Yes, the whole PSG squad almost walked, it is unclear what happened to them, maybe they got tired, and maybe they do not want to play. But all played badly, Neymar last year and now two different players, last year he scored and gave assists and passed the defense easily, now it is clear that he is on the decline, apparently can not come back from the World Cup. In any case, PSG were as if they did not want to win, but Rennes did well, they took advantage of PSG's decline and won successfully.

IMO, uninteresting fight. and yes, according to what I previously suspected that the home team will play with defensive tactics. in the end, Rennes was able to overthrow PSG and the tactics implemented by Bruno Genesio went according to plan. Initially I thought Galtier would play Mbappe in the main starting line-up in this match.

Before, my estimation PSG will overthrow the home team easily. however, not what I expected. yes, it turns out that Galtier is trying to experiment again in this fight. from the last two matches, PSG did not play with its best performance. there were several opportunities they had, unfortunately the Galtier troop squad was unable to convert them into goals. I think this match was a lesson for the PSG coach. that his squad still has some weaknesses, in particular the line of attacking midfield and reserve players is not on par with the first team. at the very least, Galtier should bring in a newcomer.

For Lens, I doubt Lens will go smoothly. the reason is, they have tough matches against quite strong teams in the next few weeks.

Before now PSG has been showing some weakness in their performance. If PSG continues to be inconsistent it will an opportunity for lens to lead the league. I would love to see a team that can take the position of PSG, it will be a great challenge in the French league.

I hope that lens will be winning the title for this season. It's been very long since PSG was always dominating the competition.

Sometimes having world-class players doesn't necessarily make winning easy and that's what PSG is feeling right now. Indeed, I am also tired of seeing PSG's dominance in Ligue 1, hoping that there will be a new champion later, whether it's Lens or another team. i didn't see PSG try that much even when they were losing, it's like they are already thinking about the Champions League, and even with a team like Lens being this close to PSG in standings, i don't think people would actually bet on Lens to win the league, we know that PSG can beat any team in Ligue 1, but upsets against Rennes or Lens happen from time to time, and it doesn't mean that they will keep playing terribly in the upcoming matches, i'm sure they will find their way to victory in the next rounds.

when I saw the final result of the match between PSG vs rennes, I was surprised because based on what was seen in the statistics of the match, Rennes had 6 "shots on target" while PSG only had 1 "shot on target". this is the second match PSG has lost, this result is really interesting because Lens has only lost 1 time, and the opportunity for Lens to shift PSG from the top of the standings is quite wide open.

We are now in the half of the season and we can say that PSG failed to secure a large gap from the others. This season is quite interesting in Ligue 1 Wink

I have this notion Gultier is been careful with his key players this period because it barely 4 weeks to the big match against Bayern so they are not really been much serious with their ligue 1 games. But PSG stil has three point above Lens and i am sure their subsequent matches will cover up for the two matches they have lost so far. PSG will always deliver but this period the UCL RO16 is a big distraction but i am sure they won't want to lose point to drop from the top.

I don't know what PSG is doing lately but losing 2 games in 3 played does not look that well and even in the game at home against Angers,a team in the end of the standings they had difficulties scoring more goals comparing the team quality of PSG.Don't get me wrong,I am sorry for the people who bet on PSG but I am also happy for the Ligue 1 which is slow-slow gradually being open again,many of the following teams like Lens,Marseille,Lille,Monaco and Rennes are showing somewhat of a good consistency which in turn can help this league to become interesting again after being lately dominated by PSG.
