This year ico isn't much like in 2017 and 2018, why
because many cases of ico are deceptive so that investors are less interested in ico, so that appears ieo
If you still want to invest in ico, you have to really analyze deeply, such as the team, roadmap, vision, mission and many more, don't be fooled

For a while now ICOs are kinda going extinct. People are now into investing in IEOs . Good ICOs or IEOs usually have specific working products backing the entire project which present solutions to gaps seen in our financial world and the world in general. With such projects, their products act as collateral for your investments reducing risk potential on the side of investors. Once the ICO has a feasible working product, it is a good project to invest in...

there are so many good ICOs out there, the problem here is, no media expose them because of money.

How can you say that there are good ICO when they can't sell at the current market?

What people are seeing here is the result, not on its whitepaper or its future plan only as its easy to do that.
Though there are good ICO which we believe has a real used case but we cannot change the fact that people have already move from ICO investing to IEO investing now, at least that's the reality I've witness here.
This changing paces being embrace by most investors right now, after realizing that the time of ICO's are passing and this new venue for investment already being introduced, many people are engaging to this new system, believing that  quicker outcomes is much better than waiting for longer period of time.
The chance of ICO's to collect the target hard cap is smaller nowadays, investors are chasing for lesser time to see the results of their invested money.

It seems to me that in this situation, it is very important to be confident in your investment! ICO is not very profitable right now, there are a lot of scammers. You need to insure yourself against fraud, check all possible links that are possible so as not to become a victim! You can also use exchanges that conduct projects, in this case you are insured against fraud, but not insured against profit from projects.

We may not consider these just as only coins. ICOs are like companies, startups. As an investor, you literally become an angel investor. For angel investors, they check many things. The team, the idea, roadmap etc. Team usually should be experienced and the idea should be applied in real world. There are certainly other things to take into account but these are one of the important ones.

It is quite difficult to find god ICOs amidst the market having fake and bad crypto projects too. At the same time, it is essential to discourage scam projects to retain the glory of cryptocurrency. Some of factors should be kept into mind for a good project. Team, website, whitepaper, concept and technology. These things should be looked at thoroughly.

Hello guys please I will like us to share our views on how to find good ICOs and If you have a special website or link that have been tested and trusted  where we can get good recommendations about genuine ICOs please kindly share it with us!!!

I think everybody agree that Initial Exchange Offering already take place of ICO. I am not sure ICOs are going on, maybe just because I also just focused on IEO instead of ICO.
I mostly prefer Binance Launchpad platform for IEO. Last 6-7 months I joined the IEO’s of the coins; Matic, One, ERD, Win, Perl and Band
All of these IEOs were profitable for me. Specially from the IEO of ERD I made 15X with a 300 USD valued ticket. 4200 USD Net profit with risking 300 USD was really very good.
I am also looking the IEOs of other exchanges time to time. At the moment I am waiting next IEO announcement of Binance.

There is no longer a way to get quality ico at this time and only the ico projeck is left, which in my opinion is also not very good. You or I should be able to find more good projects to get quality projects other than ICO. It has been proven that statistics providing ico data are only fraud

There is, you need to spend days to do your own research.
first of all search everything related to cryptocurrency on social media, find a hot or newest talk about this(you can use a hashtag to find it). Afterward do some research about the target that you are looking for in Bloomberg, Yahoo financial, Coindesk, and etc. Once you find it, try to contact them and ask everything about their partnership, team profile and etc.

Most of the time "good" and "ICOs" dont belong in the same sentence.  OP. If I were you I'd skip ICOs all together, either keep your well earned bitcoin and let it appreciate or buy some other well established coins that have been around for awhile and have shown solid history of work.  Dont waste your money on ICOs which most are just scams to get your btc

I start with a general read of the news, and then have a skim through the various ICO listing sites to see if there is anything that looks interesting. Then once I've used these sites to help me to identify some with apparently good potential , I do my own research into the project - the usual stuff, website, team, vision, white paper, potential competitors, potential legal obstacles etc.
ICO websites can be useful for an overview of what is out there, but I wouldn't use their ratings particularly.

You can generally find good projects or ICO's on top listing sites, but be careful as they're similar to Youtubers where it's a paid review. So you always have to do your due diligence of studying the project that you will invest on. I always go for startups that are providing solution to ongoing problems with the use of blockchain. A full telecom service that has entered the scene is planning to utilize blockchain to get rid of single carrier dependency, this telecom giants are killing us with fees.

One thing that you also need to look at is their roadmap and team. Everything has to be realistic and not just full of fake promises.

It is difficult to find trusted and promising sources of ICO, most ICOs are currently used for scam projects, which makes investors prefer the IEO rather than the ICO.
once I joined ico, and as a result I was unlucky. when the coin was a market list with a dump price and made me disappointed. but not all of ico were disappointed. so in my opinion it was better.  and the results of my luck from there. And I will save it until the price of the ico is recovered.
Had the same experience just like you, bought as much as i can and when the exchange listing happened the price of the coin is too low compare to the ico price. So i just decided to invest in ico where thier token sale is live in an exchange.

I do a lot of research on team and project authenticity to be sure of my investments because these days we have so many scam ICOs and they do appear real that if not properly researched, one will fall victim.
That's the right thing to do, everyone should learn the basic which is making a research.
ICO now has a lot of scam projects, so we might fall in scams.

I believe investing in ICO now is not already profitable, correct me if I'm wrong and better show me some statistics stating there are still profitable projects in ICO.
It seems to me that it is necessary to propose a new concept for the development of the company's ico market in order to reduce fraud and make this type of activity controlled.  At least, a good alternative to the ico market of companies is IEO, which provides certain guarantees to investors.

How can we do that?

We can propose but how can we enforce the rules to prevent scam, do we have the power to do that?
What we need is regulation, the government is authorize to punish scammers, we need to be harsh this time as the damage in the market is already big.

It's difficult to identify truly independent analysis of an ICO, so I think the best you can do is look at the some of the many websites that list all upcoming ICOs, and find one that you think looks good... then the important bit is to do your own research. So first look to make sure it's genuine - check out the team, try to confirm to yourself that it is a genuine team and not just a load of copy/pasted images from elsewhere, have a skim through the white paper to make sure it makes sense and it's not just buzzword soup, make sure the website looks professional, check that development is active if you can... then if it checks out, go into more detail on the research, the use case, the roadmap, etc.

of course for me to see the contents of the concept. The second one sees the team that does the work, if you look at it from the experience of the extensive team. and it has succeeded in various projects.  in every place

You must check all possible links you can, from the main website to team's  members LinkedIn, after you sure its not s scam then you start to check if its a good project to invest or no is it real,is it whitepaper only or can be done real product that isn't all list but this will help.

Even following them they are cheating the investors and bounty hunters because i have faced many ICO cheating both the bounty people and as well as the investors. Even though the developments seem to be very interesting until the raise money but after raising they will not respond to the investors at all.

all the good in their project will be announced, all the partnerships are there ( dont really know if it is true or not) all the plans are there but after the success of the sales they will be all gone that is the modern ICO today that is why the image got broken.
Good ICO sometimes has transparent and clear principles. besides that they also show smart contract from the funds collected. I think many things that can be considered to see ICO are good or not.
