Watching this sprint race live and on the second lap there is a yellow flag with Tsunoda losing a rear tire and DNF for this sprint too.
I think out of any other team, I have seen Alpha Tauri out of the most runs on this track.
This sprint race is 17 laps so shouldn't last too long as the sun is going down in Azerbaijan for close out this prerace day.

Great to see Perez doing well in the sprint race today.
This only means that Red Bull have seen where their problems lie and fixed them coming up to the final race tomorrow.
Had Leclerc to take pole position and Perez for fastest lap in the race results for the F! forum pool selections.
So will wait until tomorrow to see if any of my other predictions will come to light in Baku.

I'm glad to see Perez doing good too because the guy deserves it after his team kind let him down in last 2 races.

RedBull is still miles away in my opinion and if they lose in Baku is just because they want to keep this season entertaining haha

Leclerc is looking way mature and determined than 1 month ago so I don't know what he did be the guy is looking mentally ready for anything.

Sprint race begins in 1 hour and 35 minutes.

I've missed the qualifying, but I've just seen the highlights ( https://youtu.be/7QFluV5wV4I ) and:
* it looks like we might have an interesting race between RBR, Ferrari, Merc and Aston
* I find interesting the performance improvement McLaren has shown, but it may be only caused by the slow corners of the city circuit

Today is sprint race day, I'm looking forward to that. Since everybody had a lot less time to practice and configure the cars.. it may be interesting (and obviously the race too).

The Ferrari machine has been upgraded, so much that Charles Leclerc is keeping his pace, and getting most of the time to qualify for the starting grid, I think that  Charles Leclerc is pretty much good at corners that he was able to get past the Red Bull Machines, and this is surely going to be an interesting race because now we are not sure on who's going to win,

I almost totally forgot about this race but I saw I put in my picks way early already so missed the action but at least it does look really like this could be a challenge for Red Bull.

I like the idea that everyone has less "practice" so we get more upsets, although I did make picks according to last race favorites lol

I think the last pick favorite will shift tremendously because of what Charles Leclerc is doing and right now he is getting his way ahead of both Red Bull racers, the following Sprint Shootout was really in favor of Charles Leclerc again even though he has crashed in a barrier and destroy his front wings Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez can not defeat his initial time making Charles Leclerc in the 1st position of the starting grid,

SPRINT SHOOTOUT RESULT

It was a hard day for the racers because cutting corners in the Azerbaijan Grand Prix Baku City Circuit is proven very excruciatingly hard for most Racers, and 1 by-1 racers are dropping like flies, Q1 Nyck De Vries, Pierre Gasly, Yuki Tsunoda, Valtteri Bottas, Zhou Guanyu, and Logan Sargeant have drop off and getting a red flag, while in Q2 Kevin Magnussen, Esteban Ocon, Nico Hulkenberg, Oscar Piastri, and Lando Norris was the one that has taken red flags, and lastly, Q3 was finished by 9 Racers leading by Ferrari Charles Lecler, 2nd by Sergio Perez, and Max Verstappen ending at 3rd place, even though Charles Leclerc hit the Barrier and destroyed his machine 1 front fin, he still leads the Sprint Shootout for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, and here are the starting grid for the race tomorrow,

STARTING GRID POSITION

1st Charles Leclerc
2nd Max Verstappen
3rd Sergio Perez
4th Carlos Sainz
5th Lewis Hamilton
6th Fernando Alonso
7th Lando Norris
8th Yuki Tsunoda
9th Lance Stroll
10th Oscar Piastri
11th George Russell
12th Esteban Ocon
13th Alexander Albon
14th Valtteri Bottas
15th Logan Sargeant
16th Zhou Guanyu
17th Nico Hulkenberg
18th Kevin Magnussen
19th Pierre Gasly
20th Nyck De Vries

Ferrari looks strong this weekend hope they will be in race too since we need them to make it more interesting. I was disappointed with start of season since red bull is so much stronger then everyone.

Very nice videos to watch from the F1 official youtube channel and a treat to watch since we haven't had any race action for over three whole weeks now and it is time to get into the excitement once more with the race weekend in full swing.
Baku city circuit has the longest straight on the calendar, so I can see Ferrari, Aston Martin and Mercedes making a stand against Red Bull.
And they will have plenty of time to get it right during the sprint race(OG) along with the sprint shootout.

Right now I am getting excited about the Sprint Shootout because Charles Leclerc has made the 2nd spot on Practice 1 then the qualifying was sweet for him because he landed 1st gaining momentum against Max Verstappen, well you know I really like Ferrari,

PRACTICE 1 RESULT

Pierre Gasly has some issues with the hydraulic leak that causes his machine on flames so he needs to retire early in the practice run while Kevin Magnussen's machine lost power and would need to sit this practice and both problems happen at the same time that is why it is pretty much a bummer for both drivers, while Carlos Sainz bang the wall on turn 5 leaving a mark on the wall but still manage to end the practice in the 4th spot, and his machine was undamaged, Well Max Verstappen got the lead again with 1:42.315 time, 2nd was Charles Leclerc, and 3rd was Sergio Perez,

QUALIFYING RESULTS

Nyck De Vries was unlucky in finding the wall smashing against it so he needs to call it off, and Pierre Gasly also finds the wall and another red flag for the Q1 of the F1, and there are many machines dropping like flies in the following Q1 and entering Q2 a bunch of drivers was eliminated in Q2 aswell, while I was very happy because for the 1st time Ferrari Charles Leclerc has made the 1st position, while Max Verstappen was shocked and couldn't take the lead, and Sergio Perez landed the 3rd spot,

Seems a bit clearer now when outlined for those involved in the F1 forum pool participants.
There are also markets now open with 85 new options to choose from before race weekend starts tomorrow in Baku for this city circuit.

