Which is provably false. Your personal stats show it as a loss under "MULTIPLY BTC WINNINGS".

And as I keep telling you as well it showing on your stats page you can then look at your roll history for the details of how you lost it. It isn't support's job to check your activity for you. Everything you do is shown on the relevant pages.

It would be appreciated that we could communicate by email. Thanks". I mean I do not know why it was lost because I did not do anything on those funds yet. That's why I said, "It is because I do not always have that problem, but I will send you the details on it very soon. Sorry for bothering".

If you could not find where the problem is, it is fine. Just a lesson to me - do not press the max button if you have large amount on your account. I hope it won't have any problem in the future, or I could win a jackpot to gain back my loss.

I just think it is my fault because I am not good at explanation.
As you said, maybe I am unlucky because the server fetched ~0.0X BTC "secretly" though I had made sure again - it was ~0.00000XXX BTC but not ~0.0X BTC.
A lesson to me - do not press the max button if you have large amount on your account. Sad

I told you exactly what I would tell everyone that you should check your personal stats page and your roll history on the multiply BTC page and to click on the left of each roll to show your balances before and after.

It was only later that you came up with the new story saying that you couldn't find where your winning from Man. U. Atalanta were credited and this theory about clicking MAX bet.

As you want to make such a scene about I've just a quick look at your roll history to see if I could find this mystery roll you can't find. It isn't there. You never made a max bet. You actually lost it in a series of over 200 rolls.

Yeah I am sure that it is not ~0.0X BTC.
I doubt that the webpage showed ~0.00000XXX BTC but the server gave all amount including the reward from match betting.

However, the problem is how much the server had fetched actually for my bet amount after I pressed "MAX", even the webpage showed how much I was going to bet.
"TheQuin" keeps sending on the situation of "the webpage will have pop-up reminder when you pressed "MAX" and this is not the main point.
I just think it is my fault because I am not good at explanation.
As you said, maybe I am unlucky because the server fetched ~0.0X BTC "secretly" though I had made sure again - it was ~0.00000XXX BTC but not ~0.0X BTC.
A lesson to me - do not press the max button if you have large amount on your account. Sad
