It's been more than a month since my issues of missing funds.
My issues still have not been fully solved. Because after some refunds, I tried to withdraw EUR again through MoneyPolo, but again the money went missing.

Could you please have a look at my issue and escalate to the corresponding support/tech department to solve this issue for me ?

Issue ticket ID's are #303189 and #318680 (both are more than month old!).

Well Guys EXMO made me register and be proactive in the bitcointalk forums,

Let me share my experience with EXMO so far.
I have registered November 2017 and got verified on the platform for less than 2 weeks using the Live Chat option, that was available before and everything was happening very fast. Support was proactive and gave all details.
During Decemeber when prices went to the sky EXMO user bas increased from 40K daily to 120K daily. They were not prepared with that scale of ppl.
Then on 27-nth December one of their Specialists (CEO) was kidnapped from their office in Ukraine.
Ever since the kidnapping its been a HELL on EXMO platform i suppose this is because they are under investigation, every transaction has to be manually approved deposit or withdraw and guess what not by EXMO alone i suppose police is involved aswell and as we all know Police is slow everywhere in the world.

So for my experience, I exchanged a few Moneros and withdrew them using SEPA Euro through MoneyPolo i recieved my money ( 250 euro ) the next day i saw the message "PAID" in my finance dashboard on exmo.
Then on 13.01.2018 i made a new exchange but this time using ZEC, i then withdrew (2060 EURO ) using same method but this time the SEPA transaction went through Crypto Capital, then a few days later i recieved "PAID" and thats it since then nothing has come to my bank account nor is support answering my mails. I believe the issues is with Crypto Capital so i Contacted them they aswered they can cancel my transaction but since the account is not mine on crypto capital while it is EXMO's account their are going to refund how will they know its my money ? So now, one month later still no answer form support i really hope they will atleast refund my account so i can use my money and figure how to get my money out.

So untill now my opinion is -> DON'T USE EXMO untill they fix issues.

Good thing is there is improvements slow but some.

You Alive? any ok? I think exmo platform have many problems because in twitter/facebook very a lot of complaints and in bestchange exchangers monitor I see 114 negative claims!
Please fix the bug in your server soft:

Error 10403: Your transaction confirmation is less than 6, the withdrawal is temporarily unavailable

not work withdrawal EX-CODE, I see this is error after 60 confirmations!

people are afraid to make a deposit on your platform, because you do not allow to withdraw, it's very sad

So many fud is here...The main reason is that people write in case of some issues only. As for me I complained about delays in verification and unavailable visa withdrawals but I had't face any problems except these. Btw, nice UI update. I believe you have a bright future and hope your ICO helps you to succeed

yes it is entirley crypto capital. NEVER do  an external transfer with cryptocapital!

This is a life of a crypto trader not only you have to worry about exchanges but even payment processors.

I hope you all will get paid soon and all other issues will be resolved.

This is important to keep posting your deposit, withdrawal and other problems to warn other users.

I strongly believe that they are just overloaded with new clients. They don't expect to grow so fast and now they are not capable to maintain this userbase.