Here is one more for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix:
qualification: https://sportsbet.io/sports/event/formula-1/formula-1/azerbaijan-grand-prix-2023-qualification/azerbaijan-grand-prix-2023-qualification-6448b45d76e9d51cf874f685

Thanks surely going for some bets later, I think I will pick some close bets for that list and may go with Sportsbet's Azerbaijan Grand Prix Qualifying - Winning Constructor, or Azerbaijan Grand Prix Qualifying - Winning Margin, for profitable results,

For the Round 4 of the F1 race, it was the sure right thing to Focus on the Circuit track, and in the Azerbaijan GP the Baku City Circuit is the track where the race will Occur and here is the Track with 51 laps and 20 corners fastest lap record was 1:43.009 by Charles Leclerc on 2019, there is one major misconception for racers to know about this track it is because it has a mixture of tight and twisty, wide and open, and it gives the racers a medieval vibe because of the medieval city walls, and in the following schedule of the upcoming Azerbaijan Grand Prix Friday will be the only practice session on the Schedule that will be on 28th of April, Saturday will be the Sprint Shootout and provided video will be the changes in the following Sprint format, that will be on 29th of April, then Main Race will be on 30th of April,

Right now the F1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix is nearing and practice may start on April 28, so let's all be ready for it,
Perfect timing to start talking about this race!
About an hour ago Sportsbet.io has sent out notifications for their latest promotion on Baku City circuit.
So I imagine they can't wait anymore to get this long awaited race in full swing too.

https://sportsbet.io/promotions/formula1-azerbaijan-gp

It was really a long wait and Sportsbet.io can not really wait any longer, the Race should be this week but it was canceled and moved further a week so we will be having the race this week, and there are rumors that Max will be stripped off on Team Red Bull to give way to Lewis Hamilton, but it was all really a hoax if I was correct about it, but Lewis Hamilton will certainly give Mercedes an ultimatum, he wants something and Mercedes would likely need to give it, and news about the Track Circuit Monaco is likely wants by fans to be stripped in the calendar, because they dub it as boring without rain, while Mercedes, Ferrari, and Aston Martin are likely to have been working on key upgrades ahead of the 2023 season pertaining to this week break,

WOW! love the design Mercedes AMG One currently is the fastest car legally on the road, for sure which is why many will be highly glued their eyes on this Machine sure many would love to test this sports car-like driving an F1 car, experience, but for sure this is surely got a large amount on it just like the sports car of the past the Ferrari for me it surely got the slick design that I love and owning one would surely be a delight great chance that I myself will be riding an F1 machine aswell,

F1 News Sebastian Vettel might return to F1
https://thejudge13.com/2023/04/17/vettel-return-to-f1/

This is just a rumor but many have speculated his return to the pinnacle of the motorsports world again and there is a possibility of it, he is well-known in the Red Bull team back in 2009-2014 and has a successful title defense back in days, but he then retired on 2022 from Aston Martin Team, but because of Covid-19 his career in the motorsports started to spiral down, but there is a large possibility that he may return again,

But he is the only driver that is getting paid and sitting on the sidelines of an F1 team and not sweating it one bit.
I just can't imagine the role he is doing now there? Like is he getting to have a say on how the car will behave or does he have that custom seat for the F1 car ready in case something were to happen to the primary drivers? It's really interesting.
I remember only one occasion did a backup take the wheel of a race last season.
Was this with Albon? That's what I remember.
Ricciardo was on at the Red Bull station along side with Christian Horner last time I saw him at the track while a race was taking place so he has to put in the work I guess.
Also I am certain he has an F1 custom seat at the ready incase the primary drivers can not go on with the race.
And yes it was Albon that I recall being the reserve driver in replacing one of the primary drivers last season.

It seems that Sainz penalty petition in the last race was rejected by the FIA.
https://www.skysports.com/f1/news/12433/12859247/carlos-sainzs-australian-gp-time-penalty-upheld-after-ferraris-right-of-review-denied

"On Tuesday the F1 stewards rejected Ferrari’s bid to have the decision reviewed on the grounds that nothing in the new evidence it submitted – the car’s telemetry and statements from both Sainz and Alonso – met the criteria for triggering the review process. Ferrari’s frivolous case shows right of review being exploited.

“I’m very disappointed that the FIA did not grant us a right to review,” Sainz wrote on social media."

I know we don't have any races right now and next is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, and waiting for all the racers is the Baku City Circuit, which consists of 20 turns and is 13 meters, I am pretty much excited about this upcoming circuit because I was really curious right now Max Verstappen got 2 wins and Sergio Perez got 1, pretty much red bull will surely going to get another win for sure, but anyway let's get on with the news that I have seen

Look at this car, after seeing this I got the urge of posting it here because it was really awesome this is a Mercedes AMG One with an F1 engine in it, a 1.6 liter V6 turbocharged engine, As astonishing as the 200km/h lap was, Charles Leclerc's pole lap at the same track last September was a full 60km/h quicker around the 5.793km of the track it is absolutely the quickest road car ever made, and it indicates that the AMG's time is 1:43:902 lap record at Monza,
