healthy diet for me is to eat whatever you want. Just make sure that everything that you eat will be in moderation. You can have your favorite dessert but in its serving size only.

If you want a healthy diet, stop craving for sweet foods.  Lessen your intake of carbohydrates.  Track your macros. Eat fruits, meats, vegetables and fats.  If you think that the snacks available in your work is not healthy for you just don't eat it.  You have to fight your cravings for those kind of foods.

If you want to have a healthy diet start it with your kitchen.  Throw away all the processed food and start buying whole foods.  In that way you'll practice yourself to eat whole foods and you will stop eating unhealthy snacks available to your work.

Try not to eat junk foods for snacks. Eat  leafy vegetables and fruits. Get a good rest and do things like listening to music to relieve yourself of stress.

hey guys! I've been working out for at least 3 times a week but I need someone to recommend a healthy diet or routine.
I can't help myself eat snacks when I'm at work since they provide it.
Can you guys give me any tips, that would be so appreciated! Thanks

Just eat whatever is in the pyramid table. Try to eat them in a week.

I think if you want a healthy diet but want to snack or eat continuously, you snack on vegetables or fruit can be cut into small pieces and brought to the office for your food replacement I think it is quite efficacious because I've tried it myself.

I suggest you find the best fitness friend. A workout buddy is hugely helpful for keeping motivated, but it's important to find someone who will inspire, not discourage. So make a list of all your exercise-loving friends, then see who fits these criteria, says your best friend maybe. And also you have to know when to weigh, You have to follow your diet for a whole week. Weigh to go! Now it's time to start tracking your progress (and make sure pesky pounds don't find their way back on). "It's best to step on the scale in the morning before eating or drinking and prior to plunging into your daily activities," says Newgent. For the most reliable number, be sure to check your poundage at a consistent time, whether daily or weekly.

I just started the carbo diet.
So the carbo diet is not consuming all foods that contain carbo like rice, bread, wheat and others. T
he carbo diet also does not consume sugar.
Diet carbo can eat any vegetables, cheese, eggs, low-calorie milk meat, chicken.
Foods that contain high protein are good for this diet.
May eat fruits that are not sweet.
Eating latrines can be consumed anytime not restricted. I think this is the easiest diet and the body becomes slim.

You must minimise the carb intake in your diet as that is very unhealthy.

Eat protein with each meal as best you can. Cutting out dairy and replacing it with coconut cream has greatly improved my health as well.
