Each team of Germany and Costa Rica shared the time on dominating the game. I mean sometimes it is Germany which is basically controlling the game and scoring while Costa Rican are watching, and other times, Costa Rica is controlling without feeling the presence of Germany.
Germany should score more goals not only in match with Costa Rica but in other two matches with Japan and Spain. They wasted too many opportunities and deserved to be out. The pool is leaning toward Germany, but today their dream to the final is over after Japan beat Spain 2-1. This looks like Miracle when talking about a team that is seen as weak on begin of a match, I don't expect Japan can able to beat the big team Germany and Spain with the same score during the event. but in fact, I always bet on them ( and won), Only against Costa Rica I don't bet on them (japan), and still won to Costa Rica.

Pulisic took a knee to the abdomen/groin area when scoring in yesterday's match. He did get up and finish the 1st half but did not return after halftime. He officially was listed as a groin injury, and it has not been determined whether he will play in the game vs Netherlands yet. The US does depend heavily on his abilities, but if they can manage the good defense and get 1 score they have a shot to beat the Netherlands.

In my opinion, it is no longer shocking news to know Germany was eliminated in the group stage. Previously, they were defeated by Japan, then they only got a draw against Spain. So, their chance to qualify for the next round is very small, they only can qualify if Spain can defeat Japan. In reality, Spain is defeated by Japan today, so Germany should go home today. The biggest mistake done by Germany in this world cup tournament is they were not ready to play against Japan in the first match. The major disappointing game of the day was Belgium, they got Fvcked hard, Kelvin De Bruyne has been inna low form since the start of the season, this season I think age has started talking, Pep Guardiola needs to enter the transfer market because Kelvin De Bruyne's drop in form will be a major drawback to Manchester City chasing Arsenal for the League. For me personally, this is still shocking information, despite the fact that the situation with the non-exit from the group to the playoff stage has already been repeated three times in a row in the FIFA World Cup. It's just that a team like Germany shouldn't push itself to the point where your fate is decided in the last round and not everything depends on you and your efforts.
