i think much people still believe you i you give solution and fast
fast about distribution, if can't solution about hack, you can create new token, only one token, not double platform, must choose one, after create token and then distribution, and added to exchanger
if you not give fast solution another alternative only one, refund, but i hope not refund, project still run but fast solution

But the encryptotel team is really unprofessionalism to handle the project. The investor will never reach the money back or try to migrate all of the ETT tokens to be the ethereum assets.
But better to refund al bunch of money to your investors.

Also, if you keep ETT waves tokens stolen, isn't it 10% of waves tokes damage done? This means that you lost 5%+ of project funds?

Hacking is 500 000 $.
Rest for you : 500 000 $.
Delete all contract eth and waves and restart with just eth blockchain.
BlockSwap service is very bad.
And stop to paid one by one because you let the time to the hacker working.
Other have you an explanation ?

the only way to restore credibility for this team/project is to offer a refund. i call anything else a scam from now on.
the whole investment history is still visible on the crapy ico board, so no excuse in that area ....
