You got to be careful with putting anything in these sort of activities on the blockchain as you could be scammed quite easily as was mentioned with the ICO age we were in several years ago now they are pretty much non-existent in the cryptocurrency space.
That is why there has been a service created to keep individuals from getting scammed by NFTs called pocket universe.

With this race in Mexico the qualifying is just about finished with so many penalties being given out during Q1&Q2, we don't know what the starting grid will look like because it was mentioned they will investigated and decided after the session has ended.

Verstappen didn't make it to pole position and Leclerc took it with Sainz being second.

Something to note is neither Ferrari drivers had any penalties during any of their qualifying sessions.

Oh! never heard of Pocket Universe but sure the ICO pretty much boomed back then and many have gotten high pay for the free coins given I was surely surprised back then when I got a great amount by just collecting free coins some have instant cash but some were a total failure so for sure you might want to be cautious in getting your money and investing it in one of the ICO or NFT that will not make a big impact for sure,

Ferrari drivers are not under investigation so the pole should be safe.

MAX, Hamilton, Russell, and many more are under investigation so the top 10 can change a lot but not the first 2 positions.

That is surely great news for Ferrari but still, the winner of the F1 Mexico Grand Prix is still Max Verstappen, then 2nd position is Lewis Hamilton and Ferrari just managed to get Leclerc in the 3rd position for the Grand Prix, both drivers are with Max Verstappen in the Podium, and 4th was Carlos Sainz Ferrari is pretty much doing great right now, and another sad race for Sergio Perez as he did not finish this race,

MoSala and ILuckyGuyI, you both just widened the gap between me and you by 1 point. Which is the most precious thing in this competition with only 3 races left to go, I would say you are feeling really good.

I doubt any positions change now, I paid the price of Perez and didn't get a single position exact. Almost all miss by 1, what a shame Sad

I hate this problem of F1. Last race I was in 2nd with 1.5 points behind 1st now I'm so far behind and in 3rd. Who knows. Luck can change again.

WOW! ICO I remember that, and I also remember the Bitconnect scam back then so pretty much we need to be very careful with investing with those ICOs,

Well, it is a very shocking result you can see that Ferrari is doing something in their free time, and right now other teams are getting pretty much near the Red Bull team sure maybe in the next Grand Prix we could see a different team that will be dominant, let's wait and see,

This is great now we know that there is an investigation that is happening with the F1 and so the teams will not make any mistakes because the investigation will surely change the decision, but the qualifying is a shocking thing that happened, and for sure many did not expect that,

Yep , this qualifying session was actually intense and I'm sure the top10 will suffer changes over night or in the next couple of hours.

Overall , great racing from Charles and I'm glad Ferrari did back him up this time so big congrats for Ferrari for 1-2 podium that hopefully will transit into race podium tomorrow.  Smiley

Let's just wait for the big change or maybe for a big reveal a couple of hours from now, I guess this is a great opportunity for the Ferrari but let's just wait for the final results this is why I am really excited in the F1 now, because the dominance is slowly shifting,

Yeah is dominant but not so dominant like in the start of the season, if you look into the gap its only 0.1 seconds, when we had a lot more in other stages of the season. Clearly he still a way ahead of all the pack but at least we can see the gap cutting down, sadly the season is gonna finish and all is resolved.

I think even the biggest and most expensive nfts proved that they were pointlessly high because only a few people would buy them and these were all guys who had a lot of money or gambled to try flip. Didn't work anymore:) So F1 seems like one of the last few places to advertise since rich guys are there and looking for status symbols Smiley

Well right now NFT's are just in the past just like what happened with ICO projects that you can not see anymore, NFT will also go in that same direction if that certain NFT reaches a certain amount that people can not buy it anymore it will surely just stay in your wallet for good, but I can feel with the impending Bull Run maybe NFT's could get a sudden value boost but certain no one can not afford it anymore, only the whales can, but if they would risk to buy it from you,

I dont care about NFT at all but they can be useful in some cases or for tickets.
NBA teams are using them for some time so it was only question when other sports would join this trend, but I dont see how it can benefit Formula 1.
Team NFT is the same thing for me as altcoins, and there is not much difference.

Many surely don't care about this NFT, or don't really know about them, or don't have any knowledge at all, but for me, I would just buy a good Altcoin than buy an NFT that you can not know if there will be a sure value in the future, but getting it into the F1 world maybe there are still promoters for this kind of stuff,

We are now on Practice 2 for the Mexico Grand Prix and so far Max Verstappen is pretty much dominant, for the 2 practice races that we have, but it is interesting that Alexander Albon from the Williams got into the 2nd place in Practice 1 and then followed by Sergio Perez, then Practice 2 Lando Norris from McLaren landed in the 2nd place and Charles Leclerc on Ferrari on the 3rd place now it is curious if Practice 3 will be different or Lando Norris could get back at the 2nd place, it is really exciting for tomorrows Practice 3,

BIG and good news for me and all the Argentines!!!

FRANCO COLAPINTO reach F2, so we are one step closer to have again a F1 driver, i hope he can reach the F1 in the coming years, we are so many years without a driver in the top category.

Its not the best or bigger team, but i hope he can compete. HE is also a William academy driver.
That is some big news for all the Argentinian fans of the F1 sport since F2 is one step closer to the big stage.
Good luck to him as it is good to see the next generation up and coming who will be replacing the aging ones currently in the F1 campaign.

