Since there is no reply, I contacted MoneyPolo myself. The reason is that I have no moneypolo acc and my transfer couldn't be processed. They told that I should ask you when my funds will be refunded. Could you please answer how long does it take to get credited the rejected withdrawal? or to reply it through my ticket #  390774

Exmo support still ignoring my ticket -  #348171 . 1 month after withdrawal still no money. MoneyPolo confirmed the money has been returned to EXMO, but exmo hasn't credited it into my account.

I have had the same issue as many of most of you.
Deposited cryptocurrency XRP over a month ago and despite numerous support tickets and providing more information nothing has ever happened to get me my XRP. The price dropped massively also while I have been waiting, dropping at one point more than half the value of my investment. This site is a complete fraud. Inexcuseable customer service, or lack thereof, and no reliability whatsoever.
They even blocked me from their Twitter for contacting them and sharing my poor experience.

All of these tickets submitted and either replied with a request for more information (which I provided), being told they will look into it (which is never done) or just completely ignored.

What happened::
20th of January I did a transaction (WAVES) to my wallet at EXMO.com. But I didn't receive my coins! Then I created a support ticket and started to wait. 23th of January my problem was reported to EXMO technical department. And till now I don't have any replies and my problem is not solved!!

video #1 (15.02.2018) - User didn't enter to his exmo account for a while. No F2A auntification. Someone entered to his account with password changing (notification e-mail sent). And this "new" user made numerous amount of buy/sell actions without any effort and made almost zero balance as a result.

video#2 (21.01.2017) - Someone entered from US IP (account owner is a russian IP) to owner's account (no info about password changing). And this "new" user sold DASH for BTC, then sold BTC to ETH, then withdrew 1 ETH as a result of seeling to address 0x058534346Fdd950Se24F760e0d1BE51f399370Cf.

Hi,

Exmo's customer support is catastrophic.
My experience:
- I did a few deposits/withdraw that went very fine
- then an ETH deposit (2 ETHs) never reached my exmo account although the transaction went through and reached Exmo's wallet

It was 15 days ago. I have sent several tickets with all relevant information and proof, I was told to wait, I was told it was transfered to tech team, I was told it would be resolved this week but still nothing and no update. I'm tired.

When Exmo works, it works, but when there is a problem you can't count on their support. You're just there, with your cryptos missing, and you just wait forever. They don't respect their customers, they don't care.

I made a 7600 XRP deposit January 5th - One month and one day now. The deposit has not been credited to my account.

I opened a support ticket (308719). They replied asking me for the transaction info (which I gave them all they needed in the first time I opened the ticket). After that, no answer.

January 5th Ripple was priced 3.32 . Now it is priced 0.63 . I lost 80% of its value waiting for this deposit to clear. Or 20.4K USD.

Not cool.

6 weeks now waiting for my 7600 XRP deposit. 42 days. No contact from Exmo.

If you can't resolve your issue for a long time, why don't you go to the court? Because then they will be obligated to answer and honestly if some exchange was holding 100k worth of my coins I will seek help from the government as this is not just some small play money. Its sad to hear that some exchanges just take ages to respond and all they are doing is giving you nothing and you end up waiting. This is bad for their reputation.

Well Guys EXMO made me register and be proactive in the bitcointalk forums,

Let me share my experience with EXMO so far.
I have registered November 2017 and got verified on the platform for less than 2 weeks using the Live Chat option, that was available before and everything was happening very fast. Support was proactive and gave all details.
During Decemeber when prices went to the sky EXMO user bas increased from 40K daily to 120K daily. They were not prepared with that scale of ppl.
Then on 27-nth December one of their Specialists (CEO) was kidnapped from their office in Ukraine.
Ever since the kidnapping its been a HELL on EXMO platform i suppose this is because they are under investigation, every transaction has to be manually approved deposit or withdraw and guess what not by EXMO alone i suppose police is involved aswell and as we all know Police is slow everywhere in the world.

So for my experience, I exchanged a few Moneros and withdrew them using SEPA Euro through MoneyPolo i recieved my money ( 250 euro ) the next day i saw the message "PAID" in my finance dashboard on exmo.
Then on 13.01.2018 i made a new exchange but this time using ZEC, i then withdrew (2060 EURO ) using same method but this time the SEPA transaction went through Crypto Capital, then a few days later i recieved "PAID" and thats it since then nothing has come to my bank account nor is support answering my mails. I believe the issues is with Crypto Capital so i Contacted them they aswered they can cancel my transaction but since the account is not mine on crypto capital while it is EXMO's account their are going to refund how will they know its my money ? So now, one month later still no answer form support i really hope they will atleast refund my account so i can use my money and figure how to get my money out.

So untill now my opinion is -> DON'T USE EXMO untill they fix issues.

Good thing is there is improvements slow but some.
