Both really, there are tokens that are not really delivering anything and those... I would rather not keep, but others are really interesting, like NEP5 tokens, and I am keeping them.
I think it's up to you, if the price in the market is high and you already get a profit then you can sell it but if the market is down and you have not get the profit then better stay to hold

That is true, it is always better to wait until everything calms down and only then decide what to do with your oins and othsr things You have hold your altcoin althogh price is drop, you have keep and never try to sell your altcoin on lower price, keep more waiting to see your altcoin on high price. Just take maybe two or three months you will see how much your token will be increase and have highest prife. Keep patient to save and hold your token until bitcoin price is high and will be allow by altcoin on highest price too.

It depends on the value of the crypto. If value was little better hold first before selling it and just wait for the right price to see great profit. My opinion holding until there are profits. Might be a long wait but worth it. I bought coin last summer and had to wait over half a year for it to rise but in the end it did. So holding will make alot of sense now due to unstability in the market. The conclusion are hold until you can see the price that goes up and you already start earning profit in your investments, if you want money- sell some because you do not have a choice but to sell even it lose some in your investments.

But for me as of now i prefer to hold and wait for the time that the value will increase.
