I also have thee same problem. I have looked at the price and became very upset.. The first wish was to sell. But later I decided to keep tockens since selling with very low price woun't give almost nothing..
For now I strongly recommend to hold your coins first, because the market conditions are very down. You do not have to panic that you will lose, but be sure and be patient for some time as the condition will improve.
holding is the best choice when our money is decreasing 'cause the market is very volatile which is if the price goes down it doesn't mean it wil continue to decrease indeed it will rise again but it takes time so we should wait for it .for the sake of our money and also to regain our loses on it. Dont sell at lose keep holding 'cause you will regrets if you sell now then after day's or weeks the price rise and jump to ath value.

its better to hold your coins untill the btc recover. btc price has fallen to 6k and altcoin price also fallen following the btc value. no need to do a panic selling but keep eye on btc price chart and the resistant levels. don't worry btc always find a way to recover.
