I am wondering why there is so little news about reinforcements to my team but I guess mourinho wants to wait until he knows we are qualified for champions league next season. Kane and Son for sure will still be around and strong for 2/3 good years at minimum,,, but it is becoming very clear that Gareth Bale is not working out.

Time to offload a lot of our team I feel and get fresh young blood in!

Haaland is a big thing on the market right now, and I wonder why the big teams didn't sign him before he went to Dortmund. If he is to be sold at the end of this season, I'm expecting a ridiculously high price, which will scare all the teams away, except teams like City, PSG, Madrid and United; any team that lands Haaland will be getting a really young talented goal machine that will solve their striking issues for the long term.

I also think that Dortmund won't be wanting him to go at a cheap price for an awesome and special striker like him. The covid-19 period has affected many teams financially badly. So, I wonder who will succeed in signing him.

Manchester City think that they will be ahead of Chelsea on signing Dortmund's young striker Haaland if they manage to be the champions in the Premier League this season. I have no doubt for that too. But if Real Madrid interfere, things can go to an interesting direction.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has suggested France midfielder Paul Pogba, could be set to sign a new deal at Old Trafford. And after the whole saga in this case Pogba will eventually stay in Manchester? I can't believe it.
Neither can I, I'll prolly wait till he actually signs the deal, every season it's always looking like Pogba is going elsewhere, but at the end of it all, he remains at United, if he's not sold now, if ever he is to be sold, I think by then his market value would have dropped significantly.

Chelsea will attempt to beat Real Madrid to the signing of Bayern Munich'sAustria defender David Alaba, who is set to leave the German champions when his contract expires at the end of the season. Alaba is slowly becoming one of the main stars and the subject of numerous rumors. Everyone is wondering where he will go at the end of the season.

He is one of the valuable defenders now and he is still 28 years old. He is not just a defender. He also helps his team on attacking and he is known by his marvelous goals that he scores sometimes. I think Real Madrid are ahead of Chelsea on this transfer but if Alaba wants to play in the Premier League, Real Madrid can lose their advantage right away.
Actually he is not a defender and that's the reason why he is leaving he was at the beginning a defensive midfielder but when Kilmichael rose to fame he was converted to a left back he done well there too then the same thing happened Alphonso Davies was promoted to left back so again Alaba had to be converted to a Center Back which didn't make him happy despite performing well i that position and as he had to switch position twice. That's why he didn't renew as he wants to play in his older roles.

We can say that Erling haaland is the dream of all clubs.  Manchester City vs Real Madrid comparison can produce very different results.  one is the Spanish league and life, the other is the English league and life.  Here the Election will be haaland.  I think the chances of both teams are equal.  Whichever country haaland likes more, the team of that country will win.

Transfer rumours:

Egypt forward Mohamed Salah, could be the player to make way if Liverpool are to seal a move for Paris St-Germain's France forward Kylian Mbappe, 22, this summer. This is a really interesting possibility but I'm not sure how realistic it is. What do you think?

Norway midfielder Martin Odegaard, is more likely to make a permanent move to Arsenal if Zinedine Zidane remains in charge of his parent club Real Madrid. So we have a dilemma, Odegaard or Zidane?  Grin

@ILuckyGuyI I believe that Manchester City is a better club for Halland to grow, and mature as a player, and it’s too early for him to make the switch to Real Madrid. Lastly if he makes the switch now to Real Madrid, and flops then he’ll be branded a flop for a lifetime, hence I feel that he should reject Real Madrid for now and join Manchester City.

If that's the case, I don't think they would go into a bidding war with PSG to get Mbappe's signature. Maybe they should just concentrate on getting Alaba.

Mbappe will be a free agent in 12 months, and we will have (After covid we hope) a savage bidding war for his salary.
A player like him leaving for free can easily reach a salary of 30+m/year (after covid).

