I've missed the qualifying, but I've just seen the highlights (
https://youtu.be/7QFluV5wV4I ) and:
* it looks like we might have an interesting race between RBR, Ferrari, Merc and Aston
* I find interesting the performance improvement McLaren has shown, but it may be only caused by the slow corners of the city circuit
Today is sprint race day, I'm looking forward to that. Since everybody had a lot less time to practice and configure the cars.. it may be interesting (and obviously the race too).
The Ferrari machine has been upgraded, so much that Charles Leclerc is keeping his pace, and getting most of the time to qualify for the starting grid, I think that Charles Leclerc is pretty much good at corners that he was able to get past the Red Bull Machines, and this is surely going to be an interesting race because now we are not sure on who's going to win,
I almost totally forgot about this race but I saw I put in my picks way early already so missed the action but at least it does look really like this could be a challenge for Red Bull.
I like the idea that everyone has less "practice" so we get more upsets, although I did make picks according to last race favorites lol
I think the last pick favorite will shift tremendously because of what Charles Leclerc is doing and right now he is getting his way ahead of both Red Bull racers, the following Sprint Shootout was really in favor of Charles Leclerc again even though he has crashed in a barrier and destroy his front wings Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez can not defeat his initial time making Charles Leclerc in the 1st position of the starting grid,
SPRINT SHOOTOUT RESULTIt was a hard day for the racers because cutting corners in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix Baku City Circuit is proven very excruciatingly hard for most Racers, and 1 by-1 racers are dropping like flies, Q1 Nyck De Vries, Pierre Gasly, Yuki Tsunoda, Valtteri Bottas, Zhou Guanyu, and Logan Sargeant have drop off and getting a red flag, while in Q2 Kevin Magnussen, Esteban Ocon, Nico Hulkenberg, Oscar Piastri, and Lando Norris was the one that has taken red flags, and lastly, Q3 was finished by 9 Racers leading by Ferrari Charles Lecler, 2nd by Sergio Perez, and Max Verstappen ending at 3rd place, even though Charles Leclerc hit the Barrier and destroyed his machine 1 front fin, he still leads the Sprint Shootout for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, and here are the starting grid for the race tomorrow,
