Now hold is the best choice for everyone.Now all the altcoins price is dump.So if you sell the coins you didn't get so much profit.If you hold it for 5-6 months the price will be rise up again.In my opinion hold is always good.

In last days prices was green, it is good sign. Because it can mean that the prices will soon come back to normal. It should be good information for you, so hold your coins and wait week or two and everything should will back
I think market will recover, but maybe not so soon, so if you have time just wait and HOLd, as for me I am holding
