The amount of the airdropped tokens is so small nowadays and the value of it when enter the exchange is worth some pennies so I do not bother with them. Leaving them in the wallet for holding and better market conditions.

Obviously, you need to hold it because most of the rewards from Airdrop are only few. So even if you want to exchange it in ethereum, it is still not enough. The only way to do this kind of rewards is to wait until it's price increase that can give us a better satisfactions.
In my opinion, you should not to hold all count of your coins and just wait for the rise. If you would to exchange something, and hold part of your coins, you would to earn more than only hold.

Even I have participated in dozens of airdrops and received tokens in some cases. Usually I convert the majority of the tokens to either BTC or ETH as soon as I get them. Because less than 5% of these tokens will be successful in the long term.
It all depends on the design of this coin. If you see prospects for further growth, then I hold these coins and look forward to further growth. If there are no prospects, I sell immediately after the exit of the coin to the exchange.

it depends on the project, there are some project that you will know that they can never increase in value because they are just token for raising funds and they dont have a real-life use. so tokens like it is advisable to sell off if you get it as airdrop

AirDrop coins are difficult to list in the market, even many Airdrop coins are sold using a smart contract. If the Airdrop Coins that we get directly from Market Exchange can indeed make an exchange. But for me if the price of the token matches, it will get a little money so I immediately sell it.

Well i think the decision is always in the hand of the holder we cannot really suggest on what coin or token did they really wanted to hold. Simply because we all have a different taste with regards to holding our coins. So if you want to hold or sell your assets then it is all up to you just be more temperate and moderatien in choosing for good.

When I get a coin, I try not to sell it right away, but I keep it at the best price. you just need to monitor the market and the price of your coin in order to know when to sell.
