There are usually many types of pain in humans many people take many steps for this some are natural and some are on the advice of a doctor first we need to change our thinking every work must be viewed positively be time-conscious you have to have some entertainment for yourself. For example one can simply sit comfortably in a chair and take a deep breath with a fixed gaze at a point in the wall to avoid stress you can exercise regularly talk to your co-workers in the space of work or meditate.

i once heard that "pain is a remainder that we are still alive"
i think i hear it in a movie, not sure, but that phrase stick in my mind forever.

I meditate, and my pain go away, the only time meditation doesn't work is with kidney stones, but i still try.

Would have recommended herbs to people who don't like the "artificial drugs". Certain herbs(from tree, plants...) work wonders in my body (very quick relief).    You will be surprised how quick/effective the green plants/leaves you see around in abundance can heal illnesses.
It'll takes good research and "intuition" to know what works well for you and how to use it.

Eating/drinking healthy, taking such herbs and working hard help alot. And it's important to know how to eat/drink to avoid undisirable side effects of certain food/drink combinations. Mine is usually Bad foods/drinks = bad side effects.... Bad foods/drinks + good foods/drinks = bad side effects.

Lately, I'm feeling a sudden pain on my chest. I've never visited a doctor and I don't think I will. What I do is drink warm water and it eases the pain a bit.

And if I feel it again, I think I just needed to take a rest.

If i get injured i usually stay stationary and avoid to move the injured part to lessen the pain and i usually dont think of the pain which will make me calm until someone helps

I'm actually quite the opposite. staying stationary worsen my pain for some reason.

A glass of wine or at least 5 bottles of Beer ,i can do it my own or with friends ,simple as that because we as Man also has weaknesses and we are sometimes need to cry just to endure the pain and survive for another day.

many times that i felt hurting when i was young but now?i am mature enough to know how to face them and to avoid them as well.

I am one of many who seems to have chronic pain. I refuse to take painkillers because of what they can do to my body.
I am basically stuck using ice and heat. I don't have a bathtub so I don't have the option to use things like Epsom salt.
My pain is in my lower back, shoulders, and neck.

What do you do to handle pain?

I usually use Jade Cranes L-Menthol. It really helps me with pain specially when I had some minor joint pains after a long bike ride every Sundays.  Cheesy

I do yoga and hot bath, this are the way ancient people do to relive pains. Also do eat herbs to relax our nervous system.

For pain arising from accidents, the initial pain due to impact is usually temporary. But if there's any pain experienced immediately thereafter, you can either self-manage your pain and do self medication or have it checked by a doctor instead, depending on the severity of the pain involved.

Initially, I want to avoid the use and reliance to medicine when it comes to pain management.
Generally speaking, I use mind over matter instead to handle pain as much as possible. And if in case it becomes too unbearable, I try to seek alternative options instead and then decide from there which route I take later.

I usually use herbal remedies natural for pain relief takes at least 4 hours to make the pain was gone I often feel pain in the head and body parts other I had not even checked my health to the doctor because too afraid of disease in the body.
When we are sick, we often stumble upon what we cannot do. Focus on what you can do instead of what you can't do.

I have tolerance in pain.

I also have a very high tolerance for pain. But there are certainly different levels of pain that even a person of such "high tolerance for pain" couldn't even tolerate or manage, if and when such a thing happens.

Recently, I found a new way of handling my backpain.
Apart from the fact that I use cremes that have ingredients to help pains I drink a lot of milk with avocado inside that helps me with pains.
