That's a very critical situation for us as a holders. But since this is not new, all i can say is Hold it for a mean time if you are not in a rush and if you have the guts to lose anything. But if not, monitor the trend of your altcoins and sell them if you think that you can get back the money that you put inside the system.
I think it is not the proper time to sell because the market not looks profitable at the moment. It looks good to hold now than to sell. Much better to still keep the coins then sell it if you feel good at the market.
sell your shit altcoins but buy more cheaper coins which are great ,example btc,eth ,eos I believe they are worth to hold for long term
you can hold it for a while and monitor if you think you will lose sell it
For now, you better hold your coins because altcoin prices go down because the altcoin you hold today is better than the current altcoin price, if you sell your coins now you will lose and I think you better keep your coins until the price of altcoin back to stable

Currently I own a lot of altcoin, I bought them at ico. My account is being downgraded several times. There are many people who say bitcoin will continue to decrease, so altcoin prices also decreased compared to USDT. So now, should I sell them and wait for the price to buy back? Give me advice 
if what you buy is an ICO coin, at least wait until the related platform is actually standing. ICO coins will become costly when investors trust with developers for the hard work of the team in running the roadmap when the platform has started running its business model, then the price of the coins in the market will rise
some people predict the price of coins will get better and more parties are working on the price of this coin back on track so I think if we can be patient soon, maybe we can enjoy the expected benefits
For the current situation of holding it is the best solution and if you sell it at a low price it will be a loss, and if you really want to sell it for certain things you can sell when the price goes up even if it only rises a bit but you are still in small profit state though. do it all wisely for your good so you do not sell at the wrong time. 
holding it back first is probably the best way to get a profit of patience for great profit.
It is better that you hold it right now. You will end up with only loss if you sell right now. Sooner may the market rise. So keep calm . And look at the market updates.
Picture you holding because it was the only option that you have. If you need money go out and get a real job.
I suggest you better hold it, from the markets that I see today, the coin starts to show an increase though not yet felt, try to be patient for few week because I'm sure the market will stabilize and the coins will continue to rise at the proper level even more.
if you do swing trading or daily trading, you could sell them for now and buyback in later day when the price is good enough for you to buy. if you long time holder, it is best to stand still and buy more. that is what i could suggest.

This is a decision that you should personally reach on depending on your investment goals, but i think its better to hold now till the market recovers then sell

What value did you value them out? What was the expected outcome? What were your aims and your time frames?
Are you needing to sell now?
Have you put in money that you desperately need and therefore shouldn't have put in?
Have you been scammed or stolen from - ie. have complete losses like in that IOTA being stolen via iotaseed.io
You have to do your own research around this, everyone's situation is different i.e. tax implications etc. But I guess getting opinions is reasonable, just make sure you vet everything.

You should never sell from harm.Continue to wait.If you need cash, you can sell.But you should not enter these jobs with money that may be needed.So hold.
I will strongly advice you hold. I go against panic sale, things may be very difficult now but it will definitely rise one day and yield a desired level that will make you proud