More NFTs? I thought that was over already Smiley

Yup! I never thought that they are still some that were into these NFTs that I had dropped most of my NFTs that were free because they were now useless, maybe I haven't opened my wallet since then, but yeah I think I would look my NFT if they eventually have a value now,

Was thinking the exact same thing when I first saw his response to the NFT imagery.
They are highly overvalued for what they are due to the fact the ones we see give no utility holding them except for whatever the floor the ones who held them since the very start proposes they be.
For example, Bored Ape Yacht club.
Their decline begin with this lawsuit from the auction house Sotheby back in August.

"Sotheby's representations that the undisclosed buyer was a 'traditional' collector had misleadingly created the impression that the market for BAYC NFTs had crossed over to a mainstream audience," the lawsuit claimed. Lawsuit plaintiffs say that harmed investors bought the NFTs "with a reasonable expectation of profit from owning them."
Sotheby's sold a lot of 101 Bored Ape NFTs for $24.4 million at its "Ape In!" auction in September 2021, well above the pre-auction estimates of $12 million to $18 million. That's an average price of over $241,000, but Bored Ape NFTs now sell for a floor price of about $50,000 worth of ether cryptocrurrency, according to CG data accessed today.
Investors previously sued Bored Ape creator Yuga Labs, four company executives, and various celebrity promoters including Paris Hilton, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kevin Hart, Snoop Dogg, Serena Williams, Madonna, Jimmy Fallon, Steph Curry, and Justin Bieber. The original class-action was filed in December 2022, and Sotheby's was added as a defendant in an amended complaint submitted on August 4."

This caused a ripple effect in the entire NFT space and had since never recovered.

Anyone else notice the Williams car had some crypto-related decals on their rear wing?

https://twitter.com/wabdoteth/status/1715182669103800498

WOW! NFT I bought a couple of those back then when it was still on hype and you can surely sell them at a higher price, for sure F1 is into advertising those as well, but if it will benefit the Crypto Community I am OK with it but I never thought that they are still selling those NFT's

I am really excited about the F1 2024 this is going to be another interesting race for sure and because the race will be televised for sure we will now take a glimpse of maybe make a bet for the following match on the F1 Academy

The Formula 1 Lenovo United States Grand Prix 2023 race result was really great and just like that Max Verstappen even though he lost the qualifying has shown that he can still do it and won all Sprint then the Race itself was a dominant win for sure for the Red Bull and Max Verstappen,

We still have the 2023 Mexico ongoing GP up ahead, for sure you will need to contain that excitement of yours for sure because of the recent situation and what could have happen in the future, but for sure the other teams is doing something to make those loose ends will meet,

https://www.racefans.net/2023/10/24/damage-meant-points-werent-possible-on-return-ricciardo/

Daniel Ricciardo clarified that his  car sustained damage during the United States Grand Prix  and ended his chances of scoring points in his first race back,

Some fans also questioned  the pitstop strategy which  led  to  him losing so many positions ,  can he just have one race without some bad luck ? Sad

Nice to know who actually created the new design for them for the Circuit of the Americas.
The star-spangled banner was a fitting symbol for being in the big state of Texas for the race as it is well recognized being in the heart of America.

Luckily Max was one of the only drivers out of the four selected to not have any problems with his plank for the underneath of the car when inspected. Along with Norris and his Mclaren were not affected post race.

I missed it but the car special desing for Verstappen for this race was made from an Argentinian and from a city near me.

Here is him with Max Verstappen.

In personal opinion i dont like so much the design but i think it fit perfect with the USA GP and RB. A fun fact is in the Miami Gp also a Argentinian won the contest, it was a woman.

Once again a Max win, which is kind of getting boring but at the very least this one was a bit more fun seeing him try to get other racers and pass them. Normally it would have been better if we have seen more overtakes but he overtook Hamilton at the pits basically he undercut him and did better.

I think it's clear that the one stop strategy was a horrible one and shouldn't have even be considered, some teams tried their chances but it was not even possible. Between the heat of the places austin) and the heat of the track, the tire ware was a lot and they didn't had any chance to manage to get a win, it just didn't really feel like a good one and shouldn't really end up with anything that would make sense for them to try that, some teams did, and they lost because of it.

It was a really unbelievable race that it even continued after all the laps finished.   Because Hamilton and Leclerc both were disqualified after the end of the race! The reason why is that their cars both failed the tests after the race ended. As of this disqualification decision the balances changed on podium also of course.

Now we see this podium: Verstappen - Norris - Sainz

Sainz really got a free podium truthfully. Perez made some progress in the race maybe but there was still no podium.
Both drivers got disqualified after the race had been a surprise to hear.
Sainz wasn't on the podium once the race ended so it must of been announced several hours later.
Any reason given why they were?
Those who had bets placed on this race might have had them reversed if the results have been overturned so late like this.
I remember this happening several years ago when I had bet on the Oscars and they made a mistake live on air with the winner of best picture and the bookies had already settled the bets but they were wrongly paid out as winners.
But this seems to be a common occurrence in F1 lately with the stewards overturning race results after their investigations are complete and make an announcement several hours later.
I found this situation very bizarre. At the end of the race, four cars are randomly checked and 50 per cent of these four cars, i.e. raw and lec, are found to have violated the rules. What happened to the remaining 16 cars? Who cares? Who knows how many violations there will be in the other 16 cars, but the rule-sick F1 got away with the random selection of four cars. Think about it, for example, with the Olympics, you apply a doping test to four random 100 m runners out of twenty, you don't care whether the rest have doped or not, and you only penalise these randomly selected runners.

Any reason given why they were?
It's about the clearance that they have and it wasn't aligned with the technical specifications of the regulations that FIA has. It's really a nightmare for bookies or something to have that.
