.Imperial played really well as a team and vitality couldn't show any presence on the overpass map that imperial chose.

I thought that win against Vitality was just a fluke, turns out Imperial did play quite well. That win brought them to the playoff despite losing 1-2 to G2. In the quarterfinals, they face off against Complexity and have already claimed victory in the first map, which is Complexity's choice. Things are looking promising for Imperial to win the match on their map pick.

The other quarter-final will be an absolute banger, Vitality vs FaZe. This will be a close one for sure but I'll have to go with Vitality. They won all BO3 against FaZe without dropping a map so far in 2023 and I can see them continue that streak here.
Imperial has improved and I honestly didn't even expect them to have such a good tournament. There is an increase in their performance and if they improve a little more, they will surely come to better places.Although they made a surprise ninja defuse in the G2 match, they couldn't win the match, but we can't say that they played badly.
In the quarterfinals they were paired with complexity and they managed to eliminate their opponent with a good team play.Complexity has good players but they couldn't achieve success.
In the other quarterfinal match, they eliminated their opponent with a good win against the last major champion faze.I was expecting vitality to win and they didn't surprise me.Twistzz and broky played well, but karrigan and rain played very badly, which balanced them out.

By the way in the Imperial v G2 series there was a really nice ninja defuse by FalleN. On Map 3 which was Nuke, there was a 2 vs 3 situation for Imperial and the bomb was planted on bombsite A. It was like all things were under control for G2 but they left the bomb unguarded a little early. Imperial's move was really smart with FalleN and JOTA. While JOTA was covering him FalleN defused the bomb in smoke which was really an impressive round for them.

The round with a ninja defuse: https://twitter.com/BLASTPremier/status/1666912036519854084?s=20

But even a play like this wasn't enough to prevent a 13-16 loss on that map and a 2-1 loss in total.  Sad
That was a good call by Fallen. The 2-1 loss against G2 was respectable, they put up a good fight on all 3 maps. Never thought I could see him competing in top-tier CSGO again in 2023. Last night against Complexity he had the highest rating. It was crazy considering he was also calling (IGL). No wonder Furia and paiN are bidding for him now.

Let's see how Imperial will fare against Heroic. I'm expecting Imperial to take at least 1 map (+1.5 handicap bet).

The second match is G2 vs Vitality, which is going to be a much closer match as the two EU teams are quite similar in strength. Vitality is currently the #1 team in the world after winning IEM Rio and the Paris Major. That is why I am going to stick with Vitality for this one, the final is likely going to be Heroic vs Vitality, where I think Vitality should go all the way.
Also betting on Vitality for the second semi-final. Their performance last night against FaZe showed they're still that major winning team. Another Vitality-Heroic grand final, the IEM Rio final rematch, would be very fun to watch.

The Blast Spring Semi Finals are being played today and the Grand Finale is coming up tomorrow. The first match today is going to be Heroic vs Imperial. Its nice to see that a Brazilian team managed to go so deep in the tournament by beating Vitality and Complexity. FalleN is one of my all time favourite players and it's awesome to see him still play competitively at such a high level. I really would like to see the Brazilians reach the finals, but Heroic is the number 2 team in the world and they beat FaZe 2-0, my money is on Heroic to win. I saw that game and that was really an impressive ninja moves. I did not expect that when they are hovering near the bomb site. Then they both suddenly jumped down and the sole guard of the bomb. It was a lapse on G2's judgement.

Imperial also had a blunder on the round prior to this one where they are 2 against 1. It was in round 19 where Hooxi was left in G2 and Jota and Vini of Imperial don't know where the bomb is. They might have thought the round is over with 15 seconds left in the clock SO they ran back to A while hooxi planted the bomb in B. It was clear that Imperial should have won that round but Hooxi stole it from them.

Imperial had an impressive first half but they could not finish. G2 is really strong in the T side so even when they are down 6-9 in the first half, they totally dominated Imperial in the second half. In the end, G2 is just too much for them. They are still very impressive though. They are still not out and they won their match against Complexity. They will face Heroic tomorrow.
