- I did a few deposits/withdraw that went very fine
- then an ETH deposit (2 ETHs) never reached my exmo account although the transaction went through and reached Exmo's wallet

It was 15 days ago. I have sent several tickets with all relevant information and proof, I was told to wait, I was told it was transfered to tech team, I was told it would be resolved this week but still nothing and no update. I'm tired.

When Exmo works, it works, but when there is a problem you can't count on their support. You're just there, with your cryptos missing, and you just wait forever. They don't respect their customers, they don't care.

They are officially kidding as you see. By the way 10 days passed i still couldnt withdraw my XRP’s worth 100 k Usd.

But there is no solution although they gave promise to check out problem.

As you see every support team messages come from different people and they always ask same questions although i wrote it many times before as you see.
