What a fucking incompetent admin, i agree with most people here. the best course of action would have been to inform people of the mishap and to do partial refunds. yes, you would lose some customers but not as much as you lost toying with people. I'm sure people wouldn't have cared if they missed a week or so of payments so long as you stuck with it.
