Put your target price for cut loss or you can wait for the price comes back. If you already getting deep in losing then hold them, but if your still in around 15% loss, sell them and buy back when the price at the bottom.
It really depends on the altcoin you're holding especially you bought them at ICO stage, as success rate for ICOs is very small, the best move is assess you're tokens, if they value in the future or not, if not sell them in rally or when the token pump.

Don' worry too much about that, look at the bitcoin price already recovered and its in bullish trend now. The market are volatile which could dropped and could fly. So get used to it.

It depends on your needs, if you are in need of money should sell it but if you sedan is not necessary, should just hold it until the price is really high.

Always remember that we lose money only when we sell our coins at a low price. Therefore, it is better to keep coins and wait for higher prices, which sooner or later will appear.

I think you shouldn't sell if you are in full negatives as it already went full deep downhole. I am expecting to see huge backup recovery following bitcoin pump in 6 months or something.