Especially now when Neymar is rumored to sign a new contract with PSG I expect a departure for Mbappè the next year probably to Real and in that case, they will probably not going for Halaand.

According to rumours, Dortmund are willing to drop their asking price for their right-winger and young star Jadon Sancho (20) by £20m to £88m. As we know, Manchester Utd have a very big interest in him and this could help them sign him easier.

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/jadon-sancho-transfer-man-utd-23438088

In my opinion, this is still too high considering Sancho hasn't performed well this season to justify that price tag. Even with the reduction, I don't think Man Utd would be willing to bet/gamble with such a high amount on someone who's yet to prove himself this season. Obviously why the deal is still pending. Clubs have to be careful not to overspend on a player.  It would make no sense to use the little revenue (no sale of tickets, less tv sponsorships, etc) and liquid funds available.

I wondered why Real Madrid looked so passive in this transfer.

They have no money, they asked to the state of Spain money for the team  Roll Eyes. About 400m in liquid money.

In general, of course, it is strange that clubs have money left on transfers. After all, because of the coronavirus clubs have suffered huge losses. нNo one goes to the stadiums, contracts and TV are broken.
Although now it seems that the full cost of the player is not paid, it stretches over several payments. This is probably the reason why clubs can still buy players.

Manchester City will not wait until 2022 to activate the clause in Haaland's contract that allows it to be bought for 75 million euros, and they are ready to pay 100 next summer to consolidate the team's most important weaknesses this season they know that Aguero is not going to get back in form last season was less then average for him and this one was way down to his standards.
Man City is betting, according to the Daily Mail, on the memories of Haaland with his father, who represented the blue team 3 seasons before.

According to tuttosport, Juventus and Ronaldo are talking for extending his contract by 1 year, from ending in 2022 to ending in 2023.

Alaba is not close to Real Madrid after all, he is a free agent who was very close to sign for Real Madrid but now we have more rumors coming from the Premier League.
I hope he goes to madrid. I think there's a lot of news about that. So it will be like that, but until now I haven't heard any official news about Alaba. I wondered why Real Madrid looked so passive in this transfer. Or Madrid don't have  money to buy new players? Even though in my opinion Alaba is a good solution for Madrid. He can play in various positions. He can also replace Ramos, who reportedly left from Madrid.

hmph..
Mbappe's transfer to Real Madrid still unclear. According to rumors, Mbappe really wants to play at the Bernabeu. However, PSG also tried to prevent him from leaving by offering a new contract extension. It looks like this will be a duel for who is ready to pay higher, they will get Mbappe next season. Mbappe's contract with PSG will expire in 2022. But, if madrid wants him next season, then they must be prepared to pay a transfer fee at least 180 million

Even if Messi decides to stay and Barcelona decide to keep him (which is really hard because they are in deep financial problems), it would be impossible for them to bring Aguero as well.

They might be playing together next season, but it won't be at Barcelona. Maybe at PSG but even that is a stretch. But if PSG sell Mbappe, I'd like to see them build an Neymar - Aguero - Messi attack. It would be fun to watch for a year or 2.

Not sure about PSG too, Ligue1 lost 50% of Tv money Today for a new deal after Mediapro leaving the Ligue.
Also PSg last year got a -200m€ even if they have money they cant spend for the Financial FairPlay Policy.

According to some news, Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero will not think of a move to Barcelona if Lionel Messi decides to leave Barcelona which seems very possible. I have also heard that Messi hasn't talked to anyone at PSG or Manchester City yet. So, the ambiguity continues for now.

Marca says that Alaba have agreed on a 4 year deal to join Real Madrid.
I know isn't a reliable source for news but I didn't see other news deny this.
Benzema could get back to Lyon after leaving in 2009 and he can stay at Madrid but all going to depends on Madrid results on the end of this season.

Yes, but he could already sign it, since 2nd February he is free to sing to anyone without any word from his club but nothing so far.

It can be only a game from his to manage to get a bigger salary.
