Healthy diet includes all the nutrients required for us in daily needs. Its the best way to stay healthy. It needs decipline and self control.

Proper nutrition is good. But life without sweet and wine is very sad. The easiest way is to sew your own mouth. Hang your bare photo on the fridge.

Eating vegetables and fruits are basic for healthy diet. but if we are talking about healthy living, i recommend to take a long rest after an exhaustive day.

A healthy diet for me is to eat whatever you want. Just make sure that everything that you eat will be in moderation. You can have your favorite dessert but in its serving size only.

If you want a healthy diet, stop craving for sweet foods.  Lessen your intake of carbohydrates.  Track your macros. Eat fruits, meats, vegetables and fats.

Eat more veggies and exercise more. Take some vitamins. Eat more fruits as well. Not sure if I'm qualified to give any advice, really

What kind of snack? I prefer less carbs more fibrous meals. I dont eat meat so i need more intake of vegetables and legumes for protein supply.

You don't need to eat those snacks that they provided especially when it's all processed.  I know that you already know what foods that are good to your body like stop eating foods with lots of sugar.

You're only enemy to have a healthy diet is yourself.  Why opt eating snacks (don't know if it's healthy snacks) that you think will hinder your progress.  It should begin with yourself.

I agree.Main to memorize one rule: Breakfast is the most important eating in the flow of day. However it is needed to eat many fats.
