What is there to be surprised about? The cessation of one type of activity (signature campaign) doesn't mean that the project will be completely closed. Large companies like Google and Microsoft also periodically reduce their workforce and this has not led to the liquidation of their business. A total ban of cryptocurrencies is not expected in this country, but the ban will be directed against services providing cryptocurrency exchange services. I agreed about this as Russia is having big market for them so having ban here mean things are not manageable for them in quick time after having changes and looking into future then we can expect things clearly but right now this is the best decision for them with they have done good job here for many years and I also want them to keep thing updated with their articles and all other experience related to cryptocurrency because this is going to be helpful for the all crypto community and this forum as well.
Their site help me many times while I was facing issues for my transactions specially few currencies which are not easy to exchange here I found mostly things without any problem.

It's a shame to see your signature campaign getting closed after 4.5 years. For many, it was a much more stable income than regular jobs Grin

Care to share what was the reason for the decision? Some speculations are going on so I think it's best to ask directly. Was it because of costs of running the campaign on this forum became too high and made it not worth it, or was it due to impending legal restrictions, like Russia banning crypto-exchanges etc?
Or is it something else?

Nope, they have no tor mirror. They only have the English and Russian version

The reason they have not implemented the Tor mirror if I recall well is, that they are just an exchange monitor which redirects to other exchangers, most of which do not have tor mirrors as well.

I am not going to lie. I am one of those users who failed to use LN even when it has been around for a long time. In most cases, i just end up paying the high Bitcoin fees. Anyway. it'd a good one for those who know how to use it.
