EOS to take the second place? That sounds exaggerating. EOS will never be on the top 2 because EOS teams looks like already parting their ways and creating their own project. There are crypto experts supported each opinions and believe that EOS might fall below $1. There are also some breaches reported on their blockchain so what you are saying seems to be very impossible and might only happen in your dream. There are better altcoins in the market than EOS and their platforms seems to be falling.
Today Ethereum costs only 199USD, so I can tell you that 218USD is not the bottom for sure. I see bottom around 160-180USD for 1 ETH.
Nobody still knows where this bottom is. I want to believe that in a few days, or weeks, Ethereum will start the fastest rally in its history and hit the same top he reached once last winter. I believe in this crypto.

I don't think EOS will take the second place but in past month we saw ripple did it. If we talk about the 1k$ mark then no doubt eth can get soon but can't say when. Maybe be after dec it's possible like last time.

I don't believe in speculations, what matter most is the trust towards the coin that it will someday rise back up again. Ethereum will surely bounce back but still cannot replace the top place in Bitcoin.
ETH lost his potential in this year. We wont see in second place in 2019 I think. But , If ETH increase like $500 or above maybe it has a chance to comeback.
II'll give doubt if Ethereum can make some twist reaching such amount knowing how the market behave right now. We could think that even market will recover but its pretty hard to make some huge pumps when bitcoin doesn't show massive increase in prices. But I never think that ETH will fall down below $150.

It's already 199$ as of this writing and it may go deeper than that and it will be the all time low of ethereum this year. I believe that there will be a big reversal of prices in the coming days after this one that's giving me a push to invest more of this major alt coin.

I too think around 170 - 190usd bottom for eth.
I think for some time the broadcast will be at the mark of $ 200 then it should start growing very well. But this is not certain you should be able to distribute risks yourself and choose where to invest, including on air.

I think ethereum will never drops under 100$. Untill cryptomarket back and rise Eth will fluctate arond 150-200$, but when bull run begins it will back to ATH rapidly...
